Along with the development of the era, the phenomenon of religious differences between heirs and heirs is increasingly found, so it is necessary to have a permanent law that regulates it. Therefore, the Supreme Court established Supreme Court Jurisprudence Number 1/Yur/Ag of 2018 concerning the granting of obligatory wills to non-Muslim heirs. On the other hand, if this law is not examined more deeply, it will seem to be at odds with the regulations in Islamic inheritance law. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Supreme Court Jurisprudence Number 1/Yur/Ag of 2018 from the perspective of Islamic fiqh law. Researchers used a qualitative approach with normative Islamic law research methods, namely legal clinical and data collection methods, namely literature studies and processed using content analysis methods. Jurisprudence studies in Indonesia are also inseparable from the influence of Al-Malibary whose works are studied in almost all Islamic boarding schools. This article aims to state its relation to the concept of kafa’ah offered by Zainuddin bin Abdul Aziz Al-Malibary in the context of today's society. This research is a library research with an analytical descriptive approach. The results of the study show that there are still criteria in kafa’ah which are no longer relevant, namely the hurriyah criteria. At least the criteria offered by Zainuddin bin Abdul Aziz Al-Malibary are religion and wealth. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection tools namely observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation, in this study the subjects of the research were children aged 5-6 years. The results of the study show that the implementation of the teacher's example in shaping the character of social care and discipline in children is urgently needed. This can be seen from the way the teacher sets a good example by implementing the character values of social care and discipline in daily learning activities at school. However, there are several obstacles faced by teachers regarding the formation of social care and child discipline characters such as time constraints where teachers do not have much time at school to continue implementing these things. In addition to the time factor, the child's personal circumstances are also one of the obstacles in forming the socially caring and disciplined character of children through the implementation of the teacher's example. This normative juridical research examines the literature on the benefit of Syatibi as the core of this article, then tests it in its use on contemporary waqf issues, especially the regulations for registering waqf assets. He has clarified the benefits into two parts, the benefits from his existence in the world and from the aspect of his relationship with the shari'ah statements (kkitab shari'ah). In relation to its existence in the world, maslahat means something that talks about the upholding of human life and the achievement of everything that is held by its intellectual and emotional qualities. Therefore, in a practical sense, maslahat is closely related to something that is common in society, which is called adat. Meanwhile, from the second aspect, everything returns to the provisions of the shari'ah provisions. Through his views, he then analyzed the regulations for registering waqf assets in Indonesia. This research aims to explain or analyze history lessons with Islamic content to enhance awareness of multicultural education in SMA Negeri 11 Medan, specifically considering the cultural backgrounds of students who adhere to different religions, which can potentially trigger conflicts within a multicultural community. Therefore, multicultural education is expected to serve as a foundation for prioritizing tolerance in society, especially among students in schools. This research utilizes qualitative research methods with a case study approach to analyze how multicultural education is integrated into history lessons at school. This is related to the study of history, which explores the nature and habits of humanity over time. The connection between multicultural education and history education is valuable in fostering multicultural awareness and uniting various differences, enabling peaceful and harmonious coexistence, especially among students in schools. The research findings indicate that the analysis of multicultural education in history lessons with Islamic content at SMA Negeri 11 Medan has been conducted effectively. History researchers employ various approaches and strategies that consider the diversity of students. They explore diverse Islamic historical sources and utilize methods such as discussions, group assignments, and field activities to enhance students' understanding of Islamic history. However, teachers in Madrasah Tahfizil Qur'an use films as a teaching media, which motivates students to learn and facilitates their understanding and mastery of the subject. This study aims to describe the technique of utilizing films by teachers as a learning media in history, the suitability between the film media and the subject matter, and the students' response to the use of films as a source of learning in history. The research method used is qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques and tools include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing is conducted using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Then, the data is compared, checked for validity, and described. The findings of the field research are as follows: (1) The utilization of film media as a source of learning in history in Madrasah Tahfizil Qur'an is good. History teachers have mastered the steps of using film media and have employed appropriate strategies in teaching. (2) Film media in history learning in Grade XI of Madrasah Tahfizil Qur'an can only be used for specific learning objectives and competencies. (3) The students' response to the utilization of films as a learning media in history in Grade XI of Madrasah Tahfizil Qur'an is very positive. Through the implementation of multicultural education, students in the History Education Study Program at UISU can develop broader and deeper perspectives on Islamic history, including its influence on various regions and eras' cultures and societies. They can study and analyze the roles and contributions of different ethnic groups, languages, and traditions in the development of Islam. The multicultural education approach also enables students to understand that Islam has rich internal diversity, encompassing diverse worship practices, intellectual traditions, and theological thoughts. This research adopts a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach, which involves critically analyzing social phenomena. The phenomenological approach is employed by the researcher to ensure the objectivity and scientific nature of the research. The researcher acts as a key instrument and suspends preconceived assumptions or biases. One strategy that can be used to address this problem is by integrating history education with character education in Madrasahs. This research aims to evaluate the role of history teachers in addressing students' ethical crisis through history education with character education in Madrasah Aliyah Tahfizhil Quran. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data is collected through classroom observations, interviews with history teachers, and analysis of documents related to the history education and character education programs in Madrasah Aliyah Tahfizhil Quran. The data is then analyzed descriptively and interpretatively to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the role of history teachers in addressing students' ethical crisis. The research findings show that history teachers play an important role in addressing students' ethical crisis through history education with character education. History teachers not only convey historical facts but also build ethical awareness and promote positive values in students. They use interactive and contextual teaching methods and utilize historical sources that are relevant to the desired character values. In addition, Madrasah Aliyah Tahfizhil Quran has implemented an integrated character education program with history education. This program includes values such as honesty, cooperation, tolerance, and mutual respect. History teachers act as facilitators in guiding students to understand and internalize these character values through history education. Therefore, it can be concluded that the role of history teachers in addressing students' ethical crisis is crucial. Qualitative analytical descriptive research is used as an approach. This information was collected through a literature survey and study of the Qur'anic text. It is also examined using reduction procedures, displaying data, and making inferences or validating results. According to the findings of this study, the role of planning is very important in the management function of Islam.
