{"title":"Lymphome intestinal de bas grade félin : validation d’un modèle spontané et émergent illustrant les lymphoproliférations digestives indolentes à cellules T de l’homme","authors":"V. Couronné","doi":"10.3406/bavf.2020.70915","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.3406/bavf.2020.70915","url":null,"abstract":"Les lymphoproliférations à cellules T du tractus gastro-intestinal (GI-TLPD) sont des lymphomes T rares chez l’Homme pour lesquels aucun consensus thérapeutique n’est établi. Par ailleurs, une lymphoprolifération digestive indolente à cellules T (T-LGIL) émergente est décrite dans l’espèce féline. La physiopathologie de ces entités est mal définie. Dans un premier temps, nous avons prospectivement analysé des prélèvements lésionnels chez 22 chats présentant un T-LGIL sur les plans clinique, paraclinique, histopathologique et moléculaire. Nos résultats valident que ce modèle animal est pertinent pour l’étude de la maladie humaine. Dans l’autre partie du travail, notre objectif a été l’identification de critères discriminant les lymphoproliférations indolentes félines des entérites lymphoplasmocytaires, ce diagnostic différentiel étant un défi chez le chat. Nous avons établi de nouveaux critères histologiques et immunohistochimiques. Avec une gouvernance associant des acteurs publics et privés ainsi qu'une méthode de travail basée sur le consensus et la confiance entre les acteurs, la Plateforme ESA est un concept novateur qui a su démontrer sa pertinence et son efficacité. Elle a ouvert la voie, en 2018, à la création des Plateformes d'épidémiosurveillance en santé végétale et de surveillance de la chaîne alimentaire. Zientara","doi":"10.3406/bavf.2020.70916","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.3406/bavf.2020.70916","url":null,"abstract":"Les coronavirus sont présents chez de nombreuses espèces animales : chiens, chats, mais également porcs, ruminants, oiseaux, ainsi que dans la faune sauvage dont les chauves-souris. Les coronavirus infectant les mammifères domestiques et les chiroptères appartiennent aux genres Alpha ou Betacoronavirus. Le genre Gammacoronavirus comprend exclusivement des virus infectant les oiseaux et les mammifères marins tandis que les virus du genre Deltacoronavirus infectent soit les oiseaux soit certains mammifères. Il a été fait l’hypothèse que les virus du genre Alpha et Betacoronavirus trouvent leur origine parmi les coronavirus infectant les chauve-souris tandis que les virus du genre Gamma et Deltacoronavirus seraient issus de virus aviaires. Une même espèce animale peut être infectée par différents coronavirus parfois de genres différents.
