Однако несмотря на позитивные аспекты инклюзии, такая прогрессивная система образования не всегда соответствует образовательным потребностям детей с дизонтогенезом, что препятствует реализации потенциала таких воспитанников и обучающихся. Проблемой является и то, что учителя не обладают достаточными знаниями и навыками для эффективной работы с детьми различных категорий, что может приводить к недостаточной поддержке и результатам. Целью статьи является выявление маркеров безопасного инклюзивного сопровождения детей с нарушениями в психофизическом развитии. Проанализированы ресурсы и поддержка, необходимые для безопасной инклюзивной образовательной системы. Идентификация и изучение автором наиболее релевантных параметров инклюзии позволили определить наиболее важные и значимые маркеры безопасного сопровождения детей с трудностями в обучении. Возможные маркеры включают компетентность сопровождающего специалиста, которая определяется как фактор безопасности только в случае многопрофильности как базовой профессиональной характеристики педагога. Inclusion is a concept that seeks to ensure equal opportunities and accessibility of education for all children, including students and pupils with different nosologies. However, despite the positive aspects of inclusion, such a progressive education system does not always meet the educational needs of children with dysontogenesis, which hinders the realization of the potential of such pupils and students. The problem is that teachers do not have sufficient knowledge and skills to work effectively with children of various categories, which can lead to insufficient support and results. The purpose of the article is to identify markers of safe inclusive support for children with disabilities in psychophysical development. The article analyzes the resources and support needed for a safe inclusive educational system. Identification and study by the author of the most relevant inclusion parameters allowed to identify the most important and significant markers of safe support of children with learning difficulties. Possible markers include the competence of the accompanying specialist, which is defined as a safety factor only in the case of versatility as a basic professional characteristic of the teacher. The survey shows that the majority of teachers demonstrate insufficient knowledge about the specific needs and requests of persons with developmental pathology, as well as limited professional communication skills with children. На основании результатов исследования выделяются и характеризуются косвенные и прямые угрозы, связанные с деятельностью как в виртуальной среде в целом, так и в цифровой образовательной среде в частности. Обосновываются принципы целенаправленной организации этой среды, предполагающие как обеспечение защищенности от выделенных угроз, так и возможность продуктивного становления системы ценностно-смысловой регуляции поведения как внутреннего механизма обеспечения психологической безопасности. The analysis of threats to the psychological security of the subjects of the educational process associated with the formation of a new, digital educational environment is carried out. Based on the results of the study, indirect and direct threats associated with activities both in the virtual environment in general and in the digital educational environment in particular are identified and characterized. It is concluded that the security of the digital educational environment lies not only in eliminating these threats, but also in using its capabilities to develop a system of value-semantic regulation of social behavior. The formation of a system of value-semantic orientations can be considered as an effective internal mechanism for ensuring psychological security. Представлен краткий анализ показателей, косвенно характеризующих динамику масштабов нестандартной занятости в России. Показаны российский и зарубежный подходы к классификации нестандартной занятости и систематизированы ее атрибутивные характеристики. На основе проведенного опроса подтверждена гипотеза о том, что работники с признаками нестандартной занятости имеют более высокий уровень вовлеченности в практики самообразования для развития профессиональных компетенций. Сделан ряд выводов, в частности, о том, что нестандартная занятость для многих сегодня выступает драйвером внутренней самоорганизации, выстраивания системы действий, нацеленных на осознанное самостоятельное получение знаний, умений и навыков в соответствии с возникающими профессиональными потребностями. В качестве методологической основы исследования выбраны методы теоретического, сравнительного и статистического анализа, онлайн-опрос по технологии CAWI, контент-анализ материалов, представленных в базах данных открытого доступа. Материалами исследования послужили данные Росстата, EWCS, Международной организации труда и материалы проведенного анкетирования, а также документы стратегического развития Российской Федерации. The issues of the influence of the phenomenon of non-standard employment on the involvement of the employed population in the practice of self-education are considered. A brief analysis of indicators that indirectly characterize the dynamics of the scale of non-standard employment in Russia is presented. Russian and foreign approaches to the classification of non-standard employment are shown. Attributive characteristics of non-standard employment are systematized. Based on the survey, the hypothesis was confirmed that workers with signs of non-standard employment have a higher level of involvement in self-education practices to develop professional competencies. A number of conclusions are made, in particular, that nonstandard employment for many today acts as a driver of internal self-organization, building a system of actions aimed at the conscious independent acquisition of knowledge, skills and abilities in accordance with emerging professional needs. The methods of theoretical and comparative analysis were chosen as the methodological basis of the study; methods of statistical analysis; online survey using CAWI technology; content analysis of materials presented in open access databases. Показано, что современное музыкальное образование Китая восходит к началу ХХ в., когда в других странах уже были сформированы музыкальные школы (в самом широком значении этого слова). Соответственно, формирование