On the basis of 1995–2007 monitoring data of Copper (Cu) at the surface water monitoring point 500m to the downstream of the sewage outlet in a copper ore, with cubic exponential smoothing method, the predicting model of heavy metal Cu is established through selecting different smoothing coefficient a. After applying the predicting model to predicting the content of Cu in the wastewater 500m to the sewage outlet from 2005 to 2007, it is found that the error of comparing the predicted result with correspondent actual monitoring values is less than 5%, which satisfies the requirements after testing. Based on the new geological evidence and observational data, combining with the classical albedo model, A new albedo model is built for the 100ka climate cycle. Using the new albedo model, a lot of stochastic resonance simulations is carried out. The results shows that when the noise intensity in earth-atmosphere system is about 0.25–0.37, the stochastic resonance will happen with the cycle of 10°C temperature amplitude. These simulation results is in accordance with the climate change facts and Benzi's research. The real polarization scattering matrix (PSM) namely Sinclair scattering matrix must be acquired by instantaneous full polarization measurements. For the requirement of full polarization measurement to radar targets instantaneously, a solution to the two key issues on channel isolation and sidelobe suppression is proposed here from the perspective of waveform design and echo processing. The required waveform characteristics for instantaneous full polarization radar and the demands of sidelobe suppression performance were reviewed. Channel isolation is guaranteed by orthogonal Waveform Design, and the performance of auto-correlation and Doppler tolerance is obtained at the same time. A novel signal transmission guideline is designed based on comprehensive utilization of positive and negative chirp rate linear frequency-modulation (LFM) waveform and orthogonal phase-coded waveform hopping pulse to pulse randomly. Effective sidelobe reduction is achieved by inter-pulse information processing. This paper describes the research history of Chinese meridian theory first. Then the method of electronic information science is applied to study the specificity of the signal transmission along human Pericardium Meridian. Certain points on the Pericardium are selected, and a special electrode array is implemented to study the resistance and the AC steady-state characteristics. Furthermore, digital signal processing methods are used to analyze the waveform to compare the spectrum of the signal of meridian and non-meridian under the same stimulating. In this paper, a matching decision model for self-adaptability of knowledge manufacturing system based on the fuzzy neural network is proposed. The changed production environment factors are regarded as linguistic variable inputs. A modified momentum factor B-P algorithm consisting of information feed-forward process and the error back-propagation process is used. The proposed FNN model is employed to evaluate the matching degree of a car-lamp production manufacturing mode to variable environment units. Matching result indicates adaptive degree of manufacturing system. By far, the subject-specific ICA, temporal concatenation method and tensor PICA have been applied to fMRI data analysis. Among the three methods, both temporal concatenation method and tensor PICA are the most widely used. However, there hasn't been any comparison of subject-specific ICA, temporal concatenation method and tensor PICA. The current study aims at comparing the three group ICA methods at various noise levels. Simulated experiment based on human resting fMRI data revealed that tensor PICA provided the best overall performance due to the highest spatial detection power and relatively more accurate estimation of time course. Temporal concatenation method provided moderate performance in terms of relatively higher spatial detection power and simpler algorithm. The inner disturbance and outside disturbance of the system, as well as the friction could be observed and compensated by the high-gain extended state observer (ESO) of ADRC, which has strong robustness. Due to proposing a new nonlinear function to overcome the rough of conventional nonlinear function in the nonlinear state error feedback of conventional ADRC, so the system is un-sensitive to the friction.
