This article aims to study the development of multimedia communication terminal technology under big data technology. Taking the representative video conference in multimedia communication terminal technology as an example, combined with echo cancellation algorithms, a video conference system is designed and implemented. Performance was tested. In order to solve this problem which can not be discovered early because of the excessive amount of data, this paper adopts some methods based on big data to dig through the data the data obtained by the dig algorithm are statistically analyzed in big data technology. This paper first briefly introduces the theoretical knowledge of Web and mobile applications; Secondly, it introduces the structure of the university counselor information management platform based on Web and mobile application. Finally, the network structure, main technologies and how to serve the platform are introduced in detail. The sand blasting to remove the carbon deposition in spark plug was carried out and the test results were analyzed. The test results show that the surface color of the spark plug after sandblasting is changed from black gray to bright gray, the resistance value of the central electrode was reduced by 120 and 134Ω, and the central electrode is converted from non-conductive to conductive. At the same time, the roughness of the central electrode and the surrounding metal shell after sandblasting is greater than that before sandblasting, and the surface after sandblasting was coarsened. Therefore, after reviewing the development and application level of virtual technology, we construct a new 3D landscape design system on virtual reality technology by using the existing points on the market about the construction of drawing system and classical landscape construction. This paper mainly uses comparative and experimental methods to compare and analyze the relative advantages of data fusion algorithms and the capabilities of different algorithms in data processing. It is concluded that the system designed in this paper has a higher accuracy of applying SVM algorithm, which can reach 87.25. For this reason, this paper studies and improves the application of genetic algorithm in the design of digital campus system to improve the accuracy of the system. This article mainly uses the experimental method and statistical method to summarize and sort the data formed by the system test, and provide a feasible scheme for the design of the digital campus system.
