A conceptual model is developed, while PLS-SEM software is used for analysis. The findings show a positive association between women’s empowerment as successful entrepreneurs and certain dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation, including economic factors, autonomy, innovativeness, and proactiveness. These findings shed light on the factors that influence women’s ability to become successful entrepreneurs and identify the dimensions and external factors in the entrepreneurial orientation model that are the best predictors of women’s success. This paper contributes to new knowledge on the conditions of women’s entrepreneurship by developing and validating an analytic model for promoting women’s entrepreneurship Saudi Arabia. From a policy perspective, the model can inform the design of training programs to support women’s entrepreneurship in the country. In general, vaccination preferences are shaped before actual vaccines are found. Factors that accelerate/ inhibit expected uptake must then be understood upfront if one hopes to nudge hesitants towards vaccination. We predict the portfolio of COVID-19 vaccination drivers through a large set of Machine Learning (ML) techniques for five European countries during the first wave of the COVID-19 and before vaccines were found and rolled out. We find better accuracy emerging from more sophisticated supervised ML techniques than regressions. While some factors are common to all ML tools, some only arise from the most accurate techniques: Gradient Boosting Machine and Support Vector Machine. In general, institutional trust (e.g. towards government actions) is a critical influencer of vaccine intent.
