MethodsHeLa-s2，HeLa-NC，HeLa-U6 neo and HeLa cells were inoculated respectively in flank subcutaneous tissue of 24 female nude mice randomly to establish xenograft models of human cervical carcinoma， observed the tumor growth status. The tumor volume were measured termly and the tumor weight were investigated after they were killed to observe the impact of RNAi targeting survivin gene on tumor growth. The expression of survivin protein in tumor tissues were examined by immunohistochemistry SP method. Cell apoptosis in tumor tissues were observed by TUNEL method and counted out AI. To observe the impact of RNAi targeting survivin gene on tumor chemosensitivity after delt with cisplatin， measured the tumor volume termly and drew the tumor growth curve， investigated the tumor weight after they were killed and examined cell apoptosis by TUNEL method. Results　Establish 4 groups of xenograft models of human cervical carcinoma. The tumor volume of HeLa-s2 group was obviously less than that of HeLa group at every checkpoint. At the terminal of observation， the tumor weight of HeLa-s2 group was obviously lower than that of HeLa group， and they were(0.369±0.043)g and (1.150±0.136)g respectively(P<0.05).The tumor growth inhibitive rate of HeLa-s2 group was 67.9%. The expression of survivin protein examined by immunohistochemistry in tumor tissues of HeLa-s2 group decreased sharply. Apoptotic cells increased in tumor tissues of HeLa-s2 group examined by TUNEL method， AI was (22.73±1.37)%. The tumor volume of HeLa-s2 group was obviously less than that of HeLa group at every checkpoint after delt with cisplatin and the tumor gowth was inhibited. At the terminal of observation，the tumor weight of HeLa-s2 group was obviously lower than that of HeLa group，they were(0.323±0.058)g and(1.347±0.173)g respectively(P<0.05)；cell apoptosis increased in tumor tissues of HeLa-s2 group，and compared with HeLa group， AI of HeLa-s2 group rose up notably，they were(37.38±1.01)% and(5.19±0.61)%(P<0.05). (1) SAP group was induced by the retrograde injection of sodium taurocholate (STC) in the pancreatic duct (n＝18)； (2) P group (same as SAP group， but pioglitazone(50 mg/kg) was injected intraperitoneally two hours prior to STC(n＝18)； (3) Sham operation group. Sham-operated animals served as control. Operation was executed， STC was not injected， but pancreas was flipped and striked gently three times. Rats were killed by abdominal aorta exsanguination at 3 h， 6 h and 12 h after the induction of pancreatitis. Serum activities of amylase were measured， the concentrations of inflammatory cyctokines (TNF-α，IL-6 and IL-10) of the blood were measured by ELISA and pancreatic histologic score were assessed.Results　Compared with C group， pancreatic histologic score， serum amylase， TNF-α and IL-6 in SAP group were increased significantly (P<0.01) except IL-10 level(P＞0.05). Pretreatment with pioglitazone obviously decreased histologic score and the serum level of amylase， TNF-α， IL-6， and the level of IL-10 was higher than SAP group in early SAP(P<0.05). Methods　Thirteen swines， their pressure of aotic artery were measured through guiding wire and the distal pressure of left anterior descending(LAD)measured through coronary pressure wire， then calculated fractional flow reserve (FFR). Coronary blood flow velocity was recorded through coronary doppler wire and calculated zero flow pressure (Pzf). Blocked up distal of LAD by angioplasty balloon to establish the model of AMI. Calculated the FFR and Pzf repeadly. Analysis the difference of FFR and Pzf between before and after the model of AMI established. Taken out of those swines'heart after executed them， sliced the cardiac muscle and dyed with TTc to detect the viable myocardium. Calculated the percent ratio of viable myocardium to the whole left ventrcular myocardium using image tool 3.0.Drawed the percent ratio of viable myocardium？Pzf coordinate graph and observed the relationship between them. Results　Eleven swines were successfully established models of AMI by occlusion of the coronaries. 