The formulation of the problem in this research was “Is there any significant correlation between students’ reading speed and reading comprehension of the tenth-grade students of MA Al Fatah Kota Mulya?”. For the population, this research is from the tenth grade of MA Al Fatah Kota Mulya and contains 20 students. In here sample of the research was all of the population. Then sampling this research was done by utilizing purposive sampling. A descriptive method as a method in this research. Type instrument in this research was a test, and the test is the reading speed test and the reading comprehension achievement test. The result indicated r-obtain 0.862 higher than r-table 0.4227. Khozinatul ‘Ulum . Jenis penelitian ini kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan berpikir kritis, sedangkan subyeknya adalah Siswa Kelas VII MTs. Khozinatul ‘Ulum. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi tes, wawancara, dokumentasi. Tes digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, wawancara untuk mengklarifikasi jawaban siswa yang berhubungan dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis secara langsung, dan dokumentasi untuk mendokumentasikan hasil tes dan wawancara. Untuk menguji keabsahan data digunakan triangulasi metode. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan metode alur yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, dan  verifikasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini: 1) siswa kategori tinggi sudah mampu memenuhi semua indikator berpikir kritis, yaitu elementary clarification, basic support, inference, advanced clarification, dan strategies and tactics pada semua nomor soal. 2) Siswa kategori sedang mampu memenuhi semua indikator berpikir kritis, yaitu elementary clarification, basic support, inference, advanced clarification, dan strategies and tactics pada soal nomor 1. Pada soal nomor 2, siswa kurang mampu memenuhi indikator elementary clarification dan strategies and tactics, siswa mampu memenuhi indikator basic support, serta siswa belum mampu memenuhi indikator inference dan advanced clarification. Since online courses are not restricted by location, the convenience of recording classes has become a steady trend, especially during the COVID-19 period. However, some are also skeptical about the efficacy of online teaching and learning through the digital environment and believe that the stimulus generated on these foundations will result in undesirable consequences (Dhawan, 2020). As student attention determines their tracking accuracy, external factors like stimulus complexity and familiarity tend to be an obstacle for students to be attentive.  In this quantitative experimental study named \"Simon Effect\", 24 postgraduate students (12 males and 12 females) in a Malaysian public research university were used as samples to test whether or not gender plays a role in tracking accuracy. Results show that gender does not influence the tracking accuracy of postgraduate students. At the same time, the stimulus complexity and familiarity do influence the tracking accuracy of the postgraduate students. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan literasi siswa menggunakan soal matematika dengan model PISA menggunakan konteks Motif Batik Jahe Selawe yang valid, praktis, dan berpotensi menumbuhkan kemampuan literasi siswa. Adapun soal yang dikembangkan menggunakan metode penelitian desain dengan jenis penelitian pengembangan. Jenis penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga langkah yaitu tahap investigasi pendahuluan, prototipe, dan penilaian. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Pakem Sleman. Instrumen pengumpulan data meliputi walkthrough, wawancara, lembar validasi, tes, rekaman video, dan dokumen. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif-kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan model eksperimen yang dilaksanakan selama satu tahun. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa TK Al Islam Jamsaren Surakarta dan TK BA Aisyiyah Grogol Sukoharjo. Pengambilan subjek dilakukan secara random sampling, yaitu sampel diambil secara acak (random). Selanjutnya data-data yang terkumpul akan dianalisis menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa hasil belajar anak mengenai KSA menunjukkan bahwa kelompok I (mean= 22.75) anak memiliki pemahaman mengenai KSA yang lebih tinggi jika dibanding dengan kelompok II (mean= 20.28). Pemberian perlakuan berupa metode storytelling (X) dibandingkan dengan metode ceramah (Y) memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda secara signifikan dalam mengembangkan hasil belajar anak terhadap KSA anak siswa. To overcome this problem, Indonesian government has developed many programs in improving literacy skills. However, the program has not given significant result since it is only done in formal school. Whereas current studies show that children developed the embryonic knowledge that leads to official literacy skills in their early childhood period at home and Early Childhood Education centre long before they enter formal school. Therefore, it is needed comprehend studies of early literacy development program in Indonesian setting involving the family and society to improve the literacy skills of the children. Therefore, this study describes strategies to strengthen literacy practices for children at home setting and society in one of Indonesian villages through Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. Focus group discussion (FGD) which involved 30 parents, 3 kindergarten teachers and 3 childrens as participants becomes the main technique in gathering the data. In addition, interview was also conducted to get deeper information from particular participant. Furthermore, based on FGD, there are some factors that could strengthening literacy practices for the children such as, good library facilities, varied and sustainable library programs, improving parents’ skills on literacy stimulation techniques for children and providing literacy community at rural area level. Moreover, as a result of FGD activities, the participants and facilitators developed a program called “Pohon Literasi (Literacy Tree).” Then, this program was implemented in three cycles. Each cycle took one week period of implementation. Pada tahap pengembangan, dengan mengadakan jam wajib berkunjung ke perpustakaan, melakukan pengembangan kegiatan membaca 15 menit sebelum pelajaran, mengadakan kegiatan majalah dinding, dan kegiatan pengembangan literasi lain. Tahap pembelajaran dengan kegiatan membaca di awal, tengah, atau menjelang akhir pelajaran, menggunakan berbagai metode dan media, dan melakukan pembelajaran di perpustakaan pada saat-saat tertentu. Faktor pendukung adalah semangat peserta didik, dukungan guru, adanya fasilitas fisik dan sarana prasarana, serta anggaran  yang memadai, partisipasi aktif warga sekolah, dan dukungan orang tua dalam kegiatan literasi. Kegiatan ekstrakulikuler drum band yang banyak disukai oleh murid dapat menjadi salah satu kegiatan untuk menginternalisasi karakter disiplin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana internalisasi karakter disiplin pada ekstrakulikuler drum band. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengambilan datanya dengan wawancara, dokumentasi, analisis data dan observasi. Analisis datanya menggunakan perspektif behavioristic. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa. Proses menginternalisasikannya melalui tiga tahap yaitu transformasi nilai, transaksi nilai, dan transinternalisasi yang tercermin pada proses kegiatan mulai dari pembukaan, inti dan penutupan. Proses internalisasi ini dengan kaitannya pada kajian behaviotistik juga sangat mendukung dalam menanamkan nilai disiplin pada anak. Pembentukan karakter disiplin melalui stimulasi dari lingkungan dan pelatih di dalam proses internalisasi. Menghasilkan respon karakter disiplin kepada anak.Keywords: Internalisasi, Karakter Disiplin, Ekstrakurikuler, Drumband ABSTRACT Character education is the most important to be internalized in children, especially in this millenial era.  Drum band extracurricular activities that are mostly liked by students can be an activity to internalize the character of the discipline. The purpose of this study was to determine how to internalize the disciplinary character of the drum band extracurricular. This research used a qualitative approach. Collection data by interview, documentation, data of analysis and observation. The data analysis used a behavioristic perspective. The results of this study indicate that.
