 This study aims to investigate the effect of work competence, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance at the Pasuruan branch of the East Java BPR Bank. Globalization has driven a high level of competition in the world of work, and effective human resource management is becoming increasingly important for organizational success. The performance of individuals in the organization also affects the overall performance of the organization. This study uses a causal research method with a quantitative approach. Data were collected from all employees of the Pasuruan branch of the East Java BPR Bank using a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. The results of data analysis show that work competence, work discipline, and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. These results are supported by significant statistical values, with a significance level of less than 0.05. The results of the t statistical test show that the three independent variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The F test results also show that the regression model as a whole is significant in explaining the variability of employee performance. Thus, it is concluded that work competence, work discipline, and work motivation play an important role in improving employee performance at Bank BPR East Java Pasuruan branch. These results can serve as a foundation for organizational management to develop strategies and policies that support competency development, improved work discipline, and employee motivation. For future research, other factors that have the potential to influence employee performance can be explored.

Variabel GCG yang diproksikan dengan komisaris independen berpengaruh terhadap financial performance.  This study aims to analyze the Effectiveness of the Implementation of the Transaction Electronification System on the Absorption of Goods and Services Expenditures at the Palembang City Regional Secretariat. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample used in this study amounted to 47 civil servants in the financial planning section of the Palembang City Regional Secretariat. The type of data used is primary data with a simple linear analysis method. The sampling technique used saturated sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the variable Effectiveness of Transaction Electronification System Implementation has a positive and significant effect on the variable Absorption of Goods and Services Expenditure.

 Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) is a debt scheme with a low interest rate provided to small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) that require additional capital and credit for business development. Bank BRI Kamal Unit, as one of the KUR distributors, has successfully implemented this program with a value of 5.5 billion rupiah in 2022. However, from a sharia perspective and based on the opinions of scholars, whether the KUR program with an interest component that is forbidden in Islam can be said to be usury or can be said to be halal if someone is forced to do so, remains to be seen. So the purpose of this research aims to analyze the law of KUR interest through the views of scholars who state that it is haram, halal, or even syubhat in terms of the maqashid sharia perspective. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, where attention is paid to current issues during the research. Through descriptive qualitative research, researchers try to describe events and events in focus without special treatment. The last stage in data analysis is drawing conclusions and verification. As a result, it is known that the view of scholars who allow KUR loans is more in line with Maqasid Sharia, namely the preservation of life (hifz al-nafs) and property (hifz al-mal), compared to its prohibition, both of which are placed at the Dharuriyyat level or at least Hajiyyat.

 Interest in buying in Indonesia is very important in the world of e-commerce every year increasing from 2017 there were 70.8 million to predictions for 2024 as many as 189.6 e-commerce users, this is not spared by students where the electronic world dominates, namely university students spread across Indonesia, 100% Islamic students are at UIN. The purpose of this study was to see halal labeling as mediation in buying interest in e-commerce products with religiosity and knowledge of halal products as variable Z by using the SmartPLS analysis tool. The results of this study show that the mediation aspect of halal labeling on religion has a full mediation effect, while halal labeling has a partial mediation effect on the interest in buying e-commerce products in UIN students in East Java. Meanwhile, religiosity has no effect on purchase intention with a t-statistic value of 1.430 <1.96 and a p-value of 0.153 > 0.05. on aspects of religiosity.

However, not all students manage their finances well. This study aims to examine the effect of Islamic financial literacy and lifestyle variables on students' Islamic financial management. The authors utilized a cross-sectional survey. The sample size used was 104 students of class X Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Tangerang Regency and census as the sampling technique. As for determining the size of the questionnaire using google form through the student's WhatsApp group and having tested its validity and reliability. The author utilized a logistic regression model for testing. The results showed that sharia financial literacy was a significant determinant in improving Islamic financial management. In other words, the higher the student's financial literacy, the better the possibility to manage finances in a sharia manner for students. This showed that the higher student knowledge about finance, managerial ability in sharia would increase. Likewise, students' lifestyles were also a significant determinant in improving students' sharia financial management. The lifestyle in question was that students carry out positive activities, had high interest in learning, had a positive opinions, allocated money appropriately, and utilized money according to their needs. Student lifestyle had a higher influence than financial literacy in determining sharia financial management. Budy Teratak became the object of research because of its uniqueness or differences from other competitors. In general, the hypothesis explains that technological advances, developments and digital modernization pose challenges for business people, including Budy Teratak. the implementation was carried out in South Labuhanbatu district, Kotapinang sub-district. The research methodology is qualitative with observation, interviews accompanied by documentation studies, where the focus of this research is to explore the specific problems of the research subjects from all aspects of personality related to the research object. The results show that Budy Teratak always tries to update products/features according to market needs In the development of the times, even though there are obstacles including the Covid-19 pandemic, his party can solve problems and find solutions in a cooperative way between workers and owner Budy Teratak.
 Dalam hal ini merujuk pada usaha/bisnis Budy Teratak dalam upaya memberikan kualitas jasa sewa dekorasi pesta terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian menemukan Gap Theory, Masalah penelitian dan solusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya Budy Teratak memberikan kualitas pelayanan jasa sewa dekorasi pesta untuk memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan, Budy Teratak menjadi objek penelitian karena ada keunikan atau perbedaan dari kompetitor lainnya. Pada umumnya hipotesis menjelaskan bahwa kemajuan teknologi, perkembangan zaman dan modernisasi digital memberi tantangan bagi para pelaku bisnis termasuk Budy Teratak. pelaksanaannya dilakukan di kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan kecamatan Kotapinang. However, after the work was completed and the work contract ended, there was damage to the interior of the mosque and the BKM mosque asked for responsibility for CV Serba Na Plafon. This study examines how the work agreement between the management of the BKM Mosque and the contractor in making the interior of the mosque and the review of the al-ijārah ala al-amāl contract on the agreement and implementation of mosque interior design work in Southwest Aceh Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative research analysis with a normative sociological approach, where the data obtained comes from observations and interviews. Based on the results of the research, it is found that: First, the work agreement between the BKM and the contractor is carried out in the form of an oral agreement, in the agreement a three-month warranty is given to complete the work with the provision that if damage occurs, then all damage is not the responsibility of CV Seba Na Plafon. Second, the review of the al-ijārah ala al-amāl contract on the agreement and implementation of the mosque interior design work is not in accordance with the terms and conditions of the al-ijārah ala al-amāl contract. In its implementation, the BKM of the mosque asks for responsibility for damage to the interior of the mosque carried out by CV Serba Na Plafon, which should be according to the al- ijārah ala al-\"amāl contract, the BKM of the mosque has no right to do so because the parties must adhere to the terms agreed upon at the beginning of the agreement. The results show that the application of IPR in Indonesia is still experiencing various problems, where many IPR results are violated. Conversely, law enforcement against IPR violations is still very weak. This is inseparable from the scope of IPR which is categorised as part of civil law.
