For data collection, a questionnaire elaborated based in a validated protocol was applied to the director and other employees at the company as a Simple Case Study. \u0000Results: According to the results, the Person Culture is the one most present at the Organization studied. The authors took into consideration the fact that the Task Culture is also greatly presented in the organizational culture of the company. The results indicate that the company would need to increase the share of variable remuneration in compliance with the more autonomous forms of work organization rules, as the home office way of work. The company also presents a good organizational climate, with a lot of collaboration and trust in the relations between its employees. \u0000Limitations of the Investigation: the limitations of the study are related to the fact that it is not possible to generalize the results to other small companies, considering that the organizational culture of the studied company is unique if compared to other companies. Other limitations refer to the fact that the study presents an initial overview of a home office situation at the beginning of the pandemic context, and other considerations can be made later. \u0000Practical Implications: The company should seek to increase the variable portion on the payroll of its employees. Because the people that work at the company have great autonomy, working remotely and being able to choose work hours, adopting a system that prioritizes variable portion of the salary is important so that the workers feel motivates to produce more, seeking a higher remuneration. Otherwise, with a good level of fixed remuneration, the workers can become less productive and comfortable \u0000Originality/Value: The research contributes to understand the remuneration strategies in new work contexts, especially in terms of the transition from presential work to home office in a digital market business.

Enterprise proprietors, government authorities, and specialists were invited to answer self-administered questionnaires and information was also acquired from archive audit of different reports and exploration results zeroing. \u0000Result: The analysis reveals that the outbreak of the pandemic had a negative impact on production, employment, profit, seals level, operation costs and cost of raw material by 59%, 35%, 78%, 72%, 49%, 10%, 10%, 31% and 59% respectively. The virus also has a 10% 9% and 8% impact on local government tax revenue collected from the urban, services, and construction sectors, respectively. The virus has no impact on the manufacturing industry but has a positive effect on the trading sector; finally, the outbreak had a significant impact on the enterprises supply chain with a rate of 48%. \u0000Limitations of the investigation: The examination have the accompanying constraints first; the consequences of this investigation are not summed up to different segments other than Micro and small scale enterprise. Second the investigation utilized qualitative data that can’t fill the advantage of quantitative data. Thus, there must be further examination on the effect of COVID 19 in various benefit arranged and non- benefit arranged associations and even in the micro and small scale enterprise by joining other comports of operation that have not been contacted in the investigation. \u0000Practical implication: The result of this study has some important implications for micro and small scale enterprise owners and the government. In this way, the examination gives insight to micro and small scale enterprise to take activities like moving their activity to related business and creation of right now requested defensive materials. Moreover, the investigation gives insight to the government and different partners on how COVID 19 affects both the micro and small scale enterprise as well the public tax. \u0000Originality/ value: This study is the first of its kind up to authors’ knowledge, and the data was collected from the most authentic sources.

As the main contributor to countries' economies, the construction industry faced multiple challenges due to pandemics. Therefore, it's essential to identify the impact of COVID-19 on the construction sector and develop safety practices in construction processes. This study proposed necessary construction practices and a crisis management framework needs to adopt in the COVID-19 scenario. Design / Methodology / Approach: At the first stage, data on negative impacts on the construction industry due to the pandemic was compiled. Then, experts were invited to propose emerging safety measures and practices to improve the safety of construction employees. Lastly, crises management framework was proposed, which provides an increased capability of taking measures during and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Results: Results showed that COVID-19 has an adverse effect on the construction sector of different developed and developing countries. Therefore, there is a need to incorporate proposed safety practices at construction sites and apply crises management framework to increase construction productivity during the pandemic. Limitations of the investigation: This study has certain limitations for instance the availability of data regarding construction sector was limited especially about small countries whose economies are not fully documented and construction sector is not regulated. The evaluation and assessment made in this study were generally subjective and it cannot be generalized to other sectors. This work could insist on enhancing the work plan for the future to encounter the uncertain circumstances for construction industry. Practical implications: This work will be useful for construction managers and policy makers to cope with COVID-19 and to adopt necessary safety measure for construction sector. This work also be helpful for other industry stakeholders to pinpoint risk management efforts that could be suitable for their firms. industrialists may use these research efforts to sort out the problem areas and propose an appropriate framework for industry. A similar trend exists for the Quality Control laboratories and their compliance deficiencies when analyzed separately. \u0000Limitations of the investigation: The limitations of this research mainly lie in the limited size and composition of the available dataset. European manufacturing sites and quality control labs are overrepresented and the sample size for quality control labs is rather small. \u0000Practical Implication: This paper can help industrial managers and regulatory officials to better direct their resources to manufacturing sites and QC laboratories that are at a higher risk of quality non-compliance. \u0000Originality/value: It is a long-standing maxim in literature and practice that manufacturing sites shall build improvement capabilities to reach Operational Excellence which includes superior product quality. Quality Management is particularly important in the pharmaceutical industry and often evolves on its own in the organizations. Pharmaceutical production plants are inspected regarding their quality processes and systems by regulatory authorities. However, there is lacking published evidence of the interplay of Operational Excellence practices and regulatory inspection outcomes.

The framework generates a control chart for each workstation and analyses the operator's time to execute an assembly process for six workstations. The processes are characterised and evaluated via stochastic simulation, resulting in a trade-off analysis with a multicriteria approach. \u0000Results: A relational graphic of performance dimensions shows that productivity and maintenance performance have a high dependency on time variability management, whereas quality has a minor impact over trade-off decisions. The proposed framework has a huge significance to operational management which allow to apply complex models to time variability analysis and organisation performance. \u0000Limitations of the investigation: The trade-off analysis in this study is limited to a constant trade-off model to validate the framework. \u0000Practical implications: This framework, used in association with traditional management philosophies, is a powerful tool that permits managers to develop a trade-off analysis and make decisions on workstations.
