Salah satu syarat hidrogeologi  pembangunan TPA sampah adalah tidak terdapat air tanah pada kedalaman yang kurang dari 3 m dari permukaan tanah.  Keberadaan akuifer dapat diketahui melalui eksplorasi bawah permukaan dengan metode geolistrik. Identifikasi akuifer telah dilakukan di lahan  pembangunan  Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA) sampah di desa Ilo-Ilo Kecamatan Wori Minahasa Utara menggunakan resistivity meter dengan konfigurasi dipol-dipol dan spasi elektroda 10 m dalam 4 lintasan pengukuran.  Akuifer diidentifikasi dengan nilai resistivitas ρ < 60 Ωm, berada di lintasan 1 pada meter ke 215 sampai meter ke 265 dengan kedalaman 30 m sampai 72 m dari permukaan tanah. Pada lintasan 2 akuifer teridentifikasi pada meter ke 230 sampai meter ke 265 pada kedalaman yang lebih dari 30 m. Akuifer juga teridentifikasi di lintasan 3 pada meter ke 80 menerus sampai meter ke 465 dari permukaan sampai kedalaman lebih dari 90 m namun dengan pola penyebaran yang tidak merata. Pada lintasan 4 akuifer teridentifikasi pada meter ke 215 sampai 250 pada kedalaman lebih dari 26 mGround water is that natural water below the soil surface contained in aquifers and a source of clean water. One of the hydrogeological requirements for the construction of landfill waste is the absence of ground water at a depth of less than 3 m from the surface. The existence of aquifers can be known through subsurface exploration by geoelectric method. Aquifer identification has been carried out at the landfill construction site in the village of Ilo-Ilo, Wori, Minahasa Utara District using a resistivity meter with a dipole-dipole configuration with space of electrodes is 10 m in the 4 measurement trajectories. Aquifers is identified with resistivity values ρ <60 Ωm provides in the line 1 at meters of 215 to meters of 265 with a depth of 30 m to 72 m from the ground surface. In the line 2 aquifer is identified at meters of 230 to meters 265 at depth more than 30 m. Aquifers were also identified at line 3 on the meter of 80 continuously up to meter of 465, from the surface to a depth  more than 90 m but with unadequate distribution patterns. Masalah besar ketersediaan energi saat ini adalah terbatasnya sumber energi konvensional seperti bahan bakar. Ini semua sumber energi memiliki banyak masalah karena memiliki jumlah energi yang terbatas. Penting untuk membuat model dan analisis berdasarkan ketersediaan sumber energi. Energi matahari adalah energi terbarukan yang paling disukai di negara-negara khatulistiwa saat ini. Tergantung pada produksi energi surya di daerah tertentu untuk memiliki desain dan analisis energi matahari yang baik. Untuk memiliki analisis yang baik tentang itu, dalam makalah ini kami membuat model prediksi energi surya berdasarkan data iradiasi matahari. Kami membuat model energi surya dan angin dengan menggunakan Metode Autoregresif Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA). Model ini diimplementasikan oleh R Studio yang kuat dari statistik. Sebagai hasil akhir, kami mendapatkan model statistik solar yang dibandingkan dengan data aktualRenewable energy is one of the most fomous issues of energy today. There are some renewable energy potential sources. One of the common n simple renewable energy is solar energy. The big problem of the availability of energy today is the limeted sources of conventional enery like fuel. This all energy sources have a lot of problem because it has a limited number of energy. It is important to make a model and analysis based on the availability of the energy sources. Solar energy is the most prefered renewable energy in equator countries today. It depends on the production of solar energy in certain area to have a good design and analysis of  the solar energy. To have a good analysis of it, in this paper we make a prediction model of solar energy based on the data of solar irradiation. We make the solar and wind enery model by using Autoregresif Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) Method. This model is implemented by R Studio that is a powerfull of statistical. Sebagian besar ruminansia mendapatkan pakan jerami, limbah tanaman pertanian dan industri yang berkualitas rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian gula aren block (UGB) pada sapi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Paniki I Manado, selama 3 Bulan. Ternak yang digunakan terdiri dari 20 ekor sapi jantan lokal, berumur sekitar 18 bulan dengan berat badan 200-250 kg. Hijauan yang digunakan adalah jerami jagung. Pakan tambahan UGB diberikan secara konstan sebanyak 500 gr/ekor/hari. Air minum diberikan secara ad libitum. Ransum yang diberikan : R0 = jerami jagung ad libitum + 0 gr UGB ; R1 = jerami jagung ad libitum + 500 gr UGB. Variabel yang diamati adalah bobot karkas, prosentase karkas dan profil hematologis darah. