The piezoelectric ceramic as actuator is applied to warhead defection control, so as to complete projectile deformation and control the trajectory. In the technology that piezoelectric ceramic actuator based on digital PID algorithm, MCU is used for programming. We can study characteristics of the drive control system by means of simulation and determine key parameters. The result manifests the drive control based upon the digital PID algorithm has advantages for example high precision, fast response and so on. Nevertheless, PLS separates variables insufficiently, thus it cannot provide accurate results in quality-related process monitoring. To make up for this deficiency, in this paper, an improved PLS is described in detail which promotes the performance of PLS based on the coefficient matrix between input and output measurements. According to the detection results of IPLS, the contributions plots of the square of T statistics is calculated to judge the faulty variables of the fault. First of all, the point-cloud is projected by the orthographic projection method to obtain the feature information on three projection plain. Then the Gaussian probability function is used to convert them into three probability matrices as the three-channel input of convolutional neural network. Finally the targets are divided into three categories: pedestrian, motor vehicle and non-motor vehicle. The experiments are performed with real data collected from different times and different scenarios, the results show that the proposed method can detect targets accurately, and the accuracy can reach 90%. Firstly, the force and guidance law of the projectile are analyzed, and taking the proportional guidance as an example, the method establish the simulation model of the air-defence guided projectile ballistic from the perspective by dynamics. Secondly, the selection criteria of some parameters are discussed, and the three-dimensional ballistic simulation is performed by Matlab. Finally, the effects of the motion parameters such as projectile speed, target speed and proportional coefficient on the trajectory and encounter time are analyzed. Then, the existence of minimum lower bound inter-event triggering intervals proves that Zeno behaivor does not occur. In addition, by using the input-state stability criterion (ISS), we can arrive at the stability of state. In the new algorithm, the random inertia weight is introduced to strengthen the global exploration ability and local exploition ability of the PSO optimization process. Then, the optimized individuals of PSO and DE are cross-operated to generate new individuals, which inherit the dominant characteristics of both algorithms. But with the increasing demand in mobile technology of this field, how to save the computing resource consumption, enhance the training speed has become an important question. In this paper, based on some of the classic acceleration strategy, we established a new multi-branch network called FRINet, the model lowers computing power of the hardware requirements and enhancing training efficiency. Based on kernel trick and the improved Fisher discrimination dictionary learning, this paper designs a dictionary learning algorithm that can effectively improve image classification performance. Kernel space transformation can learn non-linear structural information, which is very useful for image classification. The traditional kernel dictionary learning algorithm has high computational complexity, which is not conducive to practical application. We address this problem by proposing a sample preprocessing method based on Nystrom algorithm. By introducing the incoherent promoting terms into the Fisher discrimination dictionary learning model, we can obtain more discriminative coding coefficients while learning a structured dictionary. The event extraction technique extracts events of interest from the unstructured information and presents them to the user in a structured manner. Digital Library Promotion Project launched by National Library of China collects public cultural event news released by Chinese public libraries, and this paper presents the method of collecting events from cultural domain news text and propose an approach to discover cultural event automatically. To distinguish cultural news from noisy data and identify the event types, we established a cultural keywords dictionary. For event argument recognition, we adopted pattern matching method.
