The population in this study were 165 manufacturing companies listed consecutively on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling, with a research of  300 companies during the period 2018-2020. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the competence of the audit committee has a positive effect on audit delay. The number of audit committee members and audit opinion has a negative effect on audit delay. Meanwhile, audit committee meetings and audit committee independence have no effect on audit delay. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Warung Makan Nasi Pindang Pak Ndut mampu menjaga keberlangsungan usahanya selama 51 tahun.                Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dan dengan bentuk rumusan masalah pada studi kasus. Dalam menetapkan irforman peneliti menggunakan purposive sampling atau teknik pengambilan sampel sumber data dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Informan yang dipilih yauitu pemilik dan pelanggan, jadi total ada 5 orang. The method of data collection used is purposive sampling with criteria. The data analysis is using Multiple Regression Analysis. The results show that sales growth does not significantly effect on financial performance. The population of this research is the consumers of the Semarang New Current Photocopy. The sample used in this study were 96 respondents. In this research, purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique that provides the opportunity to become a member of the sample with certain criteria. Then the method of data collection through questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS 21 which includes validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing using t test and R2 test. The results of this study indicate that all independent variables, namely price perception (X1), service quality (X2), and product quality (X3) have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) partially or simultaneously (together). . Di era pandemi Covid-19 UMKM menghadapai berbagai macam permasalahan. Kondisi   ini    menjadi    tantangan    tersendiri    dalam    mengupayakan UMKM agar mampu bertahan dan bangkit di era pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dampak pandemi Covid-19 bagi pelaku usaha tempe di kelurahan Sendangguwo Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam pada key informan. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku usaha tempe di kelurahan Sendangguwo Semarang. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa dampak pandemi Covid-19 bagi pelaku usaha tempe di kelurahan Sendangguwo Semarang yaitu kesulitan dalam memperoleh bahan baku karena distribusi terhambat, penurunan penjualan, mengurangi jumlah produksi, tenaga kerja dan berkurangnya modal kerja..  Kata Kunci : UMKM, Dampak Covid-19, Strategi ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Abstract Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are one of the pillars and have a significant role in the Indonesian economy. In the era of the Covid-19 pandemic, SMEs face various kinds of problems. This condition is a challenge in itself in seeking SMEs to be able to survive and rise in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on tempe business actors in the Sendangguwo village, Semarang. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with key informants. The informants in this study were tempe business actors in the Sendangguwo village, Semarang.