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan t-test. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah pemberian suplementasi UGB berpengaruh pada profil karkas dan status hematologis darah sapiThe issue of feeding ruminants is receiving a lot of attention in the tropics. Most ruminants get low-quality hay, agricultural and industrial feed. UGB block in cattle. This research was conducted in Paniki I Village Manado, for 3 months. Desa wioy merupakan salah satu Desa yang berada pada wilayah kepemerintahan Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara, yang memiliki potensi untuk dibangunnya Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikro Hidro (PLTMH) dengan sungai Abuangnya, dimana data yang diperoleh dari stasiun Klimatologi Bandara Sam Ratulangi Manado, Propinsi Sulawesi Utara, diketahui bahwa curah hujan rata-rata tahunan berkisar antara 3.839.60 mm, dengan penyebaran curah hujan rata-rata bulanan 319.97 mm yaitu berkisar antara 107.32 – 604.86 mm dan jumlah hari hujan rata-rata bulanan sebanyak 19 hari hujan yaitu berkisar antara 11 – 26 hari hujan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis efisiensi perbandingan penggunaan sumber listrik PLN dan PLTMH di sungai Abuang. Adapun proses perhitungan efisiensi melalui proses  perhitungan harga pokok produksi PLTMH di sungai Abuang dibandingkan dengan energi yang dihasilkan. Dan dengan menggunakan tarif dasar listrik PLN dapat dihitung perbandingan efisiensi dengan penggunaan daya yang dihasilkan oleh PLMTHSoutheast Minahasa Regency is one of the 15 regencies / cities in North Sulawesi Province. Wioy Village is one of the villages in the governance area of Southeast Minahasa Regency, which has the potential to build a Micro Hydro Power Plant (PLTMH) with its Abuang river, where data obtained from the Climatology Station of the Sam Ratulangi Airport in Manado, North Sulawesi Province, it is known that average annual rainfall ranges from 3,839.60 mm, with the spread of the average monthly rainfall of 319.97 mm which ranges from 107.32 - 604.86 mm and the number of monthly average rainy days is 19 rainy days which is between 11-26 rainy days . This study aims to analyze the comparative efficiency of the use of PLN and PLTMH power sources in the Abuang river. The efficiency calculation process through the calculation of the cost of PLTMH production in the Abuang river compared with the energy produced. Dengan teknologi amoniasi diharapkan pakan hijauan tersebut dapat meningkat kualitasnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari performans sapi yang diberi UGB, rumput Benggala dan jerami jagung yang teramoniasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kelurahan Paniki I Manado, selama 3 bulan. Ternak yang digunakan terdiri dari 16 ekor sapi jantan lokal. Hijauan yang digunakan yaitu rumput Benggala dan jerami jagung. Pakan tambahan UGB diberikan secara konstan sebanyak 500 gr/ekor/hari dan air minum diberikan secara ad libitum. Ransum perlakuan yang diberikan : R0; R1; R2; R3. Variable yang diamati yaitu konsumsi bahan kering, pertambahan bobot badan harian dan status metabolis darah. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan RAK. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah perlakuan R3 memberikan performans yang optimal pada sapi yang diberi Panicum maximum (rumput Benggala) dan suplementasi UGBLocal feed in the form of forage Panicum maximum (Bengal grass) and corn straw is a forage that is available throughout the year in large enough quantities but has obstacles, namely the low nutritional value and biological value. With ammoniation technology, it is expected that the forage feed can improve its quality. The purpose of this study was to observe the performance of cows fed with UGBs, Bengal grass and ammoniated corn straw. This research was conducted in Paniki I Village Manado, for 3 months. The cattle used consisted of 16 local bulls. The enclosures used are 2 x 3 x 3m individual cages. Forages used are Bengal grass and corn straw. Additional UGB feed is constantly given as much as 500 gr / head / day and drinking water is given ad libitum. Ration of treatment given: R0; R1;R2. Variables observed were dry matter consumption, daily weight gain and blood metabolic status. The data obtained were analyzed using RCBD with 4 treatments and 4 replications. