The B40 group has been given a boost in their quality of life through a variety of initiatives, including the provision of bank loans, business facilities, and access grants. This study focuses on four factors that relate to women's motivation, resources, opportunity and ability in order to examine the entrepreneurial preparedness among the B40 women who had participated in an entrepreneurial training programme in Malaysia. Thus, this study attempts to examine the challenges faced by women especially in urban areas of B40 to increase their revenue. These studies seek to determine the readiness of low-income women for entrepreneurship, intending to increase household income in sharpening their abilities to survive in urban. By using a simple random sampling technique method, the number of samples is 102 low-income women, who have participated in the entrepreneurial enculturation program were the selected population. Unexpectedly, motivation, resources and entrepreneurial ability were found to be non-significant predictors of entrepreneurial readiness among the B40 women, although entrepreneurial opportunity appeared to be a significant predictor towards entrepreneurial readiness. Although the exclusion of motivation, resources and entrepreneurial ability did not relate towards entrepreneurial readiness, these results should be interpreted with caution. The study sheds light on an under-explored and new context to advance existing knowledge in the field.

However, literature in women entrepreneurship argues that women entrepreneurs lag behind men and women business operators are constrained. Despite numerous constraints faced by Sri Lankan women business operators, some have overcome such barriers and become successful, and also have achieved provincial and national level recognitions through winning awards. Women business operators who have earned such recognitions warrant investigations to unravel the entrepreneurial decision-making approaches they have adopted to overcome various challenges in constrained environments. Therefore, this research aims to study the entrepreneurial decision-making approaches of award-winning women business operators in the Kandy district of Sri Lanka using theoretical lenses of Effectuation and Causation. A qualitative multiple case study design was adopted and 30 in-depth interviews were conducted with successful women business operators who have been awarded in "Star Awards". The analysis revealed that entrepreneurial decision-making approach of the respondents does not change with the sector (i.e. manufacturing and service) they operate. Women business operators have become more effectual when starting up their businesses and have combined the causation approach with effectuation when growing their businesses.

It is challenging for e-retailers to offer customised discounts despite the unlimited product selection in an online store at the same time, satisfy customers’ expectations while providing a distinctive customer experience. To provide clients with real experiences, recommendations and products must be tailored to their preferences and needs. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to ascertain whether generation Z consumers embrace the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in online buying. This study also aimed to provide recommendations and insights for SMEs to learn more about adopting AI that will enhance their online businesses. For this study, an online survey with quantitative approach is used and gathered 135 respondents. The data were examined by using SPSS version 25. The results of the correlation study showed that each component significantly increases the adoption of AI in online purchasing. The regression research showed that technology literacy has a negative impact on artificial intelligence (AI), while all independent factors (perceived utility, perceived ease of use, and trust) have significant positive impacts on AI (AI). The R² value of the study which is 0.364 indicated good model fit. Due to the AI assistant's constant availability, customers may ask simple questions and report minor difficulties at any time without having to wait for a response. The analysis of client data also helps the online retailer better understand its customers and emerging trends. Thus, advantages like enhanced usability and customisation that satisfy consumer needs and expectations strengthen customer loyalty and boost corporate revenues over the long run.

On the other hand, many infrastructures can make natural places look less attractive, which calls for sustainable tourism. It's vital to help small businesses get money through excellent digital infrastructure and to use public fiscal tools to ensure that natural resources are used sustainably. Infrastructure tourism was used as the title, abstract, and keywords in 6,377 documents from 1968 to 2023 found in the scopus.com database. It also shows 704 papers with the title, abstract, and article keyword "Renewable Energy Tourism" from 1990 to 2022. Based on research papers on scopus.com, Indonesia is ranked second in Asia for renewable energy tourism and first in ASEAN for infrastructure tourism. It's a perfect sign for the growth of tourism infrastructure and renewable energy tourism in Indonesia. Indonesia has many affiliations, including the University of Indonesia, the Bandung Institute of Technology, Gadjah Mada University, Bina Nusantara University, Diponegoro University, Brawijaya University, IPB University, Padjadjaran University, and Hasanuddin University. Research publications in Indonesia have received funding from the Ministry of Technology Research, the Directorate General of Higher Education, the Research and Service Institute, the Bandung Institute of Technology, the University of Indonesia, Airlangga University, and Diponegoro University. An analytical technique based on a watershed's morphometric properties is a method for those without a gauge, particularly in small-scale watersheds. \u0000Design/methodology/approach: The synthetic unit hydrograph (HSS) approach is used in this study to analyze flood output. This study was conducted in the Akelaka watershed, a sub-watershed of Tayawi. This analysis relies on spatial and attributes data. A spatial study of watershed morphometric properties was obtained by integrating digital elevation model (DEM) data into geographic information system-based applications (GIS). Meanwhile, using rainfall data from 2019 to 2021, a statistical approach is used to calculate the design rainfall intensity, which is then used as an input variable in the HSS analysis. \u0000Findings: The findings of hydrographic analysis using Nakayasu HSS demonstrate that the peak flood time (Tp) is 2.8 hours with a maximum flood discharge (Qp) of 56.636 m3/s, 76, 987 m3/s, 88,091 m3/s, and 101,279 m3/s for return periods of two years, five years, ten years, and 25 years. \u0000Paper type: Research paper