2 swines died of ventricular fibrillation after the coronaries were occluded 45 and 65 minutes respectively. The viable myocardium could be detected by TTc dyeing. After the model of AMI established， all FFR＜0.75 and the FFR of the models of AMI were less than before (P＜0.001) while the Pzf of the models of AMI were more than before (P＜0.001). The percent radio of viable myocardium were negative correlation with Pzf after the model of AMI established. Conclusions　The swine model of AMI can be established by coronary occlusion with angioplasty balloon. Methods AIH models were established in mice and they were divided into four groups: normal control group,model group,curcumin treatment group,and cyclosporine A treatment group. The alanine aminotransferase ( ALT) changes in peripheral blood was detected by IFCC-rate methods,and the degree of inflammatory cell infiltration was observed by liver paraffin sections. Results The ALT values and inflammatory cell infiltration of the model group reached its peak in the eight-hour; it was not significant with injections of 8 times 50 mg/kg curcumin that ALT values and inflammatory cell invasion was decreased,but with injection of 6 ～ 8 times 100 mg/kg or 4 ～ 6 times 200 mg/kg curcumin,which was no statistical difference compared with cyclosporine A treatment group. Conclusions Curcumin can reduce the ALT values and the degree of inflammatory cell infiltration of autoimmune hepatitis in mice,and the effect is related to the dose of curcumin. Methods　Prospective study. Fifty-seven consecutive patients with Barrett′s esophagus were treated. EMR was performed with a single-band or multi-band ligator in order to create a pseudo-polyp followed by snare polypectomy using blended current. No sub-mucosal saline injection was administered before resection. Endoscopy was re-checked after one month. Results　A total of 57 cases were treated with the “ligation and cut” technique，46 with island-type and 11 with tongue-type. Special intestinal metaplasia and mild dysplasia were more common in tongue-type Barrett′s esophagus than in island-type Barrett′s esophagus. The diagnostic accuracy of biopsy was 94.74%. Mild bleeding occurred in 5 patients. Neither stenosis nor perforation was encountered. Methods　All the observe subjects were selected from the admission patients of the EICU of Tianjin medical university general hospital. 92 MODS patients aged 22～92 years were included while 30 non-MODS patients aged 20～87 years included as control group. Detect the serum cholinesterase level respectively at admission and in the 24 th hour of admission. Calculate the value change of serum cholinesterase. The MODS patients were divided into two groups based on their prognosis：survival group and death group. Results　Compared with the control group，the MODS patients had a decreased level of serum cholinesterase which had a statistic significance(P<0.05). The serum cholinesterase level of the MODS which dead in day 28 was decreased persistently as comparing with the survival group. Using multinomial Logistic regression analysis，the change value of serum cholinesterase level，APACHEⅡ scores and the number of dysfunction organ were independent risk factors for judging the prognosis in the MODS patients. Conclusions　The serum cholinesterase level at admission，in the 24 th hour of admission and the change value of serum cholinesterase level have a close ralationship with the severity of MODS. Methods　Standard hematological tests，bone marrow examinations and immunological tests were carried out to scan thrombocytopenia in a total of 176 consecutive SLE patients，the clinical and laboratory data were compared between SLE patients with or without thrombocytopenia，and bone marrow examinations for analysis of megakaryocytic function in SLE patients with thrombocytopenia were compared with that in 32 SLE patients without thrombocytopenia. Results　Thrombocytopenia was identified in 64 SLE patients(36.4%)，among whom，48(75%)with mild thrombocytopenia and 16(25%)with severe thrombocytopenia. In comparison with patients without thrombocytopenia，SLE patients with thrombocytopenia had higher incidence of serositis，more sever renal damage，lower serum C3 levels(P<0.05)，and higher disease activity scores(P<0.05). The total numbers of megakaryocytes was decreased in SLE patients with thrombocytopenia in comparision with that in SLE patients without thrombocytopenia(P=0.001)，especially the platelete-forming megakaryocyte. Whereas，the numbers of promegakaryocytes was markedly increased in SLE patients with thrombocytopenia(P=0.019). Conclusions　Thrombocytopenia in SLE is more likely developed in patients with active and severe disease.