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) Buangan organik  limbah cair rumah sakit di lingkungan perairan. (2) Persepsi masyarakat tentang buangan organik limbah cair rumah sakit di lingkungan perairan. (3) Pengaruh keberadaan rumah sakit terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat sekitar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Buangan organik limbah cair Rumah Sakit Umum Pancaran Kasih Manado di lingkungan perairan mempunyai nilai kekeruhan yang masih rendah, sementara nilai BOD, COD, koliform, dan E. coli sudah masuk kategori sedang. Untuk itu disarankan supaya: Pengelolaan limbah cair rumah sakit perlu didukung oleh instansi terkait dengan sarana dan prasarana yang sesuai dengan kondisi rumah sakit, termasuk penegakan peraturan dan penyuluhan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran akan lingkungan yang bersih, aman, dan nyaman, dengan prinsip: “Lingkungan Rumah Sakit Tempat Penyembuhan Penyakit, bukan Tempat Penyebaran Penyakit”The problem of pollution of organic matter has risen rapidly since the development of methods for synthesis of organic substances and by the use of various organic substances for industry, medicine, agriculture, food and others. The study aims to analyze: (1) Organic waste from hospital wastewater in aquatic environments. (2) Public perception of hospital liquid waste discharges in the aquatic environment. (3) The effect of the existence of the hospital on the socio-economic conditions of the surrounding community. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that: (1) Organic wastewater from the Pancaran Kasih General Hospital Manado in the aquatic environment has a low turbidity value, while the BOD, COD, coliform, and E. coli values are in the medium category. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan suatu system pengaturan otomatis yang bersifat real-time sehingga waktu pengaturan lampu lalu lintas dapat disesuaikan dnegan keadaan di lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan suatu simulasi sistem yang mampu mengestimasi panjang antrian kendaraan menggunakan metoda pengolahan citra digital hanya dengan menggunakan satu kamera untuk dijadikan parameter masukan  dalam menghitung lama waktu nyala lampu merah dan lampu hijau. Oleh karena itu, sistem lalulintas sangatlah diperlukan, sebagai sarana dan prasarana untuk menjadikan lalulintas lancar, aman, bahkan sebagai media pembelajaran disiplin bagi masyarakat pengguna jalan raya. Penelitian ini penulis menggunakan sistem pengontrolan berbasis citra digital dimana camera sebagai sensor. Untuk aplikasi dari  semua metode dalam penelitian ini digunakan Microcontroller AurdinoTraffic problems is one of the problems that is very difficult to overcome by only using the system time (timer). Therefore we need an automatic real-time adjustment system so that the time settings for traffic lights can be adjusted according to the conditions on the ground. This study aims to develop a system simulation that is able to estimate the length of the vehicle queue using a digital image processing method using only one camera to be used as input parameters in calculating the length of time the red light and green light. Therefore, the traffic system is very necessary, as a means and infrastructure to make traffic smooth, safe, even as a medium for disciplined learning for road users. In this study the authors used a digital image-based control system where the camera as a sensor. Tingkat reproduksi yang tinggi menyebabkan terjadinya pematangan gonad sebelum mencapai ukuran produksi dimana hal tersebut dapat merugikan pembudidaya, karena saat ikan mengalami matang gonad energi hasil asimilasi pakan sebagain besar akan dialokasikan untuk perkembangan gonad dan menghambat pertumbuhan somatik. Pemanfaatan senyawa aktif dari bahan alami biji pepaya dapat menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ikan yang dibudidayakan sekaligus menjaga keamanan pangan dan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan tepung biji pepaya terhadap respons pertumbuhan dan tingkat kelangsungan hidup ikan nila. Ikan nila diberi perlakuan dengan lima dosis tepung biji pepaya berbeda (0, 1, 3, 5 dan 7 g/kg pakan) secara oral berdasarkan feeding rate 5% dengan tiga ulangan selama 30 hari pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dosis 5 g/kg meningkatkan pertumbuhan bobot tubuh tertinggi sebesar 547 g dibandingkan kontrol sebesar 406 g. Sejalan dengan pertumbuhan bobot tubuh, dosis 5 g/kg menghasilkan tingkat kelangsungan hidup ikan nila sebesar 100% dibandingkan kontrol sebesar 66%. Dari hasil yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa tepung biji pepaya dengan dosis 5 g/kg pakan dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan tingkat kelangsungan hidup ikan nila selama 30 hariHigh growth rate and high reproductive cycle are some economical triats on nile tilapia. This is a setback for nile tilapia culture because when the fish reach gonad maturity before reach market size, all the energy demand will flow to reproduction and can cause stunt growth. The utilization of natural compound from papaya seeds can be a solution to enhance growth of farmed nile tilapia and for consumer and food safety. This research aim to know how papaya seed powder can enhance growth and survival rate of nile tilapia. This research conducted into five groups of 5 papaya seeds powder dosage (0, 1, 3, 5 and 7 g/kg) that feed orally to the treatment fishes. Result showed the fishes feed with 5 g/kg papaya seed experienced highest growth performance 547 g compare to control which is 406 g. Same as growth performance, survival rate shown that group feed with 5 g/kg papaya seed had 100% survival rate compare with control which is 66% during treatment periods. Ikan sunglir adalah jenis ikan pelagis yang banyak hidup diperairan Nusa Utara. Ekstraksi KPI umumnya dilakukan dengan menggunakan pelarut etanol. