The method of Lyapunov exponents charts is used, which makes it possible to identify the main types of dynamics of the system and to analyze the dependence of its properties on parameters. The possibility of both two and three-frequency invariant tori is demonstrated. Saddle-node bifurcations of resonant tori are studied with the use of instantaneous Lyapunov exponents. The author demonstrates a strong correlation between domestic policy and evolutionary changes in local press, also analyzes the key events in chronicle order: printing the first paper “Publick Occurrences”, the Trial of Zenger, consequences of the Stamp Act and the acting of “Sons of Liberty”. The conclusion is made that American press is one of the most influential moments in organizing the national democratic liberation movement over the British Empire, which could not stop or assume control of expansion in the number of printing offices. The article states that the most important factor which leads colonies to unite is the fight against the Stamp Act. It is gone through in attempts to regulate the press and overcome the budget deficit, generated by The Seven Years’ War. After several years of a forced truce, the state began to tighten its religious policy again and resumed an active anti-religious campaign. One of the reasons was the scandal in the Saratov region in 1949, connected with the mass bathing on the Epiphany holiday and the subsequent publication of I. Ryabov’s feuilleton called “Saratov font” in the Pravda newspaper. The anti-religious campaign that followed these events revealed multiple manifestations of religiousness in the Saratov region of both the ordinary population and representatives of the authorities. It turned out that many people participated in the sacraments of the Church, wore crosses and provided all possible assistance to the Church. As a result, a wave of administrative punishments started again: believers were expelled from the party, fired from their jobs. The interdisciplinary nature of geographical education implies the need to develop special ways of thinking among students and to attract knowledge and skills from different subject areas. In such a situation, it is necessary to maximize the arrangement of the training process from the initial stage of learning to the stage of summative assessment. The work contains proposals to supplement the evaluation tools of expertise, knowledge and skills with innovative methods to better understand the success of students educational activities. A system of measures used by the teacher during the semester for formative and summative assessments to evaluate the level of competence development in students is described. Emphasis is placed on the possibility of using distance learning technologies in the point-rating system. A conclusion is made on the effectiveness of the score-rating assessment of the competence development level in geographical education and predictive capabilities of this method of control, particularly in Master's and postgraduate studies. The concept of the score-rating system proposed in the article was tested by the author while teaching a number of geographical subjects at Ural State Pedagogical University. This explains the long-standing and close attention of historians to the role of the young Swedish king in the «greatest victory over the Russians». The memoirs, diaries and letters of the soldiers of the army of Charles XII, published at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, make it possible to clearly understand this role. The goal is to characterize hazardous natural phenomena depending on the differentiated natural tension of the Far East (from maximum in the south to moderate in the north), often causing disasters and creating tense levels of the geoecological situation in general. The article presents comparative-geographical, geophysical, informational methods, as well as author’s development, etc. Further strengthening of the natural continentality of the entire region climate predetermines a directed increase in the geosystems development of the role of hazardous natural processes. If a sharp anthropogenic climate warming occurs, an accelerated rise in the level of the World Ocean is possible, which will cause increased abrasion, avalanches and landslides in the coastal zone. In case of a persisting general cooling, a general extremalization of the entire natural environment will occur. Many of them participated in the populist movement in the 1870s, but for various reasons they left it and devoted themselves entirely to the zemstvo service, the reby obtaining the opportunity to legally study the way of life, culture, labour activities of peasants and to defend their interests before the landlords, gubernia and uyezd administrations. N. F. Annensky was one of these devotees. The paper attempts to consider his activities as the head of the zemstvo statistical departments (bureaus) of the Kazan and Nizhny Novgorod gubernias. On the basis of the analysis of diverse archival and published sources the author came to the conclusion that while in the zemstvo service N. F. Annensky made a significant contribution to the development of Russian statistics creating new methods of statistical research by combining assessment and soil work. His experience was fruitfully used by statisticians from other gubernias. N. F.
