This tobacco museum can be said to be a representation of how tobacco developed in the city of Jember. Several aspects contained in it also support the representation process. Starting from the beginning of the construction of the museum which was inspired by the habits of the people of Jember city, namely tobacco farming, the names of several agricultural tools were born from the language of the local community, even to the concept of the building which was interpreted as having similarities with one of the tools for tobacco production, namely the Atag warehouse. This research uses a representation theory perspective proposed by Stuart Hall. According to Hall, there are three approaches to the representation process consisting of reflective, intentional and constructionist approaches. The aim of this research is to find out how the representation process occurs in the tobacco museum. This type of research is qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. Under the leadership of President Joko Widodo, the government is focusing on significant infrastructure development in an effort to encourage economic growth and modernization. Using Harrod Domar's modernization theory, this research examines how investment in infrastructure can encourage Indonesia's economic growth. The method used is literature study, with analysis of literature related to infrastructure development and modernization theory. The results show that toll road construction has a positive impact on transportation efficiency, community mobility, and economic growth, although it also faces several challenges such as environmental impacts and community involvement. The main concepts applied in this analysis are change and resistance, which are used to understand how cultural symbols are represented and interpreted in JFC. The data collection process was carried out through literature study. Where the data obtained comes from the results of research and scientific work of other people which is studied and then developed. Data analysis was carried out by combining the concepts of Stuart Hall's representation theory with the findings found in the JFC event. The results of the literature study analysis show that JFC is an important forum for representing Jember's cultural identity through costume modifications, dance, music and other performances. In addition, the media plays an important role in the spread and influence of these cultural representations. In the context of Stuart Hall's representation theory, change refers to the transformation of cultural symbols in the JFC, while resistance describes the process of building cultural representations through interactions and agreements between JFC actors, the government and society. Through this process, Jember's cultural identity is represented and interpreted in JFC events. The implication of the results of this research is the need for continuous support in developing and promoting Jember culture through collaborative efforts between the government, cultural actors and the community. Starting from the significant contribution of MSMEs to the Indonesian economy, especially in creating jobs and driving the economy, the focus of this research is the laundry business as a type of service business that continues to grow. The aim of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the welfare of laundry business actors in Jember, as well as how social capital can be used to overcome challenges such as tight competition and limited capital. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection methods in the form of in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that social capital through customer networks, local partnerships, and response to feedback can improve the performance and desirability of laundry businesses. In married life, disputes and conflicts cannot be avoided so they require trust and commitment to each other. Disputes in family life can have positive impacts, one of which is adjustment to the household environment. However, it cannot be denied that disputes can also threaten the continuity of a marriage, such as divorce. In cases of divorce, fatherless can also appear in children who are victims of divorce. Divorce results in them not being able to feel their father’s presence and his role in accompanying their growth and development. The aim of this research is to describe the fatherless phenomenon and provide an analysis of the fatherless phenomenon regarding family relationships. The research method in this article is to use a descriptive method using literature study data collection techniques. The results of the research show that the phenomenon of fatherlessness can be the cause of parents divorcing, which is due to the lack of the father’s presence in the family so that children experience an absence of figures which can cause conflict in the household and lead to divorce. The existence of the fashion industry as one of the largest industries in the world contributes to the Indonesian economy. In the Indonesian fashion industry, there are many local brands. One of them is the Hamlin brand. In mid-March 2024, Hamlin was hit by an issue of product counterfeiting. This issue prompted the author to carry out media monitoring to monitor and analyze updates related to conversations regarding the Hamlin brand, including specific, positive opinions and negative opinions that could affect the public's reputation and trust in the Hamlin brand. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Research data was obtained from the results of analysis of reviews on several social media. Researchers also use secondary data in the form of journal articles, books and other literature on the internet. The theory used in this research is Erving Goffman's dramaturgical theory. The results of the analysis show that the issue of product counterfeiting involving the Hamlin Brand has significantly disrupted the brand's image and reputation.
