The study was conducted experimentally with the initial stages of composting and POC Azolla mycrophylla after which laboratory analysis of its chemical composition was carried out. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis based on the results of laboratory tests on the chemical composition of Azolla-based compost. The results of the study concluded that the results of chemical analysis of compost and POC Azolla mycrophylla showed that the content of Azolla mycrophylla compost was higher than that of the Azolla mycrophylla POC. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis secara statistik dan dilakukan analisis kemiripan dengan menggunakan program NTSYS 2.02 .  Analisis kemiripan tanaman enau dari 35 karakter morfologi menghasilkan koefisien kemiripan 40 – 88 %. Determine the growth of orchid plants, observations were made with the following parameters Growth Percentage (%), Plant Height (cm), Number of leaves (strands), and Number of tillers (stems). Data obtained were analyzed statistically, then continued with the Honestly Significant Difference Test (BNJ) at the level of 5%. The results showed that the single treatment of the use of growing media did not have a significant effect on the parameters of observation of growth percentage (%), plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), and number of tillers (stems). The growth of growmore fertilizer also did not show a significant effect on the parameters of observation of growth percentage (%), plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), and number of tillers (stems). Draft use is a random (group shelves) non factorials namely fertilizer herbafarm granule consisting of 6 standard treatment consisting of 3 test, H0 (Without treatment), H1 (2,43 g/plot), H2 (4,86 g/plot), H3 (7,29 g/plot), H4 (9,72 g/plot), H5 (12,15 g/plot). Each treatment repeat three times, 18 units in order to obtain a plot / experiment, Every a plot there were 9 plants and 7 of them sample plants. The quantity of a crop a whole 162 plant. Then the data obtained by in statistically analysis, further by test different real bnj truthful , 5 percent the first. The research was carried in the screen house in Pandansari, Paguyangan district from October 2014 until January 2015. The research used Randomized Complete Block Design with 2 factor and 3 repetitions. The first factor was the thickness of media with three levels; 10 cm, 15 cm, and 20 cm. The second factor was the time of nutrient solution giving with two levels; once for three days and once for six days. The results of the research showed that the thickness of cocopeat media 20 cm was good for plant height, total of leaves, wide of plant leaves, and improve the roots length 23.6 %. Time of nutrient giving once for three days was good for plant height, total of leaves, wide of plant leaves, weight of fresh plant, weight of dry plant and the result was good for stolon effectiveness (49.84%), weight of fresh tuber (137.85 g), and weight of dry tuber (21.55 g). This research was conducted in laboratory of tissues culture in Balai Benih Induk Dinas Pertanian and Peternakan Provinsi Riau Pekanbaru from April to June 2015. The experiment was designed using completely randomized design (CRD), factorial consisting of two factors with three replications, the first factor was sucrose with four level respectively 0, 25, 50,75 g L-1 medium. The second factor was kinetin with four  level : 0, 0,1, 1,0, 10 mg L-1. The optimum interaction between effect of sucrose and kinetin for percentage of life explants, age bud formation, percentage of explant forming buds, the number of shoot, a percentage of explant producing root  was 50 g L-1 sucrose and 1,0 mg L-1  kinetin.  Application of sucrose significantly effect age of bud formation, percentage of explant forming buds, number of shoot, shoots high, percentage of explant producing  root, number of root, root high, root and shoot ratio (T/R Ratio). Rancangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini disusun dalam Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) non faktorial, yang terdiri dari 9 (sembilan) taraf dan3 (tiga) ulangan. Data hasil pengamatan dianalisis dengan menggunakan sidik ragam, apabila F hitung ≥ F table 5% maka dilakukan uji lanjut dengan Duncant Multiple Range Test (DMRT) pada taraf 5%. Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), panjang akar (cm), jumlah akar lateral (helai), luas daun (cm2) dan diameter batang (cm), arsitektur akar, serapan P. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kombinaSI FMA dan Pupuk SP-36 berpengaruh bernyata terhadap tinngi tanaman, luas daun dan panjang akar, namun tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter jumlah daun, dan jumlah akar lateral. Hasil terbaik pemberian kombinasi FMA dan Pupuk SP-36 terdadap ada taraf perlakuan M4 dengan dosis FMA 15 gram/polybag dan dosis 2,25 gram/polybag. The first factor is the Type of Banana (J) consisting of 4 levels: J1 (Raja Banana ), J2 (Ambon Banana), J3 (Barangan Banana) and J4 (Geupok Banana). The second factor was the mixing of Trichoderma Sp with organic manure aplication (D) consisting of 4 levels: D0 (without trichoderma sp), D1 (200 g trichoderma sp in 4 kg manure), D2 (200 gr trichoderma sp in 8 kg manure), and D3 (200 gr trichoderma sp in 12 kg manure). Observations made include: Intensity of Fusarium oxysporum wilting attack, number of leaves, Leaf length and stem diameeter. The results showed that the type of banana had a very significant effect on the intensity of fusarium oxysporum wilt disease and the number of leaves, but no significant effect on the length and diameter of the stem. Barangan Bananas and Ambon Bananas show stronger resilience (more resistant to fusarium oxysporum wilt disease). While the Raja Banana and Geupok Bananas look more sensitive to the attack of the disease. The mixing of Trichoderma Sp with organic manure also significantly influenced the intensity of fusarium oxysporum wilt disease, number of banana leaf and leaf length, but no significant effect on stem diameter. The best dose is found in treatment D1, but not different from D2. The research was carried out February – July 2018 in Sungai Abang Village, Lubuk Alung Regency, Padang Pariaman. Research applied Random Group Design with  5 treatment : 0% Rice husk biochar + 0% Rice straw compost, 100% Rice husk biochar + 0% Rice straw compost, 75% Rice husk biochar + 25% Rice straw compost, 50% Biochar rice husk + 50% Rice straw compost and 25% Rice husk biochar + 75% Rice straw compost. Observations were made on soil and crops including initial soil analyzes ie before treatment was given, soil analysis after incubation, and final soil analysis (pH, N-total, P-available, K-dd, Ca-dd, Mg-dd and Sulfur) and plant observations include plant height, the  productive of tiller, total of tiller  and weight of grain per hectare.
