The data were analyzed using descriptive, comparative, and multinomial logistic regression analyses.</p></div><div><h3>Results</h3><p>The prevalence of varying health problems was 28.5% underweight, 10.6% overweight, 62.6% anemia, and 50.3% joint and bone pain. These results showed that being older and drinking coffee increased the likelihood of being underweight, while having less than 30 min of recess per working period and working for more than 5 days per week decreased the likelihood of being overweight. Meanwhile, being a younger male and working for less than 5 days per week decreased the risk of anemia. The prognoses, two scores to predict the corresponding prediction index of sensitivity, specificity and positive predictive value for the prognosis, the negative predictive value and the ROC curve for predicting the prognosis were analyzed for all patients.</p></div><div><h3>Results</h3><p>In the prediction of the risk of mortality, the MEWS system had a high resolution. The MEWS area under the ROC curve was 0.93. The area under the ROC curve for the APACHE score was 0.79, and the difference was statistically significant (<em>Z</em> = 4.348, <em>P</em> &lt; 0.01).</p></div><div><h3>Conclusions</h3><p>Both the MEWS and APACHE II systems can be used to determine the severity of emergency patients and have a certain predictive value for the patient's mortality risk. The patient experience of nursing care can give a different perspective on nursing quality and help clinical nursing staff to direct quality improvement. Attempts to identify what is patient experience, the relationship with nursing care, and the application of patient experience in nursing quality improvement practice, in order to provide advices for constructing the quality standards and quality improvement strategies of nursing care.</p></div><div><h3>Methods</h3><p>We conducted a literature review of original research publications. The database platforms Pubmed, Web of Science, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Wanfang were searched from inception until end of August 2015. After screening retrieved articles, 40 sources (articles and organizational websites) were selected for analysis for the connotation, development and application of patient experience in nursing quality researches.</p></div><div><h3>Results</h3><p>Our study identified several concepts about patient experience, roughly sorted out the development path of patient experience in worldwide and the application of patient experience in nursing quality improvement. It points out four precautions when applying patient experience in nursing quality improvement, which are differentiating patient satisfaction and patient experience, choosing appropriate data collection method and appropriate feedback time, and the last but the most important, applying theories to actual clinical practice.</p></div><div><h3>Conclusions</h3><p>Professional indexes are important to maintain the care quality, but it cannot fully reflect quality of nursing care, which needs patient experience as the supplement. Nursing staffs need to make more efforts to enhance patient's nursing care experience, and apply the research results to clinical practice, and finally make patient-centered care come true. There is limited research about Chinese students studying in Australia. In particular, the learning experience of Chinese nursing students has not been fully explored nor understood.</p></div><div><h3>Discussion</h3><p>to enhance teaching and learning in international education contexts, and to cater better to international students, it is important to understand their experiences and perspectives. A convenience sample of 243 recipients was recruited. Self-reported medication adherence was measured by the Basel Assessment of Adherence with Immunosuppressive Medication Scale (BAASIS). The NCF was operationalized using the Beliefs about Medication Questionnaire (BMQ) to assess the beliefs about necessity and concerns with taking immunosuppressive medication.</p></div><div><h3>Results</h3><p>One-hundred-forty-five liver transplant recipients were non-adherent (59.67%). Compared to adherers, non-adherers had lower beliefs regarding the necessity of taking immunosuppressive medication and lower scores on the necessity-concerns different from adherers.</p></div><div><h3>Conclusions</h3><p>Non-adherence is common in liver transplant recipients. Non-adherers hold beliefs that are different from adherers. Combined debridement is a new technique to deal with the complex chronic wounds. This review introduces several topical methods of combined debridement according to the various color classifications. Methods include combined sharp and hydrogel debridement, combined ultrasonic and enzymatic debridement, ultrasonic debridement combined with surgical debridement and vacuum aspiration on debridement, and other types of debridement. The questionnaires included MBI and Carlson work-family conflict questionnaires, and the data were analyzed using SPSS 17.</p></div><div><h3>Results</h3><p>A total of 71.6% of nurses worked over 8 h per day during the last two months before the reevaluation. The total score of burnout of nurses was 66.84 ± 12.60, and the proportion of heavy work burnout was 44.2%. The personal accomplishment takes the heaviest portion (80.0%). The total score of work-family conflict is 55.19 ± 9.27. The scores of work-to-family conflict are all higher than that of family-to-work conflict. Meanwhile, corresponding quantitative standard indicators were compiled through literature analysis and a review of training characteristics. Next, screening indicators were collected through consultation with experts and statistical calculations. The indicators weight coefficient was calculated using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Finally, indicators were validated in two groups of nurses in two different training courses.</p></div><div><h3>Results</h3><p>(1) We created a three-level indicator system: level-Ⅰ dimensions have 4 indicators, while level-Ⅱ dimensions and level-Ⅲ dimensions have 13 and 34 indicators, respectively; (2) The coefficient of expert's judgment is 0.840, familiarity is 0.914 and authority is 0.877, and the three rounds of coordination coefficient are 0.456, 0.553 and 0.715, respectively; (3) There are at least 56 indicators in alternative quantitative standards; and (4) The alpha reliability value of the indicator system in the two training course had no significant difference (<em>P</em> &gt; 0.05). The same result was observed when examining two groups of nurses in one training course (<em>P</em> &gt; 0.05).</p></div><div><h3>Conclusions</h3><p>This study established a training system of quality evaluation standards for emergency nurse specialists that is objective, reliable, easy to operate and representative according to scientific selection and verification. The publication dates were from inception to May 2014, and a literature screening, data extraction, quality evaluation and cross checks were independently conducted by two reviewers in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. A meta-analysis was then carried out using RevMan 5.3 software.</p></div><div><h3>Results</h3><p>In total, 14 RCTs were included, and of these, only 10 RCTs involving 702 patients were included in the meta-analysis. Although dementia is an incurable disease, its progression can be slowed with exercise and some patient functionality may be improved through physical exercise. The objective of this meta-analysis was to assess the effect of physical exercise on patients with dementia.</p></div><div><h3>Methods</h3><p>The Pubmed, EMbase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), VIP and Wan Fang databases were searched for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) through July 2016. References of eligible citations were also searched by hand. Articles were screened and data were extracted. The methodological quality was independently assessed by two reviewers. Then, a meta-analysis was performed by RevMan 5.3.</p></div><div><h3>Results</h3><p>A total of 14 RCTs, involving 1546 participants, were included. The pooled results suggested that physical exercise effectively improved the Time up and go (seconds) [MD = −2.87, 95%<em>CI</em> (−3.25, −2.5)], Function Reach (cm) [MD = 4.25, 95%<em>CI</em> (3.52, 4.98)], Cadence, steps/min [MD = 12.71, 95%<em>CI</em> (6.92, 18.51)], NPI-caregiver total score [MD = −2.33, 95%<em>CI</em> (−3.65, −1.01)] and Berg Balance Scale [MD = 3.62, 95%<em>CI</em> (1.51, 5.73)].</p></div><div><h3>Conclusions</h3><p>Physical activity training effectively improved the condition of dementia patients. Physical activity training effectively improved the condition of Time up and go (seconds), NPI-caregiver total score, Function Reach (cm), Cadence, steps/min and Berg Balance Scale.
