{"title":"Neverbalno ponašanje kao deo modela opisa komunikativnog ponašanja","authors":"Isidora Komadina","doi":"10.5937/zrffp52-40906","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5937/zrffp52-40906","url":null,"abstract":"Pomoću modela opisa komunikativnog ponašanja koji su ustanovljeni kroz rad Voronješke škole komunikativnog ponašanja, a koji su se u dosadašnjoj praksi koristili konfrontaciono, na ispitanicima, kao i pomoću različitih psiholoških testova (asocijativni eksperimenti različitog tipa, lingvistički intervjui), ispitivali smo neverbalno komunikativno ponašanje na nivou pisanog diskursa, i to udžbeničkih osnovnih tekstova koji se u srpskoj sredini koriste za usvajanje ruskog jezika kroz školski sistem. Analiza sprovedena putem situacionog, aspekatskog i parametarskog modela opisa komunikativnog ponašanja na materijalu udžbeničkih tekstova pokazala je da se prezentovani obrasci komunikativnog ponašanja Rusa iz literature ne poklapaju u potpunosti sa saznanjima iz udžbenika, i da u udžbenicima ne postoji dovoljan broj primera koji ilustruju neverbalno komunikativno ponašanje. {"title":"The rule of Nicolae Ceausescu and its tragic episode during the Romanian december revolution","authors":"Danijel Sporea","doi":"10.5937/zrffp52-37608","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5937/zrffp52-37608","url":null,"abstract":"In December 1989, thousands of Romanian citizens took to the streets, protesting against Nicolae Ceausescu's policies. This was no surprise-some time ago, the Warsaw Pact countries, which for decades languished in the ideology of communism and the one-party system, struggled to put this era behind them. These uprisings initiated the fall of the current regimes through initial protests, which was why the then political elite often responded hysterically with repression and political violence. As the last country from the Central-Eastern bloc, Romania started the changes in the most repressive way and ended the era of communism. The most impressive aspect of this transition is the behaviour of Nicolae Ceausescu, the president of Romania at that time, who ignored the mentioned events in the neighbourhood. The initial revolt of the Romanian people, which Ceausescu visibly defied without suspecting that it would affect him, finally happened and closed his rule in blood. Relying on a wide range of different sources of material, in this paper we will try to present the historiography of the Romanian revolution authentically, from the perspective of the present moment. The starting point for the work is a conceptual analysis of the rule of Nicolae Ceausescu-from the very beginning, through the characteristic periods, all the way to the year of its completion. His rule, characterized by other Warsaw Pact states as the most severe form of communism, led to violence and revolutionary riots that left a bloody mark on Romania's history. Some of the theses presented, such as the coup d'etat, conspiracy, or foreign intervention, which were presented as the cause of the collapse of Ceausescu's regime, opened space for many reflections. Naime, gotovo niko nije znao da se ovaj veoma obrazovan čovek pored svoje glavne profesije bavi i poezijom. U radu je posebna pažnja posvećena liku S. I. Čahotina: detaljno se razmatraju biografske činjenice vezane za njegov život kako pre njegovog postavljenja za konzula Ruskog Imperatorskog konzulata u Srbiji, tako i posle njegovog dolaska u Niš, gde je obavljao svoju dužnost. Autor pažljivo analizira istorijsku situaciju u Srbiji i u Nišu koja je obeležila boravak i rad S. I. Čahotina u Srbiji i koja je imala veliki uticaj na njegovu političku aktivnost i nastanak njegove zbirke pesama \"U Srbiji i o Srbiji\". Dick's novel Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? are all depressed, lonely, isolated, and alienated. The paper strives to analyze the characters of John Isidore, Rick and Iran Deckard, Pris Stratton, and Rachael Rosen, as well as the boundaries between the human and the android based on the notion of inverse parallelism-while humans program their emotions with mood organs and thus are becoming more similar to androids, androids yearn to possess human-like emotions and become humans. {"title":"Life of Stefan Dečanski by Danilo's Student and by Grigorij Camblak: Comparative Analysis","authors":"Aleksandra Kostič-Tmušič","doi":"10.5937/zrffp52-36520","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5937/zrffp52-36520","url":null,"abstract":"The purpose of the article is to show how two authors, one Serbian and the other Bulgarian, saw the great Serbian ruler and how they composed his biography. Even though the authors were not contemporaries, their work exhibits similar