Materiales y metodos: investigacion cualitativa exploratoria, descriptiva; se realizaron entrevistas semiestructuradas a 14 cuidadoras. Para el analisis se usaron las herramientas de la teoria fundamentada. por medio de la codificacion abierta, axial y selectiva. Resultados: la mayoria de las cuidadoras familiares, fueron sus madres, mayores de 30 anos, La categoria cuidador la conforman las subcategorias: conformacion del grupo familiar y el reconociendo el cuidador. La categoria El rechazo y la perdida del trasplante, esta conformada por las subcategorias presentando rechazo y buscando las causas del rechazo, manejando las complicaciones y los sentimientos que genera el rechazo. Si bien es cierto que existen personas que intervienen en el cuidado, especificamente familiares, tambien lo es, que debe existir un cuidador que este siempre a cargo del nino. Por esto, el cuidador es la persona que conoce todo el proceso, es el apoyo, el eje, de el depende todo, el que siempre debe estar ahi, asi el nino crezca. El rechazo y la perdida de trasplante lo ven como una complicacion del proceso y describen sus posibles causas, como las manejan y los sentimientos que genera. Conclusion. Gran parte del exito del trasplante se le atribuye al cuidador, pues es quien cuida permanentemente del nino y quien guia los cuidados, la condicion de ser ninos les otorga total dependencia del cuidador familiar. EnglishObjective: to interpret the categories: caregiver; \"Rejection\" and \"Loss of transplant\", from the Pediatric Patient with Kidney Transplant Study, from the caregiver's perspective. Materials and methods: descriptive, exploratory, qualitative research; Semi-structured interviews were carried out with 14 caregivers. For the analysis the tools of the grounded theory were used. through open, axial and selective coding. Results: the majority of the family caregivers were their mothers, over 30 years of age. The category of caregiver is made up of subcategories: conformation of the family group and recognizing the caregiver. The category Rejection and transplant loss is made up of the subcategories presenting rejection and looking for the causes of rejection, managing the complications and feelings that rejection generates. Although it is true that there are people involved in care, specifically family members, it is also true that there must be a caregiver who is always in charge of the child. For this reason, the caregiver is the person who knows the whole process, is the support, the axis, everything depends on him, who must always be there, even if the child grows up. Materials and methods: The methodological focus used was descriptive, exploratory and cross-sectional; characterizing data from a sample composed by 115 participants, to whom the questionnaire of comprehensive evaluation for clerks of mental health was applied to in Padilla, Mogollon and Villamizar (2015), elaborated for this research from the dimensions of the beliefs model and composed of 137 items. The reliability by the Alpha Cronbach is of 0.83. The questionnaire was subject to judgement of experts for the adaptation of language to the Colombian context. Results: The mental health of the clerk depends on their mood, communicational processes and the management of anxiety and stress, becoming an impediment not being able to access the mental health services if the university offered them. Determinar el nivel de competencias sobre Practica Basada en Evidencia en estudiantes de un programa de Enfermeria de Colombia. Materiales y metodos. Mediante un diseno cuantitativo, descriptivo y correlacional, el estudio se desarrollo en 2 fases. La primera fase consistio en la adaptacion cultural y validacion de contenido del cuestionario de Competencias en Practica Basada en la Evidencia (CACH-PBE) al contexto Colombiano; este instrumento valora tres factores: Actitudes, Habilidades y Conocimientos. En la segunda fase se aplico el cuestionario a una muestra de 291 estudiantes del Programa de Enfermeria de una Universidad de Cucuta, Colombia, durante el primer semestre del 2016. Resultados. Se encontro un promedio de edad de 20 anos, de genero femenino en su mayoria, el 57,4 % de ellos no tenia ninguna formacion previa sobre PBE y el 57.1 % la habia recibido en metodologia de investigacion. La puntuacion global de competencia en PBE fue de 3,58 sobre un maximo de 5, destacando la dimension Actitudes hacia la PBE con mayor puntuacion y la dimension Conocimientos con menor; encontrandose diferencias estadisticamente significativas