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkarakterisasi sifat fisiko-kimia konsentrat protein ikan yang diekstrak dari ikan sunglir. Penggunaan etanol 90% dalam mengekstraksi konsentrat protein dari ikan sunglir menghasilkan rendemen berkisar 18-20%. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrat protein ikan sunglir memiliki kandungan protein yang tinggi dan memiliki kadar lemak yang rendah. Konsentrat protein dengan kadar protein >65% dan kadar lemak <3% tergolong sebagai konsentrat protein Tipe B sesuai dengan standar Mutu FAO 1976 tentang KPI. Hasil pengujian fisik menunjukkan bahwa KPI memiliki kemampuan penyerapan air, lemak dan densitas kamba yang cukup baik untuk diaplikasikan ke dalam bahan panganFish serve as an important source of animal protein with better digestibility and higher content of essential amino acids than other sources of animal protein. Elagatis bipinnulatus or sunglir in Indonesian is a common pelagic fish caught in Sangihe Islands. FPC is commonly extracted with etanol. Therefore, this research aims to characterise the physicochemical properties of the FPC extracted from rainbow runner. The use of 90% ethanol for exraction of FPC from rainbow runner resulted in 18-20% yield. The result shows that the local rainbow runner contained FPC with high level of protein (77.34%) but low level of fat (1.22%), classified as type B on the basis of FAO’s standard on FPC Protein, which stipulated FPC with >65% protein and <3% fat content as Type B. Pertumbuhan tanaman diukur berdasarkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, volume akar, berat basah dan berat kering tanaman. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa PGPR dapat meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, volume akar, berat basah dan berat kering tanaman cabe.Tinggi tanaman terbaik setelah diperlakuan selama 28 hari adalah dengan pemberian PGPR disertai dengan pemberian pupuk kandang dengan tinggi (24.44 cm), yang diikuti oleh pemberian PGPR + kompos dengan tinggi (22.04 cm), dan pemberian PGPR + NPK dengan tnggi tanaman 19.68 cm . Volume akar akan lebih tinggi bila diberikan PGPR yang ditambah dengan pupuk kandang , atau kompos maupun NPK, tetapi tdak berbeda hasilnya bila hanya diberikan PGPR saja. Jumlah daun dapat ditingkatkan bila diberikan PGPR yang ditambah dengan pupuk kandang, atau kompos maupun NPK. Pemberian PGPR + NPK tidak memberikan jumlah daun yang berbeda dengan pemberian PGPR saja.Berat basah akan meningkat bila diberikan PGPR saja maupun ditambah dengan pemberian pupuk kandang, atau kompos maupun NPK. PGPR ditambah dengan pupuk kandang maupun kompos memberikan dampak yang sama terhadap berat basah.Berat kering akan meningkat bila diberikan PGPR saja maupun ditambah dengan pemberian pupuk kandang, atau kompos maupun NPK. PGPR ditambah dengan pupuk kandang maupun kompos memberikan dampak yang sama terhadap berat basahThis study aimed to examine the comparison of vegetative growth of red chili (capsicum Annuum L.) due to the administration of different PGPR (Plant Growth-Promoting Rhizobacteria) Composition. Plant growth was measured based on plant height, number of leaves, root volume, wet weight and dry weight of the plant. The results showed that PGPR can increase plant height, number of leaves, root volume, wet weight and dry weight of chilli plants. The best plant height after being treated for 28 days is by giving PGPR accompanied by administering manure with height (24.44 cm), followed by by giving PGPR + compost with a height (22.04 cm), and giving PGPR + NPK with a plant height of 19.68 cm. Root volume will be higher if given PGPR added with manure, or compost or NPK, but the results are not different if only given PGPR. The number of leaves can be increased if given PGPR added with manure, or compost or NPK. Provision of PGPR + NPK does not provide a number of leaves that are different from the administration of PGPR alone. Wet weight increased when given PGPR alone or added with manure, or compost or NPK. PGPR added with manure or compost gives the same effect on wet weight. Dry weight will increase if given PGPR alone or added with manure, or compost or NPK.
