Different methods of laser impact on liquid drug are considered: by focused and diverging laser beam. The basic demands and possible technical solutions to laser photoacoustic spectroscopy equipment in a framework of breathomics are presented. The experimental setup, which employs a 365-nm narrowband excitation, 4 replaceable bandpass filters and a digital camera, has been assembled and applied to study freshly excised samples of BCC. In the experimental setup, modulation of the UV-excitation and demodulation of the visible light images allow for both increasing a signal-to-noise ratio and suppressing a non-fluorescence background in the autofluorescence images of tissues. Using 200 μm diameter optical fibers with high numerical aperture (0.5NA), the SERS enhancement of remote sensing was found to be 98% of direct sensing configuration. In this period UV-radiation of various biological objects (so called inductors) and its influence on mitotic rate of other biological objects (detectors) were investigated very actively. Very promising results were obtained including the finding of the peptide tumor marker in blood, which was called cancer quencher due to its ability to quench UV-chemiluminescence of blood. Later these researches were interrupted and almost abandoned. The relevance of the scientific problems addressed in these works to this day is stated, the key experiments and the most valuable results obtained between 1923 and 1948 are described in details and subsequent researches are briefly traced up to the present. Analysis of 91 in vivo skin tissues (50 benign and 41 malignant) was performed in visible spectral region with hyperspectral imaging technique. To assess the malignancy of skin tissues we proposed two methods for calculating the integral index of tissue optical density and performed a comparison of their effectiveness and effectiveness of physician survey. As the main diagnostic feature, we propose to use data of integral optical index dispersion from the studied tissue and healthy tissue area. The results of skin tissues classification with discriminant analysis are presented. The study of erythrocytes interaction is important both for understanding the fundamental aggregation mechanisms and for evaluating the differences in kinetics and dynamics of aggregation, depending on the presence or absence of diseases that disturb the blood flow parameters and, therefore, the oxygen supply to tissues. We analyse the kinetics and dynamics of pair aggregation of erythrocytes in blood samples from more than 60 patients with arterial hypertension, as well as from a group of healthy donors.
