摘要

本研究的目的是确定在流程和公司层面上，互联网银行能力与小企业(银行客户)绩效的关系程度。作为一种研究方法，对使用网上银行的小企业进行了调查。对于数据分析，我们使用偏最小二乘(PLS)估计的结构方程模型。结果表明，互联网银行能力对流程绩效有直接影响，进而影响企业层面的绩效。另一方面，网上银行能力对企业绩效没有直接影响。结论中包含了局限性和研究机会。关键词:IT价值，互联网金融能力，流程绩效，企业绩效。
