This research develops a model and prototype of a mobile incubator to carry and maintain the baby's temperature during emergencies to get further treatment to hospitals that have better facilities than incomplete health clinic facilities. The mobile incubator prototype uses a PID controller system with the optimum gain value Kp 1.501, Ki 0.016, and Kd -1,319 from the results of modeling and tuning in Matlab. The results of the bode plot analysis show that system stability was achieved with a gain margin of 109 dB. The biofloc ponds can maintain the quality of water biologically to maximize the growth of fish. However, the level of water quality monitoring is generally only divided into good or bad categories so that it cannot represent the condition of fish growth. Therefore, this study aims to get the level of water quality (0–100 %) using the Mamdani fuzzy inference system (FIS) algorithm based on pH, temperature, and dissolved oxygen (DO). The level of water quality was correlated based on catfish growth conditions. The results showed that the range of values of the water quality level for each condition of catfish growth was 100 % for normal-living fish, 83–99 % for stunted fish growth, and < 83% for threatened fish. This study examines the development of an identification application for the classification of patients with eye disorders using the Decision Tree (DT) method, which is optimized using Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). This study used 311 eye image data, consisting of 233 normal eye images and 78 eye images with glaucoma, cataracts, and uveitis. The feature extraction used Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM), while the feature optimization used the PSO and the learning method used DT. The final weight value of SOM was used as a center on the RBF network. The input data variables are rainfall data and air temperature data for three days with three binary outputs to predict DC values. This study also observed the effect of the number of neurons, learning rates, and the number of iterations on the results of the SOM-RBF network training. The smallest MSE of training result from the SOM-RBF network was 0.159933 using 65 neurons in the hidden layer, learning rate 0.007, and epoch 45000. A customer segmentation model based on transaction data can provide this information. This study used parameters from the recency, frequency, and monetary (RFM) model in determining customer segmentation and bisecting k-means algorithm to determine the number of clusters. The dataset used 588 sales transactions for PT Dinar Energi Utama in 2017. The clusters formed by the bisecting k-means and k-means algorithm were tested using the silhouette coefficient method. The distance calculation in the KNN algorithm becomes essential in measuring the closeness between data elements. This study compares four distance calculations commonly used in KNN, namely Euclidean, Chebyshev, Manhattan, and Minkowski. The dataset used data from Youtube Eminem’s comments which contain 448 data. This study showed that Euclidian or Minkowski on the KNN algorithm achieved the best result compared to Chebycev and Manhattan. Sistem diimplementasikan menggunakan Wemos D1, sensor arus ACS712, relay, dan aplikasi Blynk sebagai antarmuka sistem di smartphone. Sistem membutuhkan waktu rata-rata 0,4-3,3 detik untuk merespons perintah dari aplikasi Blynk melalui koneksi Wifi pada jarak 50-1000 meter serta sistem kendali dan pemantauan daya listrik dapat berfungsi dengan baik. Lama waktu respons sistem tidak dipengaruhi oleh jarak. A new image encryption algorithm to address the security challenges of traditional image encryption algorithms is presented in this research. The proposed scheme transforms the pixel information of an original image by taking into consideration the pixel location such that two neighboring pixels are processed via two separate algorithms. The proposed scheme utilized the Gray code number system. The experimental results and comparison shows the encrypted images were different from the original images. Also, pixel histogram revealed that the distribution of the plain images and their decrypted images have the same pixel histogram distributions, which means that there is a high correlation between the original images and decrypted images. It predicts likely defective modules and helps avoid pitfalls that are associated with such modules. However, these insights may be inaccurate and unreliable if parameters of SDP models are not taken into consideration. In this study, the effect of parameter tuning on the k nearest neighbor (k-NN) in SDP was investigated. More specifically, the impact of varying and selecting optimal k value, the influence of distance weighting and the impact of distance functions on k-NN. An experiment was designed to investigate this problem in SDP over 6 software defect datasets. The experimental results revealed that k value should be greater than 1 (default) as the average RMSE values of k-NN when k>1(0.2727) is less than when k=1(default) (0.3296). In addition, the predictive performance of k-NN with distance weighing improved by 8.82% and 1.7% based on AUC and accuracy respectively. In terms of the distance function, kNN models based on Dilca distance function performed better than the Euclidean distance function (default distance function). Prediction of the value of propagation, especially for closed areas, is very necessary to determine success in building wireless networks. Various kinds of propagation modeling were developed to find the best approach to calculate the value of signal losses. A comparative study of 4 types of empirical propagation modeling was made to provide the most suitable propagation modeling analysis for campus wireless networks.