китайского музыковедения и методов обучения музыке изначально опиралось на зарубежные традиции, включая их в тысячелетний практический опыт освоения музыкального искусства, накопленный древнейшей цивилизацией. The development of musical training system in the People’s Republic of China (PRC), based on national traditions, both theoretically and practically, from its origins to the era of digital technology, is considered. For this purpose, the theoretical notions of musical professional education in China are systematized in correlation with the main historical stages of the country’s development and in the conditions of its reform. It is shown that modern music education in China dates back to the early twentieth century, when other countries had already formed music schools (in the broadest sense of the word); accordingly, the formation of Chinese musicology and music teaching methods initially relied on foreign traditions, including them in the millennial practical experience of mastering the musical art, accumulated by the ancient civilization. Since the adoption of the Western system of music education, many music courses and teaching methods have remained unchanged for many years. Modern music education places greater demands on the education of the teacher of higher education, the structure of knowledge, cultural development and quality of teaching, including mastery of digital technologies. В связи с этим важным становится привлечение молодых кадров в систему профессионального образования и создание условий для формирования кадрового потенциала уже на этапах основного общего и среднего общего образования. Для решения проблемы существующего кадрового дефицита разработан федеральный проект «Профессионалитет», одной из целей которого является популяризация и повышение престижа рабочих профессий, в том числе путем сотрудничества организаций системы среднего профессионального образования и обучающихся общеобразовательных организаций. Обеспечение эффективности такого сотрудничества предполагает наличие подготовленного педагога-наставника и разработанной программы предпрофессиональной подготовки для школьников по востребованной профессии. Theoretical and methodological foundations are being developed, methodological tools and conditions for improving the efficiency of this process are being formed. The article presents a study on the problem of using a cluster approach to solve the urgent vocational, educational and socio-economic task of qualified training and securing in the workplace of secondary medical personnel for extremely remote settlements from the regional center, such as the extreme northwestern point of the Tomsk region – Strezhevoye, as well as the most remote from Tomsk settlement the points are the village of Alexandrovskoye and the town of Kedrovy. Дана характеристика феномена кибербуллинга и его негативного влияния на психическое и эмоциональное состояние детей и подростков. Отдельное внимание уделяется духовно-нравственным качествам личности – духовности и эмпатии как детерминирующим факторам в процессе киберсоциализации ребенка. Описаны основные диагностические инструменты для исследования феномена буллинга и кибербуллинга в школах г. Томска: методика Е. Г. Норкиной «Наш класс», многофакторный опросник эмпатии М. Дэвиса в адаптации Т. Д. Карягиной, Н. А. Будаговской, С. В. Дубровской и опросник «Духовная личность» А. Хусейна и М. Анаса в адаптации Г. В. Ожигановой. Приведены результаты опроса подростков томских школ. На основании проведенного эмпирического исследования представлена буллинг-структура школьников, определен уровень духовности и эмпатии современных подростков. Результаты продемонстрировали, что показатели духовности и эмпатии современных школьников в целом находятся на допустимом уровне. Также установлено наличие связи между показателями духовности личности, эмпатии и осуществлением кибербуллинга. Выявлено, что недостаточное развитие духовности и эмпатии может быть связано с повышенным риском проявления агрессивного поведения, в частности кибербуллинга. The article reviews the issue of risky behavior in the online world – the bullying behavior in the Internet. It gives a description of the phenomenon of cyberbullying and how it negatively affects the mental and emotional state of children and adolescents. Particular attention is paid to the spiritual and moral qualities of personality – personal spirituality and empathy, as determining factors in the process of cybersocialization of a child. The article describes the main diagnostic tools used by the authors – E. G. Norkina’s «Our Class» technique, M. Davis’ «Interpersonal Reactivity Index» adapted by T. D. Karyagina, N. A. Budagovskaya, S. V. Dubrovskaya and A. Husain and M. Anas’ «Spiritual Personality » questionnaire adapted by G. Ozhiganova. It provides the results of a research survey held among adolescents in the city of Tomsk. The study presents the bullying structure of schoolchildren, determines the level of spirituality and empathy of modern adolescents. The results revealed that the indicators of spirituality and empathy of modern schoolchildren in general are at an acceptable level. There was also established a connection between the indicators of personal spirituality, empathy and the implementation of cyberbullying. Для преодоления трудностей в усвоении математики предлагаются компьютерные тренажеры рабочей памяти на основе математического контента. Если тренажеры не имеют математической составляющей, а направлены лишь на улучшение работы основных компонентов рабочей памяти человека (артикуляционной петли, зрительно-пространственного блокнота и центрального администратора), то занятия с ними не приводят к заметному улучшению академической успеваемости, возможно, по причине существенного отставания от текущей программы. Разработанные автором компьютерные тренажеры, доступные на сайте workingmemory.ru, направлены как на развитие базовых вычислительных навыков, так и тренировку рабочей памяти. Тематика тренажеров определялась как на основе собственных наблюдений автора, так и на основе анализа типичных ошибок участников ЕГЭ, опубликованных на сайте Федерального института педагогических измерений (fipi.ru). На момент публикации создано и апробировано девять тренажеров. Тренажеры доступны по адресу: workingmemory.ru сразу после регистрации. В работе представлены данные апробации тренажеров на курсах