The initiative to discuss these problems and new factual material that requires rethinking outdated stratigraphic constructions belonged to the section of the Quaternary system of SIBRMSK and was supported by leading experts actively working in the region. It should be noted that this issue does not cover all the unresolved issues on the geology, stratigraphy and paleogeography of the Quaternary period of Siberia.","PeriodicalId":52268,"journal":{"name":"Geology and Mineral Resources of Siberia","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"43301858","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Their top usually does not rise above the level of 5 m above the tow-path edge. At the same level, glacial erratic masses of the Middle Pleistocene alluvium were recorded in a number of areas. The height of the 1st and 2nd sites of terraces (on average from 5 to 10–15 m) depends on the thickness of subaerial deposits overlapping the alluvium. The 3rd terrace above flood-plain of the Bolshaya (Big) Ob has no geomorphological expression, since the alluvium of the first Late Neo-Pleistocene interglacial period without ablation is drape overlain by parallely bedded precipitates of the glacier-ice-blocked lake of the first Late Neo-Pleistocene glaciation. Thus, the height of sites of terraced surfaces does not directly correlate with the age of their alluvial basement. Therefore, the geomorphological method for differentiation of river sediments is not effective for this region. In addition, the problems of differentiation and correlation of alluvial deposits of the Lower Ob Region right bank are complicated by the presence of fluvioglacial incisions of deglaciation stages of the Middle Neo-Pleistocene and Upper Neo-Pleistocene glaciations.","PeriodicalId":52268,"journal":{"name":"Geology and Mineral Resources of Siberia","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48344986","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The article considers the process of natural overgrowth of trivial primary basaltic magma into an ore-bearing granite melting and further into the ore-forming “ore magma” as the concentration of volatile and ore components. The dark side of the problem lies in the fact that during the ore formation the “ore magma” liquates into contrasting phases and leaves practically no traces of itself (with rare exceptions). But the concept of the ore magma has received a logical scientific justification from the standpoint of ore-magmatic systems.","PeriodicalId":52268,"journal":{"name":"Geology and Mineral Resources of Siberia","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"44115961","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the present work, the method of integrated approach is considered along with well-known and generally accepted algorithms. The method of integrated approach is based on a combination of two model-building techniques for the VDM. The concerned approach allows researchers to combine positive aspects of combined methods while leveling their disadvantages. Using the example of real modern data obtained on the territory of East Siberia near fold-thrust dislocations of the Cis-Patom regional trough, the possibility of improving the quality of seismic image is demonstrated due to the use of the integrated approach and tomographic transformations for complexly constructed environments in the process of deep migration.","PeriodicalId":52268,"journal":{"name":"Geology and Mineral Resources of Siberia","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"68425668","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a result of lithological-facies investigations, seven lithological types of rocks were identified, they are regularly replaced by each other along the section. Facies environments of the reef complex were dеtected: bar bank, rear part of the reef, organogenic bioherm bildup, reef rear bars, reef buildup, core of reef buildup. In the section of the subformation, three fourth-order sequences are identified. The sequence boundaries are fixed by subaerial hiatuses represented in the core by sedimentation breccias, karst zones. The largest lowering of sea level, in terms of amplitude and duration, is confined to the border of the second and third sequences. The conducted biostratigraphic analysis confirms the Lower Cambrian age. Remains of calcareous algae Renalcis polymorphum, R. gelatinosum, R. granosum, Botomaella zelenovi were found. Small shell fauna of the genus of Namacalathus Grotzinger, Watt ers et Knoll. also was found. On this site, from 2004 to the present, researchers of the IPGG SB RAS have been conducting regular annual observations by the method of nearfield time-domain electromagnetic sounding (TSB) to observe the process of restoration of the geological environment after the catastrophic Chuya earthquake with a magnitude of 7.3 in 2003. One of the aftereffects of the destructive earthquake is fracture zones expressed on the surface. Numerous deformations of the surface and industrial objects are observed in the area of the Mukhor-Tarkhata village. The fault zone with sub-vertical fracturing, identified at the site by geological and electromagnetic data, was activated after the earthquake. Detailed data on the geoelectric structure are required for the interpretation and analysis of monitoring data. Based on the interpretation of the near-field time-domain electromagnetic sounding data, the deep structure of the fault zone was obtained. To verify and clarify structural features of the geoelectric model, three-dimensional modeling was performed.","PeriodicalId":52268,"journal":{"name":"Geology and Mineral Resources of Siberia","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"68425650","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on the complex of geochemical and seismic surveys in the northern part of the area, the identification of predicted oil and gas accumulation zones is substantiated. Predicted zones are distinguished at the site of reduced thicknesses and pinch-out of Permian and Triassic deposits. Taking into account the nature of concentration variations of HC components sorbed by subsoil sediments, it is assumed that hydrocarbon fluids have predominantly gas-condensate state. The appearance of the oil phase is predicted for the southern perspective zone. On the ground of predictive definitions and the results of performed operations, recommendations were given on the placement of parametric drilling and allocation of licensed blocks for subsequent exploration. Prognosis evaluations of HC resources are done.","PeriodicalId":52268,"journal":{"name":"Geology and Mineral Resources of Siberia","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"68425845","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