a mayor medida en que los estudiantes se encontraban en un semestre superior. Conclusiones. Los estudiantes obtuvieron un nivel medio en competencias para la PBE, asociandose un impacto positivo de la formacion academica recibida, ya que en los ultimos semestres se evidencio mayor puntuacion con respecto a los primeros. PRACTICE BASED ON EVIDENCE FROM COLOMBIAN NURSING STUDENTS ABSTRACT Objective: To determine the level of competence regarding Practice Based on Evidence in students of a nursing program in Colombia. Materials and methods: Through a quantitative, descriptive, and correlational design, the study was developed in two phases. The first phase, consisted on the cultural adaptation and validation of the content of the questionnaire of Competitions in Practice Based on Evidence (CACH-PBE) to the Colombian context; this instrument evaluates 3 factors: attitudes, skills, and understanding. In the second phase, the questionnaire was applied to a sample of 291 students of the nursing program of a university in Cucuta– Colombia during the first semester of 2016. Results: An average age of 20 years was found, mostly females, 57.4% did not have previous training about PBE and 57.1% had received training of PBE in methodology of research. Materials and Methods: through a systematic review of documents and databases such as ScienceDirect, Scopus, Dialnet, Pubmed, Proquest, Adolec; information in Spanish, English and Portuguese of the last ten years was gathered with keywords: parenting practices and teenagers, teenage mothers-fathers, public policies in adolescence; this review returned 84 publications with the pointed aspects. Results: perceptions of the adolescent mothers and fathers are identified, their social interactions in the parenting exercise, guidelines and practices of parenting and the contributions that regarding their recognition as adolescent parents, the State establishes. Conclusions : it is necessary to identify the perceptions in both adolescent fathers and mothers, and build jointly Public Politics that lead to the increase of support networks to assume the new tasks of care and continue with the activities that the models and social systems impose. KEYWORDS: adolescent, parenting, reproductive rights, parent-child relationship PADRES Y MADRES ADOLESCENTES EN EL EJERCICIO DE LA CRIANZA RESUMEN Introduccion: en general, se ha considerado la crianza como acciones de socializacion dirigidas por adultos, estimando a los adolescentes como personas no aptas para lograr las trayectorias de desarrollo ideal esperado en los ninos y ninas; de otra parte, el Estado, a pesar de avanzar por la equidad para estas personas, en ocasiones invisibiliza sus derechos y necesidades. Materiales y Metodos : a traves de la revision sistematica de documentos y bases de datos como ScienceDirect, Scopus, Dialnet, Pubmed, Proquest, adolec; se indago informacion en espanol, ingles y portugues de los ultimos diez anos con las palabras clave: practicas de crianza y adolescentes, padres-madres adolescentes y politicas publicas en adolescencia; esta revision retomo 84 publicaciones con los aspectos senalados. Resultados: se identifican percepciones de los y las adolescentes como padres y madres, sus interacciones sociales en el ejercicio de la crianza, pautas y practicas de crianza y los aportes que frente a su reconocimiento como adolescentes padres establece el Estado. Conclusiones : es necesario identificar las percepciones en adolescentes padres y madres y construir conjuntamente con estos Politicas Publicas que conlleven al aumento de redes de apoyo para asumir las nuevas tareas del cuidado y continuar con las actividades que le imponen los modelos y sistemas sociales. Material y Metodos : estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo con corte longitudinal. La toma de datos se realizo en dos momentos: el primero entre los anos 2000 a 2003, valorando las variables antropometrica de peso, talla, indice de masa corporal, perimetros de cintura, cadera, asi como la presion arterial, y el segundo momento entre los anos 2013 a 2015, teniendo en cuenta las variables anteriores y aplicando el International Physical Activity Questionn, version corta. El tamano de muestra fue intencional segun los criterios de inclusion, correspondiendo a 162 docentes, 97 hombres y 65 mujeres. Resultados : se evidenciaron cambios relacionados con el aumento de medidas antropometricas, el indice de masa corporal, la presion arterial con significancia estadistica (p<0.05) para variables como la