pattern. However, they write in different styles, and their views and opinions differ. In this article, we will try, with a comparative method, to reliably present the life of Stefan Dečanski from the point of view of two great medieval writers. We set the goal to research biographies of Stefan Dečanski as accurately, neutrally, and objectively as possible, which were written by Danilo's student and by Grigorij Camblak. Our task is to identify all the parts in the biographies that are similar, and then those that are mentioned only in one of the listed works. Given the complexity of the topic, we used a set of methods of which the comparative is dominant. The article consists of two parts - the first gives an overview of ancient Serbian literature and explains medieval biography as a genre, while the second talks about Danilo's student and Grigorij Camblak, the similarities and differences in their work, and then compares what they wrote about. In the end, we concluded everything that was said. The beginnings of authorial literature and works, which are the subject of the article's research, brought with them a new approach to the process of writing, which reached a higher level of artistic formation of biographies. Even though the authors wrote within the canon and observed, to a greater or lesser extent, the stylistic features of everyday literature, they participated in the creation of reality and the spiritual world, as well as a selection of excerpts from the biography of the ruler. Old Serbian literature is rich in genres such as biographies, words of praise, prayers, liturgical songs, messages, etc. The genres of Serbian literature of the Middle Ages and the new century do not match: in the old Serbian literature, there are no novels, stories, historical stories, which we will display in this article. Our research does not stop at the fact that Danilo's student writes in one way about a great historical figure, while Grigorij Camblak writes differently about the same person. We set out to show, through a genre definition, the extent to which these two writers differ and what their view of Stefan Dečanski was. We will try to explain that both authors created their works for certain reasons, which are mostly different, but sometimes similar. Both wrote intending to create a cult of the Serbian king. The nicknames are analysed from the aspect of motivation and classified into twelve groups. Criteria to determine the motivation were received from local residents. In this field research, 160 personal nicknames were collected. There are 139 male and 21 female nicknames. As a contribution to the work, a dictionary of nicknames was compiled. The collected material was accentually and semantically processed. {"title":"On the Stojadinović-Pavelić Agreement from 1954: Facts and assumptions","authors":"Bojan Simic","doi":"10.5937/zrffp52-27392","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5937/zrffp52-27392","url":null,"abstract":"The key figure among Serbian immigrants in Argentina was Milan Stojadinović, the former Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia, despite he did not take any official position in such emigrant organizations. Instead, he was rather a kind of consultant to both the organization Velika Srbija and their leading newspapers Srpska zastava. On the other hand, he used his influence acquired within the Serbian community in Argentina to negotiate with the representatives of socialist Yugoslavia during 1952 and 1953. The question of the Ustasha movement and his leader Pavelić, who has been in Argentina since 1948, was one of the main issues that troubled Yugoslavia-Argentine relations in the first decade after the Second World War. Argentina tolerated their activities which made Yugoslavia protest. They had their meetings and even formed a government in exile whose activities were aimed directly against the integrity of Yugoslavia. In 1951, the Yugoslav government issued an extradition warrant, but with no success. The response never arrived. Stojadinović and Pavelić met in Argentina during the 1950s, visited each other, but the product of this relationship remained uncertain and unclear. What is obvious is the fact that Stojadinović and Pavelić in 1954 reached some kind of agreement. That agreement provided for the break up of Yugoslavia and the formation of independent states of Serbia and Croatia. However, it was most likely left unsigned. The possible motivation for the agreement may lie in a series of factors, from foreign pressure against socialist Yugoslavia to personal agendas, a desire to return to power. Political changes in Argentina after the fall of Juan Peron in 1955 forced Stojadinović to distance himself