It takes the raw sensor reading as inputs and predicts a user's motion activity. Many main stream smart phones are equipped with various sensors, including accelerometers[2], GPS, light sensors, temperature sensors, gyroscope, barometer, etc. These sensors have become a rich data source to measure various aspects of a user's daily life. With cloud computing we can create and configure the applications online. It also helps us to customize the applications according to clients need. Cloud provides us enormous storage and offers different types of resources such as high speed server, runtime platform, applications and software. Due to scarcity and large cost of cloud resources there is need for proper scheduling and allocation of cloud resources. The cloud resources must be allocated in efficient and effective way so that total cost of resources should be minimized. Scheduling algorithms are used for dispatching user tasks or jobs to a particular resource or data. Induction motors are widely used in industrial applications for their intrinsic ruggedness and reduced cost. Recently, the use of adjustable speed drives has spread in many applications. Most of the industrials motors are used today are in fact induction motors. Induction motors have been used in the past mainly in applications requiring a constant speed because conventional methods of their speed control have either been expensive or highly inefficient. Multilevel inverters have a high number of switching states so that the output voltage is stepped in smaller increments. This allows mitigation of the harmonics at low switching frequencies thereby reducing switching losses. Almost 38% of faults in industrial loads like variable speed ac drive. IGBT's are used in almost all converters as power handling capability is high. It is estimated that among all types of faults in variable speed ac drives in industry, 10 μs. Forest fires are as ancient as the forests themselves which destroy the forests, and can be a great threat to people who live in forests as well as wildlife. They pose a peril not only to the forest wealth but also to the entire regime utterly distressing the bio diversity, the ecology and the environment of a region. The present methods of detection of forest fire using satellite are widely considered to be scarce to foreknow the fires in the forest. Moreover, the satellite based methods of forest fire detection predict the forest fire only after the fire blowout uncontrollable and this method is considered to be futile to forecast the forest fire. Hence, a smart system is introduced which comprises of multiple classifiers to classify the forest fire attributes and fusion methods using Dezert-Smarandache theory, are considered to combine the data and to forecast the fire more accurately and effectively. However, the output voltage of fuel cell stack is very low and it is not sufficient to drive the electric vehicle. This paper put forward the three level hybrid boost dc-dc converter, which can be step-up the fuel cell output voltage with high voltage gain. The working principle of present converter is based on the traditional neutral clamped multi level inverter. Here, IGBT based three level converter is designed and steady state of filtering capacitors are observed with MATLAB software. Fuel cell stack is designed in the place of normal dc battery. Hybrid boost dc-dc converter is connected to Multi level inverter for AC output to drive EV. Enhancing of images is a primary step in any advanced image processing analysis. Initially, the histogram of an unprocessed image is computed to analyze the gray level distribution of an image. Later the local minima's of histogram image is calculated. Based on these minima's the image is partitioned in to intensity based distributed images. Finally these images undergo mapping process with mean and equalization computational values. In this proposed work, we have considered two rivers; Netravati and Sita which flows west coastal region of India and join Arabian Sea. These two rivers were studied with the planning of aquaculture and development carried out by deploying the underwater sensor nodes. Assessment of water parameter such as temperature, Salinity, Dissolved oxygen, Turbidity and pH values, and these parameters directly effect on the growth of aquaculture. For a time period the water parameter readings are stored and Z-test analysis applied for a hypothesis with respect to water parameter to evaluate the significant variation between two rivers.
