{"title":"PERCEPTION SYSTEM OF GARMENT MACHINERY PRODUCTION LINE BASED ON THE INTERNET OF THINGS","authors":"Erfu Guo","doi":"10.17683/ijomam/issue14.14","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.17683/ijomam/issue14.14","url":null,"abstract":"- The vigorous development of the Internet of Things and information technology promotes the transformation of the manufacturing industry from traditional management to intelligent informatization. In order to discuss the intelligent production line monitoring and sensing system, this paper selects the garment mechanical parts processing production line as the object. Firstly, on the production line data collection, the characteristics and existing problems of the garment mechanical parts processing production line are analyzed. Then, the production line's awareness monitoring demand is summarized. Secondly, the production line's data sources and acquisition methods are discussed. Based on the configurable idea, a real-time data acquisition system for the garment mechanical parts processing production line is proposed. In addition, in terms of quality prediction, based on the Back Propagation Neural Network (BPNN), the Multiple Population Genetic Algorithm (MPGA) is introduced to build the MPGA-BPNNNN quality prediction algorithm. Finally, the performance of the system and algorithm is tested based on simulation experiments. The results show that the system's data acquisition and concurrent client pressures are 1.86ms and 650 users, respectively, meeting the requirements. Compared with the traditional BPNN, the MPGA-BPNNNN algorithm has a more accurate prediction result, with a root mean square error of 0.0645, which is also relatively small. At present, one of the more widely used fields is the electric energy metering management system. Data analysis is one of the focuses of research in this field. Therefore, this paper introduces CNN algorithm and explains the advantages and disadvantages of the CNN algorithm in previous studies and the direction of optimization. Secondly, the target detection algorithm and data analysis are described, and the application of the target detection algorithm to image information processing and information analysis in the current research is introduced. Additionally, two methods are proposed for optimizing the CNN algorithm, and the optimization model is re-optimized by introducing the migration model. Finally, comparative experiments are conducted to verify the effectiveness and rationality of this model. The experimental results show that the detection rate of the two optimization methods is higher than that of the traditional model. The detection rate of CNN based on Region Proposal Network (RPN) is higher than that based on Region of Interest (ROI) pooling. Simulation experiments are carried out in different power metering management systems in the second experiment. The RPN-CNN model was introduced into the migration model. In system 1, the maximum difference between the detection rate and the traditional model is 0.2. In system 2, the maximum difference in detection rate is 0.12, which verifies the effectiveness of this model. Additionally, the stability of the RPN-CNN is better than that of the traditional model in the slope comparison of the curve, which proves the feasibility of the model. The authors have adopted a technological approach in this research, focusing on communication using the MODBUS TCP protocol between a collaborative robot and two electrical discharge machining (EDM) machines. By integrating the collaborative robot and EDM machines into the local network or organizational infrastructure, it has been demonstrated that these technologies can harmoniously function, efficiently communicating through a simple Ethernet cable. Intriguingly, the research illustrates how EDM machines can dynamically modify the values of registers within the collaborative robot, which acts as a server in this context. A conclusive case study has outlined the process of establishing communication infrastructure within the collaborative robot and showcased how it can implement and manage the necessary conditions for the manufacturing workflow. Through the use of existing industrial protocols, this research opens up fascinating possibilities regarding communication between collaborative robots and EDM machines. This could significantly reduce the complexity and costs associated with electrical I/O connections, enabling efficient transmission of multiple types of information between equipment using a single Ethernet cable. This research aims to solve the problems of complex path planning and poor parameter strain in ultrasonic array navigation systems. Firstly, the research status of the mobile robot is introduced, and a new embedded navigation system based on ultrasonic array technology is designed. Then, the fuzzy control algorithm is introduced, and a new Positive/Negative (P/N) local path planning algorithm based on fuzzy control is proposed. The normal rule is used to make the robot move toward the target point, in which the robot avoids obstacles through negative rules. The complexity of the fuzzy system is reduced through binary negative rules. Then, the precise output is obtained through the path decision formula to realize the local path planning system of the mechatronic robot. Finally, the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the improved algorithm. Based on the joint simulation experiment platform of Simulink and Robot Operating System (ROS), the excellent performance of the proposed embedded navigation system has been verified. The new P/N local path planning algorithm of fuzzy control can make the running track more accurate and smoother by optimizing the path.
