In addition, most of the economies of rural communities rely solely on the traditional agricultural sector. Various poverty reduction policies have been implemented, including village fund policies. This study aims to examine the management of village funds in the Balong sub-district of Madiun Regency with a case study in the villages of Tatung and Karangmojo villages covering the management of village funds in Tatung village and Karangmojo village. Balong Subdistrict and the impact of empowerment in the villages of Tatung and Karangmojo, Balong District. This research was conducted in Balong Subdistrict, Ponorogo Regency with a Case study in Tatung Village and Karangmojo Village with qualitative methods. In the village of Tatung village funds are managed as tourist villages with a focus on Paragliding tourist rides. Primary data was collected thought questionnaires distributedto the students of IKIP PGRI Jember Economic education department at 2016 and 2017 academic year. The population of this research was 121 students. The sample of thisresearch was 40 respondents of the economic education department at 2016 and 2017 academic year. Hypothesis test used multiple linier regression analysis. This study was conductedfor three months from January to March 2018 using a qualitative descriptivedesign using survey method. Technique of collecting data using google formquestionnaire, interview, and study documentation. The subjects of the studywere 22 upper secondary schools selected with purposive sampling methodfrom 218 high schools in Lamongan. The result of the research shows that thereis no diffusion of innovation by high school economics teacher significantly inutilization of media for economic learning. The use of various learning mediautilizes more infrastructure that has been available in schools, eg LCDprojectors and props. Administratively the teacher writes the instructionalmedia used in the Lesson Plans which refer to the Curriculum format 2013, butin practice media usage is adapted to the classroom situation and conditionwhen teaching. There needs to be a technopreneursip level analysis at UMKM sambel pecel Wahyu Tumurun of Madiun City in order to improve the results and the quality development of the undertakings, so as to be able to compete in the global market. The research was conducted by using qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection technique is done by observation, interview, and documentation. Analysis of data used with the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. From the research result level Technopreneurship of UMKM Sambel Pecel Wahyu Tumurun at level 5 and level 4. At level 5 includes appropriate technology assistance, documentation of production process, introduction of alternative process technology, introduction of market expansion and improvement of business efficiency and productivity, assistance to improve new technology access capability, utilization of technology in product design / design process, improvement of innovation climate among staff. The objective of the study was to determinethe extent to which the implementation of the Curriculum 2013 learning and the obstaclesencountered in the Archival subject by the teacher and students of 10th Office Administrationat SMK Negeri 9 Semarang. It was a qualitative research using the CIPP model of evaluationmethod. The results of the study showed that: 1) the mechanism of the lesson plansimplementation in archive learning has been in accordance with Curriculum 2013guidelines and the phases were complete. This research uses quantitative method. collectiontechniques in this study with questionnaires and observations. The method of analysis used isdescriptive method by using multiple linear regression for hypothesis testing. The result ofhypothesis testing shows that leadership and job performance appraisal have an effect onemployee work motivation at PDAM Tirta Taman Sari Office of Madiun City. The value ofFcount is 21,371, while Ftable is 3.06, Sighitung is 0,000 while Sigprob is 0.05.