подготовки к ЕГЭ и их сравнение с результатами исследований других авторов. Представлены средние времена выполнения одного расчетного задания, даны практические рекомендации. Обосновано использование авторских тренажеров как инструмента развития вычислительных навыков, повышения эффективности занятий по математике и тренировки рабочей памяти учащихся. It is the lack of working memory that is considered as the main reason for the difficulties in mastering mathematics. To overcome difficulties in mastering mathematics, computer trainers of working memory based on mathematical content are offered. If trainers do not have a mathematical component, but are aimed only at improving the functioning of the main components of a person’s working memory (articulation loop, visual-spatial notepad and central administrator), then classes with them do not lead to a noticeable improvement in academic performance, perhaps due to a significant lag behind current program. The computer trainers developed by the author and available on the site workingmemory.ru are aimed at both developing basic computing skills and training working memory. The subject of trainers was determined both on the basis of the author’s own observations and on the basis of an analysis of typical mistakes of USE participants published on the Federal Institute of Pedagogical Measurements website (fipi.ru). At the time of publication, nine trainers have been created and tested. The trainers are available at workingmemory.ru immediately after registration. The paper presents the data of approbation of trainers in the preparation courses for the Unified State Examination and their comparison with the results of studies by other authors. Самостоятельная работа курсантов рассматривается как комплекс мероприятий, направленных на изучение материала согласно учебным планам в специально отведенное время. Она повышает такие личностные качества курсанта, как инициативность, самоорганизация, креативность, а также является процессом углубления и закрепления учебного материала. Посредством грамотно организованной самостоятельной работы происходит повышение уровня знаний, организованности, самоконтроля и личной дисциплинированности. Роль самостоятельной работы курсантов в военном вузе очевидна, так как только посредством самообразования можно достичь глубины усвоения теоретических знаний, профессиональных умений и навыков. Самостоятельная работа организуется во внеаудиторное время и выполняет познавательную, развивающую, воспитательную, стимулирующую, контролирующую и корректирующую функции, а также функцию самоуправления и самоконтроля. Исследование проводилось в трех взводах курсантов первого и второго курсов Санкт-Петербургского военного ордена Жукова института войск национальной гвардии Российской Федерации. Его целью было выявление состояния рассматриваемой проблемы и поиск эффективных форм и способов ее организации. В процессе проведения исследования использовались теоретические и эмпирические методы. Анализировались теоретические источники, сопоставлялись различные теории самостоятельной деятельности. Эмпирические данные были получены с использованием метода анкетирования и собеседования. На заключительном этапе эксперимента привлекался метод экспертных оценок. В процессе самостоятельной работы курсанты готовятся к лекциям, семинарам, выступлениям на конференции, проектным работам. В это же время они могут осуществлять подготовку к зачетам и экзаменам. Самостоятельная работа выступает как одно из важнейших направлений учебной деятельности в военном вузе и является обязательной для каждого курсанта. Регулярная и грамотно организованная самостоятельная работа способствует повышению уровня успеваемости, инициативности, целеустремленности, самоконтроля. Более эффективно учебный материал усваивается курсантами тогда, когда их самостоятельная работа не только обеспечена методической поддержкой преподавателя, но и грамотно контролируется командирами подразделения, что отметили 725 опрошенных. Проведенное исследование позволило выявить особенности организации самостоятельной работы в военном вузе, трудности в ее проведении, выработать практические рекомендации и предложения по повышению эффективности самостоятельной работы курсантов. Представлены результаты диагностического исследования взаимосвязи гендерной идентичности и типов отношения к болезни. Дана характеристика понятию «болезнь» и анализ двум основным моделям возникновения и протекания болезни: биомедицинской и биопсихосоциальной. Проанализированы исследования особенностей реагирования на потерю здоровья носителей того или иного гендера. Отмечено, что гендерные особенности отношения к болезни могут стать важным фактором общего улучшения ситуации и в сфере здравоохранения, и в повседневной жизни носителей разных гендерных ролей, общего повышения уровня и качества жизни населения. Представленные данные позволяют заключить, что учет поведенческих реакций, индивидуально-типологических характеристик человека позволит избежать нарастания симптомов, порожденных самой стрессогенной ситуацией – болезнью. Полученные результаты доказывают, что модель поведения и индивидуальные реакции людей зачастую обусловлены гендерной принадлежностью, которая в современных реалиях не всегда совпадает с половой. The question of the influence of the psychological characteristic gender identity on the attitude of representatives of modern youth to the disease is considered. The results of a diagnostic study of the relationship between gender identity and types of attitude to the disease are presented. The characteristic of the concept of “disease” is given, the analysis of two main models of the occurrence and course of the disease is given: biomedical and biopsychosocial. Studies of the peculiarities of responding to the loss of health of carriers of a particular gender are analyzed. It is noted that gender-specific attitudes to the disease can become an important factor in the overall improvement of the situation in the healthcare sector and in the daily life of carriers of different gender roles, the overall improvement of the level and quality of life of the population. The data presented in this article allow us to conclude that taking into account behavioral reactions, individual typological characteristics of a person will help to avoid an increase in symptoms generated by the most stressful situation – the disease.
