It has been used in many instruments to achieve high speed and wide band data transmission. In the presented paper, we simulate and analyze the affection on laser transmitting caused by random particle. We use Monte carol mechanism as tool to simulate a scenario of underwater laser communication. We focus on the relationship between density of different particles in water and the transmission area. Simulation results show that the output laser intensity under the rule of exponential distribution with the extend of communication area. Firstly, the networked control system with time-delay is modeled as a discrete-switched system with uncertain parameters under the influence of communication sequence scheduling. Then via the average dwell time method of switched systems and Lyapunove functional, the exponential stability of the system is researched. Furthermore, based on LMI algorithm, the scheduling strategy and controller of the networked control system are co-designed and a state feedback control law design algorithm is proposed. Ensemble empirical mode decomposition (EEMD) algorithm is introduce random Gaussian white noise sequence in the original signal to change the local time of the signal span, Which can inhibit the mode mixing phenomenon in the process of the conventional empirical mode decomposition. On the basis of the principles of the EEMD, This paper introduced the Amplitude standard deviation criterion to select the EEMD parameters. And for each intrinsic mode function (IMF) components decomposed by correlation coefficient method to extract the effect intrinsic mode component, then through threshold and reconstructing each effective intrinsic mode function. Finally the envelop spectrum of the signal was analyzed, extracted the fault characteristics of the rolling bearings. First, based on the similarity matrix computed from attribute values of video shots, a label random walk graph is built on the training set. Second, the random walk processing is carried on a hyper graph system when an unlabeled data arrives and a probability distribution among all labels is obtained. Then, the label category of each shot is determined according to the threshold. Therefore, measurement accuracy of HpTFs is vital to guarantee an authentic virtual sound reproduction. To evaluate the perceptual influence of intra-individual differences in HpTF measurements on headphone equalization and hence virtual sound reproduction, repeated measurements of HpTFs were conducted on an artificial head and human subjects, and then were analyzed using perceptual-motivated objective comparisons in three frequency ranges. Moreover, a series of psychoacoustic experiments were carried out. Missing or delaying of the process data may severely degrade the overall control performance. Methods compensating for the high probability of bit errors accompanying wireless transmissions in Cyber-Physical Systems are needed. In this paper, a way of combining retransmissions with real-time scheduling analysis is presented. The presented solution handles several retransmission attempts of erroneous data without jeopardizing the guaranteed delay bounds of other packets. A real-time analysis that utilizes the retransmission scheme is provided. A simulation study is presented that evaluates the performance of the retransmission scheme for bit-error rates. At first, the mathematical model was used to simplify the slip surface of loess slope as logarithmic spiral shape, and then the formula of stability coefficient was deduced to establish the mechanical analysis model of instability slope. At last, the variable-step optimization algorithm was adopted to calculate the minimum stability coefficient. The application instance shows that using logarithmic spiral curve to fit the slip surface feature can conform with the practical failure characteristic of loess slope closely. Whose basic principle is introduced in this paper as well, then it improves the efficiency of parameters optimization. Disturbance is added to the state of flight to reflect the anti-interference ability of this combined algorithm. The wave phase error has a great influence on uniform linear array direction-of-arrival (DOA) estimation accuracy and resolution. We use the chaos (banderol) uniform linear array element to form the receiving array, the chaotic system is extreme sensitivity of the input signal phase delay.
