The final stage plays an important role in evaluating the emotional responses of diners towards the aesthetical values of the product which will be measured based on the user’s experience (UX). UX is crucial in determining the success or failure of a product in the market. Therefore, the UX factor will determine the level of success of a product in the market.  \u0000 Methodology: this study will focus on the experience of the diner based on the theory of Findings: Norman’s Three Level of Design. Emotion refers to the feelings felt by humans. \u0000The succes of a product is not merely dependent on the advantages and great design of the product. However, the success of a product in the market is assured when it it based on the 7 UX factors which include: usefulness, usability, availability, accesibility, reliability, value, fulfilling the current demands and needs as well as comprehensibilty.  \u0000Implications: Chefs have to be creative in creating a menu that will reflect a unique dining experience through the attractive and special presentation of the meals provided. Worldwide unlimited and without restrictions information production and dissemination have resulted in an information-dense society and information-polluted environment. \u0000Methodology: An empirical study of 155 employees in the banking sector was undertaken. The influence of information quality and information quantity has caused information pollution. Eight factors of information quality were taken as independent variables. Decision-making is the key function of leaders and managers in the organization. Therefore, Decision making was taken as a dependent variable to gauge the influence of information pollution in organizations. \u0000Findings: The reliability and validity of data have been checked and results show that information influences a positive 37% influence on decision-making. Financial literacy enables the individuals to manage their financial resources through pursuing alternative investment opportunities and portfolio diversification. Individual investors tried to balance their income-expenditures by availing latest investment opportunities in stocks, bonds, shares and financial instruments of the companies through stock exchanges, conventional and non-conventional investment channels. In current economic situations low stock prices, capital gains, financial interest, stock market rumors induce individual investors to trade in stock markets. As these indices, provide fair opportunities of investment as compared to bank deposits and other modes of investments. However, financial literacy (FL) offers a bridge to investors for making sound investment decisions through the best utilization of resources. \u0000Methodology: This study is based on the exploration of the role of financial literacy from individual investor’s perspective. Therefore, research method for this study is ‘Grounded theory’ under the qualitative approach. For the purpose of data collection, researcher conducted in-depth personal interviews. NVIVO software has been used for qualitative analysis of the data gathered through interviews. Different techniques such as, Word Tag Cloud, Word Tree and Tree Map were used to elaborate the themes of the study. \u0000Findings: This study found that financial literacy, economic, political and market factors influence the quality of investment decisions of the individuals. Moreover, rumors in financial markets also affect the investment decisions of the individuals. \u0000Implications: This study provide better outlook about the FL and investment decisions made by people based on knowledge about finance. Mining and oil and gas companies receive funding and use this for different projects which may have environmental consequences. This study examines the extent to which both the grantor and the receiver of finance identify and apply responsible investment (RI) practices when making investment decisions \u0000Design/methodology/approach: A detailed literature review was used to construct a disclosure checklist to assess the implementation of RI principles. The population is all companies listed in the financial services, banks, mining and oil and gas sectors of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE), who had published integrated reports. \u0000Findings: The results of this research indicate that the extent of RI disclosure in FIs in South Africa is limited. The extent of RI disclosure for the mining and oil and gas companies is stronger than for FI’s. \u0000Originality/value: At present, there are no studies which have investigated the disclosure of RI principles applied in South Africa. The development of Small and Medium Industries is closely related to the Ministry of Industry, especially business licenses. The Ministry of Industry as a public service should always improve the services provided to the community. This research was carried out in Small and Medium Industries as users of the Ministry of Industry's Public Center Service Unit. \u0000The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of customer relationship management, service quality and trust in Small and Medium Industries partially, simultaneously and its implications on customer trust in the Central Public Service Unit of the Ministry of Industry. \u0000Methodology: The problem is formulated in 3 hypotheses and tested by Structural Equation Modeling (LISREL 8.30) with 350 respondents. Findings: It is concluded that Hypothesis one (H1) Customer Relationship Management has a positive effect on customer trust, has a value of t>2 (3.57> 2). The influence of Customer Relationship Management  on customer trust is 0.39. However, reluctance amongst some residents is still found. \u0000Design/Methodology/Approach: The fear of running out of credits amongst non-users raised the need to interview 389 low-income residents, by means of a structured questionnaire, on how they experience the buying of prepaid credits. \u0000Findings: Even though the results from the data collected were positive, especially when it comes to males and females, significant differences were observed between certain age groups, employment status and levels of income. Therefore, this study investigates the influence of social support and entrepreneurial passion on forming entrepreneurial intentions. Furthermore, this study investigates whether entrepreneurial passion mediates the relationship between social support and entrepreneurial intention. \u0000Design/Methodology/Approach: This study used a quantitative approach with a single cross-sectional descriptive research type on 268 samples of student respondents in Indonesia. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data analysis in this study was carried out with the PLS-SEM technique. \u0000Findings: The results of this study confirm the direct positive influence of social support on entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial intention, as well as the direct positive influence of entrepreneurial passion on entrepreneurial intention. Furthermore, the study showed that entrepreneurial passion partially mediates the relationship between social support and entrepreneurial intention. \u0000Implications/Originality/Value: The results of this study enrich the study of entrepreneurial literature related to entrepreneurial passion and social support, mainly how social support as a contextual variable affects entrepreneurial passion. Most studies indicate sports facilities face numerous facilities management (FM) issues owing to weakness of current operating systems such as financial factor, lack of qualify staff, efficient and quality management operations, optimisation of operation, and safety issues. The purpose of this paper is to examine the strategic indicators for strategic intervention for improving the performance of sports facilities management in Malaysia by initially identifying what the critical considerations. Methodology. The data for this preliminary study was obtained from random samples of 44 respondents involving FM representative from various stadium in Malaysia. The data will initially analysed using SPSS statistical software for factor analysis. The reliability and validity data of the instruments were assessed by experts from academia and the industry. It involves the progression of the informal economy through consideration of its characteristics and potentials together with the standard LED requirements that associate the notion of a green economy and the connections among the unregulated and the official economies. This study investigates the relationship between the informal economy and the LED in the Thembisile Hani local municipality in South Africa. \u0000Methodology: The scholarship uses face-to-face interviews to collect data from respondents in the Thembisile Hani municipality regarding their economic survival experiences. \u0000Findings: The study results show that several limitations such as infrastructure, capital, suitable skills, excessive regulations and security apprehensions compromise the informal economy growth. In addition, the study showed that employment opportunities are created in the informal sector for poverty reduction and economic improvement.