from the Serbian emigrant community while Pavelić was forced to deny any connection with the Peron's regime. {"title":"Pondering pottery: Elemental characterization of Early Eneolithic pottery from Šanac-Izba near Lipolist","authors":"N. Marković","doi":"10.5937/zrffp52-39973","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5937/zrffp52-39973","url":null,"abstract":"Pottery from the site of Šanac-Izba near Lipolist was examined to reveal its chemical content. The site is located in western Serbia, Šanac-Izba near Lipolist. It was a small settlement only 40m in diameter and surrounded by a ditch. During the excavations in 2013 four pits and the remains of one burnt building were discovered. The site dates to the Early Eneolithic according to the regional chronology, late 5th millenium BC. Though three of the pits were of an unknown, yet later date. The pottery from the site is characterized by a diverse mix of cultural types that originate from the central Balkans and the southern Pannonian Basin. In particular, Bubanj and Tisapolgar culture influence is to be noted. Diagnostic fragments of pottery were sampled and analyzed for two key reasons. One, is there a significant difference in the chemical profile between the different pottery types? And two, can a chemical variability be observed between pottery that belong to different cultures? Forty one samples were selected based on their typology and in a way that represents all of the site features. Afterwards the samples were powdered and examined by pXRF and the results were statistically processed. According to the results, there is no significant difference in chemical profile between different pottery types nor is there a significant difference between different cultural traditions. Albeit, there was a single fragment of a storage vessel with calcium values that were several times higher than the average. In today's globalized market, intercultural teamwork and collaboration are essential to business success. However, intercultural cooperation is not at all simple because many problems arise from the fact that communication is conditioned by knowledge of different cultures. Through Hofstede's and Tompenaars' models of cultural dimensions, this paper analyses the impact of culture on business intercultural communication as well as cultural differences that, although seemingly universal at first glance, actually differ greatly and thus affect the business. The rules of national culture play one of the crucial roles in creating an appropriate way of doing business. The most important thing for a businessperson is to recognize that the value system they have learned in their own culture is only part of what is called culture in the 21st century. Instead, they should focus on the differences that exist in other cultures that affect interpersonal relationships and international business, because by observing other cultures, one can learn a lot about one's own culture. {"title":"Prediction of burnout and work engagement of teachers based on job demands-resources model","authors":"Ivana Zubić","doi":"10.5937/zrffp52-36567","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.5937/zrffp52-36567","url":null,"abstract":"The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between elements of the JD-R Model in a sample of teachers from the Republic of Serbia. The sample consisted of 119 teachers who have been working in primary and secondary schools. Work overload was measured by the Workload Scale (Shirom et al., 2010), emotional demands and social support of chiefs were examined by appropriate parts of the Questionnaire on the Experience and Assessment of Work (Van Veldhoven & Meijman, 1994), burnout at work was measured using the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (CBI), engagement was tested by the UWES - Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (Schaufeli & Bakker, 2004). The results showed statistically significant correlations between work overload, on the one hand, and burnout (r = .570, p <0.01), job engagement (r = -. 291, p <0.01), on the other hand. Correlations were also established between emotional demands, on the one hand, and burnout (r = .513, p <0.01), job engagement (r = -. 185, p <0.05), on the other hand. Statistically significant correlations were found between peer support, on the one hand, and burnout (r = -. 253, p <0.01), job engagement (r = .290, p <0.01) on the other hand. Correlations between support of chiefs, on the one hand, and burnout (r = -. 304, p <0.01), job engagement (r = .156, p <0.05) were also established on the other hand. Statistically significant negative correlations were found between burnout and job engagement (r = -. 598, p <0.01).
