These threats arise from software vulnerabilities and result in unauthorized access to data or leakage of sensitive information To solve this problem, firstly, an analysis of the software life cycle was carried out in order to determine the stages of software development. Secondly, taking into account the stages obtained, possible threats to information were identified. A buffer overflow vulnerability was considered as a basic example of a threat. Possible ways of exploiting this vulnerability are given, the pros and cons of detection and counteraction tools are analyzed. As a result, recommendations on the development of safe software are presented, both in general terms and more specific in order to avoid the buffer overflow vulnerability. Having using such recommendations, enterprises could reduce the risk of sensitive information breach and minimize outlane. The demonstrative examples of such systems are the ones from the Internet of Things domain, communication protocols in particular. The concept of the Internet of Things encompasses the billions of heterogeneous smart devices communicating to each other through different protocols. Here the problem of interoperability arises. With this statement in mind, the constantly growing usage of model checking techniques during the designing of different systems, e.g., critical systems, commercial systems, etc., has been stepped up as the solution to the interoperability problem. To this end, the Temporal Logic of Actions, corresponding formalisms and model checker have been proposed to be the basis for checking the interoperability by way of model checking during the designing. The formation of the structure of fractal signals is based on the self-similarity hypothesis, which allows an infinite series of embedding identical (homeomorphic) vibrations into each other. The property of hyperbolicity in the formation of a fractal signal using reference harmonic oscillations is to compress (decrease) the amplitude and stretch (increase) the frequency. Based on models of a fractal signal, it is possible to build forming signals with variable parameters. The fundamental possibility of using a fractal signal as an information signal carrier, i.e. a fractal signal is used as a masking signal. The parameters of the fractal signal are agreed (selected) with the participation of all interested parties. The fractal carrier signal has a wider range of parameters, which, in addition to amplitude, frequency and initial phase, include: the scaling factor (similarity), as well as the number and parameters of harmonic components involved in the formation of the signal. The specific parameters and properties of a fractal signal that distinguish it from classical radio signals allow it to be used to increase the availability of transmitted information. These markets make it possible to mobilize and reallocate financial resources. However, such a process is constantly under the threat of various risks. To prevent and minimize risks, it is necessary to use a comprehensive procedure for analyzing the conditions for occurrence of such risks. To this end, we examined the interrelationship of stochastic frontier analysis and wavelet ideology. We emphasize the link between technical efficiency and the possible occurrence of risks. For an advanced analysis of the conditions of occurrence of risk, we use the apparatus of the theory of wavelets. The results are given on the example of real data for the banking sector of the economy of Ukraine. A feature of the technology is the ability to build a radio network for transmitting messages over long distances under the condition of long-term battery operation. The main attention is paid to the study of the influence multipath propagation on the operation of the receiving device. For this purpose, the basic characteristics of the received signal, its frequency properties, the possibilities of spreading the spectrum, encoding and recovering the transmitted information, receiving a packet of individual pulse signals and the quality of packet processing as a whole, as well as the effect of multipath propagation, are studied. The technique for studying a receiver in a confined space with an estimate of the calculated and experimental data is proposed. The studies were carried out according to the \"point-to-point\" schemes. In this case, economic relations are reduced to multiple transactions (transfer operations) of value (economic assets) between their participants (agents). The transfer of value is carried out by changing the rights to their ownership in accordance with a specific set of rules (protocol). Within this approach, the key issue is the choice of rules (protocol) of fixing and transferring rights to values between agents of economic relations, which guarantees the execution of a transaction without loss. The purpose of this article is to find a solution to the problem of guaranteed transfer of property rights to values based on Distributed Ledger Technology (blockchain). This model is based on fundamental trigonometric splines. The construction of trigonometric splines is shown, as well as the smoothness properties of trigonometric splines, which are important at the stage of construction of these models. The method of the information signal reproduction in the communication system by interpolation of the digital signal, using the fundamental trigonometric spline is proposed. It has been shown that the use of trigonometric splines will allow the reproduction of information signals with less error. The estimation of the complexity of the algorithm for constructing trigonometric splines is compared with the existing ones.
