Stalin on the draft textbook of political economy in 1950. The remarks concerned both the methodology of presenting the material and the subject of political economy, the principle of historicism in presenting the material, taking into account the socio-economic conditions that have changed since the time of Marx. The analysis of bilateral and multilateral interaction carried out in the article showed that the potential for cooperation between countries remains practically unrealized.Part 1 is devoted to the analysis of bilateral interaction in the field of the fuel and energy complex.
