A pesar de ser un arte cercano, continua siendo un gran desconocido. Es necesario, por tanto, diseñar propuestas y materiales didácticos que remedien este hecho. En este trabajo nos centramos en las alegrías, cante representativo del flamenco gaditano, llevando a cabo una adaptación para instrumental Orff y flauta dulce, al tiempo que se analizan las características musicales y estructurales de este estilo. La finalidad es motivar y despertar el interés de los alumnos por el flamenco.\u0000 Flamenco does not receive the attention it deserves in Secondary School. Despite being a close art, it continues to be a great unknown. Therefore, it is necessary to design proposals and teaching materials that remedy this fact. In this work we focus on “alegrías”, a folk singing (“cante”) representative of flamenco from Cádiz, making an adaptation for Orff instrumental and recorder, while analyzing the musical and structural characteristics of this style. Por otra parte, se comentarán algunos errores de pronunciación de dichos vocablos venidos desde el continente americano en los que han caído cantaores y cantaoras flamencos.\u0000 In this article we will analyze the presence of several Americanisms inserted in the lyrics of some of the best known flamenco guajiras in the past and current repertoire of flamenco.
