This type of microcredit consists in a lending for low-income people to use exclusively in economic activity focused on promoting the generation of employment and income, and requires no collateral, defining, at least in theory, guidance and monitoring by the loan officers. Using aspects of asymmetric information, we aim to understand the potential incentives default generated by design-oriented productive microcredit contract. The lack of clear punishment in case of non-payment would tend to produce incentives for moral hazard. Thus, the hypothesis to be tested is whether the default is positively related to an increase in the amount of oriented productive microcredit. As a methodological approach, OLS models were used, where the volume of oriented productive microcredit would be the main explanatory variable of default, in addition to controls related to macroeconomic variables. The results show a positive relationship between default and the volume of oriented productive microcredit, suggesting that this type of debt contract induces problems of moral hazard, illustrates the economic consequences of contracts, and poorly designed laws. Por esse motivo, foi utilizada a Design Science Research como metodo de pesquisa. O estudo foi conduzido por meio de uma revisao da literatura que subsidiou a proposicao da primeira versao do artefato, seguida da aplicacao do mesmo em um caso real, em uma organizacao do setor de imunobiologicos que enfrenta uma situacao de planejamento da transferencia das operacoes para um novo almoxarifado de materiais. O metodo foi avaliado por meio de grupos focais e os resultados foram satisfatorios. Uma descricao detalhada do artefato, apos a incorporacao dos refinamentos, e apresentada, incluindo a apresentacao da sequencia de etapas e do conjunto de passos e saidas que as compoem. As contribuicoes do trabalho envolvem a proposicao do metodo propriamente dita e o avanco das pesquisas em gestao da mudanca e em Design Science . Innovative performance was approached through the perspectives of the Effectiveness and Efficiency proposed by Alegre et al. (2006). The research was a causal and quantitative survey. We surveyed 47 companies in the textile polo of Ilhota/SC. The Data was analyzed by structural equations. It was found that the efficiency dimension of the innovation process showed a higher correlation with Innovative Performance, indicating greater importance given by the defendant manufacturers’ procedures for obtaining the results, as the consumption of resources, cost and product development time than the financial return provided by innovations. Externalities and Cooperation were not significant, indicating little relation to the Innovative Performance. Studies on innovation can bring a lot of information about opportunities and barriers that permeate the management of organizations and make some more prone industries or regions to innovation than others. In the case of textile polo of Ilhota, the results contribute to realize the importance of the use of externalities, such as the increased flow of customers, access to skilled labor and availability of suppliers. These advantages, currently untapped, could improve the innovation performance of the companies involved. Similarly, the lack of trust among businesses could be mitigated with a strong governance system, favoring partnerships and joint projects. Methodologically, the research is characterized as descriptive, with a qualitative approach, and was carried out through case studies in four companies. The cases were selected taking into account the type of cargo as well as accessibility to the research. The categories of the study were drawn from the literature and organized in a questionnaire and an interview guide, which were applied to two managers of each organization. The research also used data from documents provided by the organizations and direct observation, aiming at the triangulation of data. The results showed that the major sources of uncertainty were assigned to highways, which, in turn, presented more sophisticated controls and risk management processes. It was found that managers who perceive greater uncertainty in a particular environment seek to implement risk management mechanisms to reduce the negative impacts on the organization. Although organizations seek ways to improve risk management, using additional mechanisms to minimize environmental uncertainties, risk management in the investigated companies is incipient and is strongly related to tracking systems for the fleets and to the purchase of insurance for the cargos. It was based on a sample of sustainability reports issued by 35 companies included on the 2011 Fortune ranking from the USA, Europe, Latin America and Asia. Empirical results suggest that companies positioned at the top of the Fortune ranking have higher levels of information disclosure on climate change projects. These companies are the most susceptible to normative pressure, contradicting the claim that climate strategy is predominantly associated with the mimetic or coercive pillar. Companies in emerging economies have low levels of disclosure because environmental issues receive less attention than social issues, such as poverty. The study demonstrated that multinationals were subject to low coercive pressures due to the lack of clear regulations and international enforcement mechanisms. The oil and natural gas companies surveyed are exposed to institutional pressure associated with the three types of isomorphism and see disclosure of climate change projects as a way of acquiring legitimacy. Some aspects were studied in depth: description of the activities performed by these business owners regarding the environmental information and analysis of the differences and similarities between the practices of business owners in the two countries. The research is of an exploratory nature, with a qualitative approach that used the mapping of experiences as a method. The results suggest that both Brazilians and Americans sought to use information from the environment as an aid in the process of strategic decision-making. Some differences were noticed between Brazilian and American practices: the use of intuition, the sharing with family members and the dissemination of environmental information among team members. This study may contribute to the competitiveness of smaller companies in Brazil, which are still susceptible to a high mortality rate. The relationships between resources and capabilities present in the technology and product funnels are analyzed, followed by a qualitative approach. The case analyzed is a market leader and pioneer company in Brazil with a sustainable approach in its processes and strategy. Different sources of data were accessed. 26 semi-structured interviews were made with different areas involved in NPD (technology and product development, planning, purchasing, engineering, process management, biodiversity management, marketing and sustainability). The case study sought to reinforce validity and reliability through multiple sources of information and access to the research documents for the interviewees. The analysis was based on the funnels of technology and product. The results suggest that when sustainability is present in the corporate strategy, the NPD process combines the existing resources with new ones, incorporating them into the guidelines concerning sustainability requirements, bringing innovation into the company’s practice. New actors also are present in the process and consequently the complexity is increased. Through a comparative study of four cases, it was possible to conclude that: (i) the processes of creating, maintaining and sharing information and knowledge are influenced by the network as well as by cooperation, culture, relationships and interactions within and between enterprises, (ii) the sharing of information and experience brings benefits to SMEs, (iii) the network did not promote the systematization of knowledge, but facilitated its development, (iv) the establishment of an enabling environment (‘Ba’) can help individuals and enterprises to create and develop their abilities; in this sense, it was observed that the culture of cooperation can be considered essential to the process of organizational learning.
