According to Jacob Levy Moreno, the founder of psychodrama, the self emerges from the role that we play. On the basis of Morenian role theory, rich clinical experience has been accumulated in contemporary psychodrama therapy, but it lacks an explanatory theory to comprehensively explain the working mechanism of psychodrama therapy. Starting from the analysis of role reversal experience, predictive processing theory explains interpersonal interaction and role construction in the process of role reversal. According to predictive processing theory, role reversal is a kind of self-construction process. From a single role reversal treatment to different aspects in the process of psychotherapy, this self-construction process is as follows. First, role reversal brings about the change of the signal type. Second, role reversal results in model update. Third, the new model is constructed and generated in the interaction between the individual self and the other. The conclusion turns out that explaining the structural features of role reversal according to predictive processing theory can promote this technology so as to play a better role in clinical treatment.","PeriodicalId":62025,"journal":{"name":"心理科学进展","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"69744509","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A systematic review of existing studies shows that these two phenomena can be explained by the reconsolidation account, the attention capture hypothesis, and the retrieval fluency hypothesis (for RES), or by the memory strength theory, the retrieval effort theory, and the discrepancy detection theory (for PET). These related theories differ in both the stage of action and the perspective of explanation, and are integrated into a new theoretical model. In addition, there are some potential influences on the separation of RES and PET, including the original information material, the type of interim test, and the characteristics of the misinformation. Future research should begin with the testing of this theoretical model and expand it in appropriate directions.","PeriodicalId":62025,"journal":{"name":"心理科学进展","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"69745114","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The results indicate that: ( 1 ) . A high performance work system has significant positive effect on all dimensions of employee well-being. i.e., a \"consistent effect\" rather than a \"contradictory effect\". ( 2 ) . Cultural contexts moderated the relationship between high-performance work systems and employee well-being. The positive association between employees' perceived high-performing work systems and subjective well-being, psychological well-being, and health well-being in the high power distance and collectivist cultural context was significantly stronger than that of employees with low power distance and individualistic tendencies. ( 3 ) . The industry in which the employees serve has a significant moderating effect on the relationship between perceived high-performing work systems and employee well-being. The positive association between high-performing work systems and subjective well-being was stronger for employees in the health care service industry than in the production service industry; however, the positive association between perceived high-performing work systems and health well-being was lower for employees in the health care service industry than in the production service industry. The findings suggest that the academic community should re-understand and examine the value of high-performance work systems.","PeriodicalId":62025,"journal":{"name":"心理科学进展","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"69747222","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Recent studies have found that disgust might be the major emotional factor leading to suicide, or the reason for people to commit suicide is due to self-disgust. Disgust is a kind of basic emotion that is induced by excreta from oneself or other people. Disgust works to keep the individual away from toxicity and disease, which can be called \"immune behavior\". Recently, it is found that many psychological problems are resulted from the disgust reactions to surrounding people or environment. Some studies have shown that individuals who commit suicide are very disgustful for themselves, indicating that their disgust emotion is problematic. Just as somatic autoimmunity attacks itself, disgust might lead to attacking behaviors against oneself or suicide. Self-disgust is the key factor of suicidal ideation, and early trauma is the root cause. Life stress and mental illness are involved in that disgust induced suicidal ideation. The neural basis of suicide induced by disgust is related to HPA axis and serotonin system. Future studies might apply neuroscience technologies, such as neuroimaging and electrophysiology, to examine the neural mechanism of suicidal behavior, and to explore the psychological and neural mechanisms of disgust affecting suicidal behaviors.","PeriodicalId":62025,"journal":{"name":"心理科学进展","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"69739006","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this study, a three-level meta-analysis technique was used for the first time to integrate relevant empirical studies to examine the effects of shame on prosocial behavior and the moderating variables in the relationship. Through literature search and screening, a total of 26 literatures with 85 effect sizes were included, and the total sample size was 5823 participants.
