The population in this study were all people who had bought and consumed Wafer Tango in Surabaya, the sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, so that the results obtained were 104 respondents. The measurement scale used in this studi is the Likert Scale. The data collection method used is by distributing questionnaires containing questions to respondents througt the Google Form. The data analysis technique is Partial Least Square (PLS) with validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this tsudy that the promotion variable has a positive effect on brand awareness and also the purchasing decision. Furthermore, the brand awareness variable has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. As well as brand awareness variables can be used as mediating variables between promotion variables and purchasing decisions variables.

 The goal of this research was to ascertain how accounting students at UPN \"Veteran\" East Java handled their personal finances in relation to their level of financial literacy, hedonistic lifestyle, and financial planning. Quantitative methodology is employed. The participants in this research were East Java accounting students from the UPN \"Veteran\" classes of 2019 and 2020. 85 respondents were utilized as samples in this research, and they were selected using the purposive sampling approach and computed using the Slovin formula. The questionnaire approach using the Google form was used for the study's data gathering procedures. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is the data analysis method employed in this work, while SmartPLS 3.0 was used for data administration. (1) Financial literacy has an impact on the personal financial management of accounting students at UPN \"Veteran\" East Java, according to the study's findings. (2) The hedonistic way of living affects how UPN \"Veteran\" East Java accounting students handle their own finances. Data was collected through a questionnaire with descriptive and inferential statistical analysis techniques using the Smart-PLS 4.0 program. Based on the results of this study, it is concluded that price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Price has a positive and insignificant effect on customer loyalty. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The data used are (1) the results of interviews with the boat owner as ship owners and retainers (2) results of observations of fishermen's activities and interactions with crew members and their environment (3) documents such as worksheets and financial reports. This research determines that there is a mutual need for interaction between the boat owner and the captain or crew member. The result of this research is that the Sig value for the influence of X on Y is equal to 0,000 > 0,05 and tcount value 4,692 > ttable 2,045, so it can be concluded that the choice of shopping place influences the family's needs. To prevent the turnover rate from increasing, the company must be able to observe the factors driving employees to decide to leave the company. The factors driving turnover intention can consist of various things, including workload and job satisfaction. This research aims to determine the effect of workload on turnover intention through job satisfaction as an intervention for employees of PT Central Motor Wheel Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative data analysis method which is used to examine the magnitude of the direct and indirect contribution of the influence of workload on turnover intention through job satisfaction as an intervening factor. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and Path Analysis path analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The variables observed in this research consist of workload as an independent variable, turnover intention as the dependent variable and job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population of this research was 178 employees of PT Central Motor Wheel Indonesia and the sample of this research was 123 employees. The research results show that workload has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction, the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention has a negative and significant effect, the effect of workload and turnover intention is negative and significant. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan apakah kompensasi memiliki dampak terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Validitas dan reliabilitas kuesioner diuji, dan data dianalisis menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistic 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Artikel ini menekankan pentingnya kompensasi yang adil dalam memotivasi pegawai dan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap kenaikan satu satuan dalam kompensasi akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai sebesar 25,7%. Namun, terdapat faktor-faktor lain yang juga memengaruhi kinerja pegawai sebesar 69,9%. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor lain seperti motivasi, lingkungan kerja, dan keterampilan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang pentingnya kompensasi yang adil dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang memotivasi dan memperbaiki kepuasan kerja pegawai. Various recovery initiatives are undertaken by both governmental entities and the private sector, aimed at expediting the process of digital transformation within the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) sector. This research is specifically focused on Pontianak City, situated in West Kalimantan, with the primary objective of fostering economic growth by harnessing the potential of MSMEs as a vehicle for swift recovery and the facilitation of a digitalized creative economy. This study employs William F. Gluk's theory on the economic marketing strategies employed by companies operating within the specific environmental challenges they face to attain their objectives. The authors employ qualitative research methods to comprehensively analyze and interpret the social and community issues associated with this endeavor. The findings of this research indicate that MSMEs in Pontianak City possess considerable potential for augmenting productivity and enhancing competitiveness. Consequently, the local products and services generated exhibit a distinctive competitive advantage, rendering them capable of penetrating the national-scale market. Furthermore, the authors contend that Pontianak City, being the provincial capital and a prominent business hub within West Kalimantan, enjoys the support of numerous factors, including its sizable population and the accelerating digitalization trend. This, in turn, catalyzes the growth of the local wisdom economy within a digital marketplace framework.
