The objective of the article is to give a voice to people who have experienced the disease. Following a qualitative approach, twenty in-depth interviews were conducted with people recovered from Sars- Cov2 living in southern Lazio, using the R-Text Mining Package software as an analysis tool. From the analysis of the interviews, conducted through text mining, word relationships and sentiment analysis, a series of particularly relevant areas and dimensions emerged in order to assess the impact that the disease has had on people's experiences, both on an individual and social level. Specifically, three main topics emerged: Communication, fear and danger. © 2021 Franco Angeli Edizioni. The focus here is on the destabilizing events that have been experienced by individuals as a result of the pandemic, such as the onset of the disease or the lack of adequate treatment, the loss of work-income, the rupture of couple ties, economic, educational and scholastic difficulties. The living conditions related to the weakening of mechanisms and forms of social regulation for people at risk or in a state of vulnerability were then analysed. Here we report, albeit briefly, the results of two exploratory types of research, conducted with a qualitative method, in two different regional contexts of our peninsula, Lombardy and Southern Lazio: The first survey focused on issues relating to the impact of the pandemic on the daily life of the most fragile social groups, on the reorganization of public services and the third sector, on prospects;the second on the daily life of forced migrants. Both kinds of research highlight the multifactorial of social vulnerabilities in the face of the Covid-19 emergency and the need to redesign the reception systems, increase the social and health structures of innovative tools to reduce inequalities and pursue social justice. © 2021 Franco Angeli Edizioni. In fact, according to INAIL almost 70% of all reported occupational injuries is concentrated in the health and social care sector. Nevertheless, to date in Italy - to our knowledge - no research has focused on the possible factors that have jeopardized the protection of this category of workers. Our paper aims to analyze - through currently available data - the impact of different Regional Health Care Systems' interventions and policies on HCW's risk of SARS-CoV-2 infection with respect to specific indicators regarding the different responses to Covid-19 adopted by SSR with the aim of preventing the spread of the virus and treating people infected with COVID-19. © FrancoAngeli","PeriodicalId":52081,"journal":{"name":"Salute e Societa","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"70129036","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Our everyday life has been completely overturned. During the first phase of the pandemic (March/April 2020) we conducted 20 episodic narrative interviews with childless, highly educated adults (11 females and 9 males, 29 to 36 years old) living in Northern Italy, the epicentre of the epidemic, to explore how residents reconstructed their everyday life. Interviewees report mixed feelings about staying locked in their homes: Cozyness but also restriction;easiness to call friends but forced physical isolation;doing work in places usually devoted to relax. Moreover, being forced to stay at home appears as a cognitive ambiguous situation in which people define themselves as persons 'in-waiting' in a 'hold-on' time. With COVID-19, something (very) familiar like everyday life became suddenly hostile and incomprehensible. We underwent a social disruption requiring new cognitive categories, new social practices and new habits. Our experience of the domestic sphere turned ambivalent. © 2021 Franco Angeli Edizioni. Therefore, the aim of this study was to examine the impact that actions as the closure of schools and socio-educational services, restrictions on mobility and social distancing have had on people with autism and their caregivers. A web survey has been administered on a sample of 102 families. The results suggest that Covid-19 health emergency has aggravated the burden of families who have had to take care of their children in the absence of educational interventions, which represent an essential element for the well-being and quality of life of people with autism spectrum disorders. Furthermore, the results show a general mistrust towards public institutions, as well as the fear of a reduction in interventions for autistic people. While the economic effect has been much investigated, less attention has been paid to social impacts and in particular to the combination elements that have added up to the population in poverty. Using data from extensive empirical research carried out in the second half of 2020, the article specifically addresses the issue of the consequences of the pandemic on the population in “health poverty”, with particular attention to the difficulties encountered in accessing social and healthcare services usually provided in Italy by third sector organizations. First of all, the survey was made in order to understand how accommodated children and adolescents and their educators have faced the Covid-19 pandemic, secondly to learn about which consequences the containment measures and isolation have had on their health, learning and relations, and finally to learn which implications have had on the service’s organisation and on the educational intervention. What has been pointed out from the interviews realised with some of the communities’ educators is an impressive adaptability among children and adolescents and a considerable flexibility and creativity from the educators and their organizations. These residential care services show that they have been able to cope with the emergency efficiently, creating an environment which was able to mitigate the possible negative consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic on these accommodated children and adolescents and eventually to promote improvement processes. The consequences have affected both the living conditions of guests and users of these services, the organization of work, the professional relationships and the experience of practitioners.
