As the usage will grow, sudden spike in load curve at busy hours will be a severe problem. This paper focuses on the optimized charging scheduling for EVs to shave peak load for their integration in smart grid. A two layer optimization method is proposed based on the location, charging status of the EV and load scenario of the substations to shave electric peak load. Optimization problem is formulated for each of the layer. The optimization problem of the first layer determines the allowable load level in each hour of a day for each charging station by reducing the peak load of substation. For a new EV, the charging station selection method is proposed by using the allowable peak loads obtained from first layer optimization problem. The optimization problem of the second layer provides an optimized on-off keying charging scheme of the ports for the selected charging stations. The first optimization problem is an off-line root mean square type non-linear problem and the second problem is a binary linear programming. Both the problems are solved for several scenarios by using MATLAB optimization toolboxes. Any electrical impulse disruption that causes the heart to the contract may lead to arrhythmia. Arrhythmia patients have no indications of having an arrhythmia, but a doctor may recognize arrhythmias in a routine test. Therefore, continuous wearable personal monitoring system plays a big role, and it's become popular day by day. This research focuses on designing and developing a method for predicting arrhythmia (atrial fibrillation) along with monitoring the ECG signals. To create an arrhythmia prediction model and an Android-based real-time ECG surveillance system, Long Short-Term Memories neural network, Recurrent Neural Network, TensorFlow and Keras library are applied here. Those deep learning models and algorithms help to achieve overall 97.57% accuracy on arrhythmia prediction. The system is being designed with Raspberry pi 3, Arduino UNO, AD8232 single lead ECG sensor, HC-05 Bluetooth, biomedical sensor pad and battery. This system will make easier for doctors to monitor the ECG of their patients outside the hospital and also help for remote ECG monitoring. As bike accidents are becoming quite an alarming issue, we felt the need of an improved bike safety system. In this paper, we have proposed a system that detects bike accidents using MPU6050 (gyro sensor and accelerometer), SIM808 (GPS+GPRS+GSM), Raspberry Pi 3 Model B and Arduino Uno. We have placed the proposed system on the surface of the bike. The antenna with palm leaf shaped provides a larger bandwidth than the patch antenna with a rectangular microstrip. A total wide bandwidth of 20 GHz with an effective gain of 7.902 dBi as well as an extremely low return loss between 38 and 58 GHz have been optimized for the antenna frameworks. It can effectively be manufactured for miniaturized wireless applications due to very compact dimensions of 6.8 × 6 × 1.44 mm3. So, in this paper, it is our main concern about patients or older people to remind taking medicine in time and to provide pure drinking water at any time when the patients desired. We made a framework that is a line follower robot works with IR sensor and Arduino UNO microcontroller. RF receiver receives signals from respective patients. A real-time clock (RTC) is used to supply medicine in due time. This research proposed a new design of the Becak to become autonomous vehicle one. This paper derived the kinematics model as a fundamental aspect of designing a mobile robot. Three-wheeled kinematic robot model that depending on the back wheel as initial robot velocity and the mobile robot turning angle determined by robot shaft angle. The model is obtained by assuming that a rotation merely depends on the robot shaft movement, as the front wheels both are standard fixed wheel. The rear wheel of the mobile robot also takes a standard fixed wheel. An additional assumption in this model is that there is a slip angle that affected the final pose of the mobile robot. The final pose of the mobile robot then calculated and simulated based on two input variables, i—e., rear-wheel velocity and robot shaft angle. We demonstrate how an attacker applies physical white-box and black-box adversarial attacks to Channel decoding systems based on DL. We show that these attacks can affect the systems and decrease performance. We uncover that these attacks are more effective than conventional jamming attacks. The scaling behavior of ultra-scaled InAs HEMTs system is investigated employing a 2-dimensional (2D) real-space effective mass ballistic quantum transport simulator, MATLAB and OMEN_FET on the nanohub website. Moreover, C++, OMEN programming language and Graphical User Interface (GUI) back scripts modifications tool are used. OMEN_HFET employs a real-space effective mass 2-D Schrödinger-Poisson convergent thinker to investigate the transport properties of nanoscale transistors. The process of the simulation region is limited to the contact area of the gate and the source or the drain contact is shapely by two series resistance. The device simulator can be used to gain a deeper insight into electron transport and to design the device for best performance once scaled to the nanometer systems. The simulation shows the comparison between the simulated Id-Vgs and Ig-Vgs characteristics of 20nm to 50nm gate length of flat and curves gate contact shape for InAs HEMTs. The system provides general security for essential purposes as the Motion detecting system alerts for any kind of movement inside the area where it is installed, the gas detecting system alerts the user for any type of gas leakage inside the room and also clearing the leaking gas by exhaust fan automatically, the fire detection system detects instantly when a slight fire is emerged also warning the user with alarm, the LDR system is for electrical door lock and it can be controlled by Cayenne using mobile or computer and lastly a home light system which can be turned on/off by the user of Cayenne. Raspberry Pi has been used to connect and control all the necessary equipment. In order to cope up with this rising demand, more power plants are commissioned. Most of the power plants use fossil fuel to produce electricity, hence are subjected to emissions to air, water and soil. This study uses life cycle assessment approach to measure the greenhouse gas (GHG) emission and its impact on global warming as well as to analyze the effect on climate change per unit kWh of electricity produced in a natural gas thermal power plant in the context of Bangladesh. The plant studied here comprises of different types of units and uses natural gas as fuel. The methods used in the analysis are CML 2001 and Eco-Indicator 99(H). The total GHG emission and climate change potential (CCP) from the natural gas thermal power plant were respectively 0.529 kg CO2 eq/kWh and 1.51E-8 DALY/kWh electricity generation.
