{"title":"Efecto de la masticación de Erythroxylum coca Lamarck (Coca) sobre los niveles de colesterol y triglicérido sérico en personas altoandinas","authors":"Jesús Javier Ñaccha-Urbano","doi":"10.36610/J.JSARS.2021.120100064","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.36610/J.JSARS.2021.120100064","url":null,"abstract":"E-mail address : jesus.naccha@unsch.edu.pe La investigación tuvo como objetivo, determinar el efecto de la masticación de Erythroxylum coca Lamarck (Coca) sobre los niveles de colesterol y triglicéridos séricos en personas altoandinas, la población fue de 100 personas altoandinas, 50 mujeres y 50 varones como masticadores, conformando grupos control con personas no masticadoras. Previa entrevista y los exámenes de laboratorio se obtuvieron los siguientes resultados, para el grupo control: los niveles de colesterol (201.75 mg% varones y 193.50 mg% mujeres) y niveles de triglicéridos (174 mg% varones y 134 mg% mujeres). En comparación con el grupo de problema o masticadores: cuyos niveles de colesterol (155 mg % varones y 150 mg % mujeres) y niveles de triglicéridos (84 mg % varones y 55 mg % mujeres) siendo estadísticamente significativos con la prueba de ANVA y el coeficiente de correlación simple es positiva y directa. Por lo que se concluye: que las personas que realizan la masticación de hojas de coca no son obesas. El estudio fue experimental, se emplearon 72 unidades experimentales, constituidas por un tipo de extracto etanólico tres concentraciones, tres especies bacterianas y 8 repeticiones por grupo experimental. A través del método de dilución doble seriada se determinaron las diferentes concentraciones, para la actividad antibacteriana se empleó el método de difusión en pozo. Se emplearon concentraciones de 80, 40 y 20 mg/mL. El extracto etanólico presentó actividad antibacteriana in vitro, con un promedio del tamaño los halos de inhibición para S. aureus de 21.64, 15.24 y 11.45 mm, P. aeruginosa 13.31, 12.27 y 7.35 mm, E. coli de 12.5, 11.40 y 10.6 mm para las diferentes concentraciones. Selva Andina Res. Soc. 2021; 12(1):64-76. In The objective of the research was to determine the effect of chewing Erythroxylum coca. Lamarck (Coca) on serum cholesterol and triglyceride levels in high Andean people, the population was 100 high Andean people, 50 women and 50 men as chewers, forming control groups with non-chewers. After an interview and laboratory tests, the following results were obtained for the control group: cholesterol levels (201.75 mg % men and 193.50 mg % women) and triglyceride levels (174 mg % men and 134 mg % women). Compared with the problem group or chewers: whose cholesterol levels (155 mg % men and 150 mg % women) and triglyceride levels (84 mg % men and 55 mg % women) being statistically significant with the ANVA test, and the simple correlation coefficient is positive and direct. Therefore, it is concluded: that people who chew coca leaves are not obese. In addition, the extract of coca leaves does not facilitate the digestion of fatty foods such as cholesterol and triglycerides by inhibiting the enzymatic activity. 2021. In This research has been developed in the Biodiversity and Geographic Information System Laboratory at the Faculty of Biological Sciences of National University of San Cristobal de Huamanga. Forty experimental units of 1L round plastic containers were built with different concentrations of anti-inflammatory drugs and control units. Ten immature specimens of Rhinella spinulosa (Wiegman 1843) about 2 to 25 cm were placed in each experimental unit to determine mortality rates during continuous exposure at 24 and 48 h. As a result, mortality percentages obtained were statistically different (p <0.05); ibuprofen has generated a mortality of 43.33 and 100% at 40 and 80 mg/L of concentration for 24 hours and 40, 76.67 and 100% a 10; 20 and 40 mg/L of concentration for 48 hours, naproxen 3.33 and 13.33% at 32 and 64 mg/L of concentration for 24 hours and 23.33; 26.67; 50 and 73.33% at 8, 16; 32 y 64 mg/L of concentration for 48 hours, and diclofenac 13.33 y 100% at 60 y 120 mg/L for 24 hours and 23.33; 60, 90 y 100% at 15; 30; 60 y 120 mg/L for 48 hours. The LC50 was respectively: 68.6 mg / L, 106.6 mg / L and 120 mg / L for 24 hours and 13.47 mg / L, 104.6 mg / L and 29.8 mg / L for 48 hours, showing that as the exposure time decreases the lethal concentration increase. 2020. La bioestimulación (BIS) es una estrategia para eliminar el ARA a un nivel que permite la recuperación de su fertilidad a un valor inferior al máximo de 4400 ppm de la NOM-138-SEMARNAT/SSA1-2012 (NOM-138). El objetivo de este trabajo fue la BIS un suelo impactado por 17000 ppm de ARA por enriquecimiento independiente: con solución mineral (SM), lombricomposta (LC) y P. vulgaris o abono verde (AV). La recuperación del suelo se determinó mediante la: liberación de CO2 por oxidación del ARA, por la población bacteriana oxidante de ARA (BOARA) y la concentración de ARA por Soxhlet, los datos experimentales se analizaron con Tukey-error estándar. Los resultados revelaron que la BIS de suelo impactado por 17000 ppm de ARA con la SM lo decreció hasta 4386 ppm, en tanto que con la LC lo disminuyo a 3766 ppm en 6 meses, ambos valores numéricos inferiores al máximo aceptado por la NOM-13, estadísticamente diferentes con los 8596 ppm en suelo bioestimulado mediante P. vulgaris o AV y los 16000 ppm de ARA en el suelo sin bioestimular o control negativo.
