The advent of ultra-processed foods has been linked to poor diet and poor outcomes. This study was carried out to explore the dietary practices of young children through the voices of their mothers. Methods This exploratory pilot qualitative study carried out one-to-one in-depth interviews with seven mothers of children between three and ten years living in an urban area of Nepal to determine the dietary habits, psychosociocultural factors and environmental factors behind such practices. Results Mothers were generally aware of good dietary practices. Rice was the staple grain and other grains, although consumed, were viewed more as an occasional food item or afternoon snack. Although diversity was recognized in the fruits and vegetables, diversity in grain was not focused by all mothers. Early initiation of all the various foods was a factor that led to acceptance. Schools had a great role in influencing practice but not all schools put to practice what they had taught. Social norms and influence of other family members often went against mothers’ wishes or expectations to avoid ultra-processed foods. Market forces and the nature of packaged foods attracted children uncontrollably and the ubiquity of ultra-processed foods was viewed as a problem. Globally 70-80%of cervical cancers are attributed to human papilloma virus (HPV) mainly genotype 16 and 18. It is been documented that cervical cancer incidence is greater among lower socio-economic status women, less educated women and in those having larger number of children’s. Methodology: 200 case of cancer cervix registered at oncology opd and ward were selected and followed up prospectively in a teaching institution for all the variables and treatment protocols and followed up for complications, morbidity, and symptomatic relief and recurrence or cure of disease. A detailed case pro forma was made including all details of patients, patients were examined in details including physical and speculum examination and investigated accordingly to find out the stage of disease, various treatment modalities were used according to stage of disease as surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and combination of above treatment modalities where required. Results: In our study majority of patients were in the age group of 40-51years and having an advanced disease stage (55%)at presentation.cauliflower type of growth was most common finding on per speculum examination, white discharge per vaginum(79%) was the most common presenting symptom followed by postmenopausal bleeding (51%)and postcoital bleeding(36%). Its effectiveness is comparable to other NSAIDs, with a similar onset of action. As a Biopharmaceutical Classification System (BCS) Class II compound, the oral bioavailability of AC is limited by its dissolution rate in the gastrointestinal tract. Enhancing the dissolution rate of AC is crucial for improving its bioavailability and therapeutic efficacy. This study aimed to prepare and characterize solid dispersions of AC using a mixed excipient system of β-cyclodextrin and polyvinylpyrrolidone K30 (PVP K30) as carriers, and to examine their effect on the drug's dissolution rate. Solid dispersions were created via physical mixture and solvent evaporation methods using different ratios of AC to the excipient system. The formulations were evaluated for parameters such as practical yield, drug content, bulk and tapped density, Hausner’s ratio, Carr’s index, angle of repose, and in vitro drug release. The results showed a significant increase in drug release for the solid dispersions compared to the pure drug, with the solvent evaporation method proving more effective than the physical mixture method. Solid dispersion techniques offer numerous benefits by altering drug release characteristics, leading to faster drug release within the body. The study demonstrated that the solubility of poorly soluble drugs like AC can be significantly improved through solid dispersion methods. The use of water-soluble carriers such as PVP K30 and β-cyclodextrin effectively modified the drug release profiles. Solid dispersions of AC with PVP K30 were prepared in drug-to-carrier ratios of 1:1 to 1:5 using the solvent evaporation method, while inclusion complexes with β-cyclodextrin were prepared by the kneading method in similar ratios. The purpose of this study is to examine more deeply how the satire discourse is contained in pictorial texts and purely texts in memes how the role of memes in digital media, and how their impact in digital media as well as knowing how the role of memes in shaping individual and group identity. This research is interesting because the satirical humor style contained in memes is an effective, practical, absurd response to entertainment, politics, education, culture, and others and can shift, exclude, and reverse discourse, because it can create new discourse. This research study uses critical discourse analysis by Norman Fairclough, which identifies that discourse can be a series of spoken and written words or a series of speech acts. With this analytical knife, it was found that satire in memes on social media is used in the form of satire and criticism of things that are going viral and how these issues affect social media in the real world. Memes are not seen as silent, passive, and ready-made texts when produced.