presion arterial, perimetros de cintura y cadera en los participantes. Se registro un alto nivel de inactividad fisica. Conclusiones : los parametros antropometricos tuvieron una evolucion hacia el incremento, manifestando una significancia estadistica relacionada con el genero femenino. Por lo anterior, se destaca la necesidad de implementar estrategias de prevencion de la enfermedad y promocion de la salud, para mejorar los niveles de actividad fisica y, de este modo, disminuir el riesgo de enfermedades que afecten la salud. Material and Methods: Quantitative study, descriptive with a longitudinal section. The data was taken in two different points in time. The first time between the years 2000 to 2003, evaluating the anthropometric variables of weight, size, body mass index, waist and hip circumference, as well as blood pressure, and the second time between 2013 and 2015 considering the previous variables and applying the International Physical Activity Question (short version), the size of the sample was intentional according to the criteria of inclusion, corresponding to 162 of the teachers, 97 men and 65 women. Results : Changes were evidenced, related to the increase of anthropometric sizes, the body mass index, blood pressure with statistical significance (p<0.05) for variables such as blood pressure, waist and hip circumference of the participants. Materiales y metodos: Proyecto de gestion del cuidado utilizando como referente metodologico el marco logico adaptado. Se formulo una estructura conceptual-teorico-empirica para la investigacion, que articulo los conceptos de Adaptacion de Roy, educacion de la teoria de la incertidumbre en la enfermedad de Mishel y se formularon los indicadores empiricos a partir de los diagnosticos, clasificacion de resultados y las intervenciones enfermeras para dar solucion al problema de la practica. La muestra estuvo conformada por 101 pacientes adultos, con riesgo quirurgico I y II, que fueron intervenidos quirurgicamente y permanecian hospitalizados. Se aplicaron como instrumentos de recoleccion de informacion previo y posterior a la intervencion una valoracion verbal de los sentimientos sobre la cirugia y evaluacion de conocimientos sobre los cuidados posquirurgicos. La intervencion incluyo educacion personalizada, proyeccion de videos y explicacion con folletos. Resultados : el uso de la intervencion permitio mejorar los resultados con relacion al nivel de conocimientos en actividad, dieta, cuidados de la herida y los signos y sintomas de infeccion, pasando de un nivel de conocimientos inicial nulo o bajo (1, 2) a un nivel sustancial o extenso (4 o 5), segun la escala de resultados. Conclusion : la intervencion educativa es efectiva al mejorar el nivel de conocimientos de los pacientes con relacion a los cuidados posquirurgicos, asi como los pacientes le asignan un significado positivo a la cirugia y la describen como una oportunidad. El nuevo siglo motiva a reflexionar lo que se ha logrado como profesionales de enfermeria y, desde esta realidad, enfocar el futuro hacia mejorar o cambiar la formacion, que contribuya a la consecucion de un mejor nivel de salud y calidad de vida de las poblaciones. Enfermeria es la unica profesion del area de la salud que esta presente en todos los escenarios de los diferentes niveles de atencion, situacion que la hace una profesion con una vision trascendente. El presente articulo plantea de manera general el contexto que fundamenta la necesidad de formacion y capacitacion en los profesionales de enfermeria como un desafio para el siglo XXI, que requiere del desarrollo de competencias determinadas desde lo personal y lo profesional. Palabras clave : Enfermeria- Educacion - Capacitacion ABSTRACT The contemporaneos society is influenced by the changes which have been placed at the health economical, socialcultural and educational ambit. The new century motivares to reflect about what has been achived as professional in nursering and since this reality, focus finto future to improve, or change the formation that contribute to acquire a better health level and quality of life of the population. Nursery is the only one profession at area which is up of ascenes of the different levels of attention, position which makes it a profession with a trascendental sight. This article presents in a general form the context that fond neccesity of traing in the nursing professionals as a challenge of the XXI century, which requires the development of determinate competences since the personal and profesional ambit.
