Moreover, since Indian railway has started from April 1893, improvements are gradually happening in the development of trains, stations and reducing queues for ticket, but not on ticket, still we are using paper ticket. In addition, paper tickets take more time for checking to ensure whether they are valid or not, like they have to check date of journey, time etc for validation. So to overcome above flaws and support “ Make India Digital” we have purposed our project “Digital Authenticator” at all railway stations, in which all passengers will be given a RF card on the basis of which the passenger will be authenticated. The attribute weights are obtained by normalizing the solutions to fuzzy differential equations which are solved using sumudu transform and it is applied in decision making problems. The design and simulation of the circuit has been described with the help of Optiwave software version 7.0 and have been optimized by measuring the output at different values of input parameters like input optical power, injection current and active region length of SOA. Here, in this paper the optimized outpu has been presented. In this paper, a proposed Non-dominated Sorting Hybrid Cuckoo Search Algorithm (NSHCSA) for multi objective optimal power flow problem with series FACTS devices namely Static Synchronous Series Compensator (SSSC) and Interline Power Flow Controller (IPFC) with different objective functions including the practical constraints, operating constraints and the installation cost of FACTS devices are considered for this analysis. Some heuristic rules are suggested for the optimal location of FACTS devices to reduce the number of possible locations. Cuckoo Search Algorithm (CSA) and Genetic Algorithm (GA) are combined to form the proposed Hybrid Cuckoo Search Algorithm (HCSA). The fuzzy decision making tool is used to select optimal Pareto front solution for multi objectives. The effectiveness of the proposed method is tested on IEEE-30 bus test system with FACTS devices. The calculation of transfer capability has become a new measure for secure, reliable and economic operation of the power system network. In this paper, available transfer capability (ATC) evaluation procedure for bi-lateral transactions using sensitivity approach is presented. Further, the ATC value is enhanced using optimal power flow (OPF) and using flexible ac transmission systems (FACTS) controllers. A current based model for static synchronous series compensator (SSSC) is presented with respective optimal location identification methodology using ZIP Load. The OPF problem with ATC and total power losses (TPL) as objectives is solved in the presence of SSSC while satisfying system equality, in-equality constraints and device limits using Firefly algorithm. The output voltage magnitude and its quality profile are a function of both the Input DC voltage and the firing angle. Any variation in these two factors, forces the output of the inverter to vary. This method is not to be used to make changes in the design of the inverter, but rather use the existing inverter at such a voltage level and firing angle, so that the output voltage variation per unit change in any input parameters is minimum. For practically implementing the proposed method, for deciding the input operating voltage, there is no need to know the mathematical model or the topology of the inverter, but the data for calculations is generated by subjecting the inverter to different input conditions of the allowable range of voltage and firing angle. In this paper the method has been demonstrated using Matlab simulations, to show how only meeting the output voltage conditions is not sufficient, and in some cases even the THD profile too can produce comparable results, making it difficult to decide amongst the probable choices of input voltage.
