Inti Ganda Perdana Karawang merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi Axle Shaft, Rear Axle dan Front Axle. PT. IGP Karawang terdiri dari 2 plant, yaitu Plant 1A dan 1B. Untuk mendukung proses produksi di plant 1B, digunakan forklift yang berfungsi untuk mengangkut pallet dari satu line ke line yang lainnya. Forklift tersebut disewa dari Vendor. Forklift yang digunakan adalah jenis 1.5 ton dengan tenaga baterai. Jumlah forklift yang digunakan ada 2 unit, dimana salah satu forklift beroperasi, sementara forklift yang satunya berada di charging station untuk melakukan proses pengecasan dan dilakukan secara bergantian. Berdasarkan hasil analisa yang dilakukan penulis menentukan perlunya pengubahan sistem penggunaan forklift dari sebelumnya menggunakan 2 unit forklift, menjadi menggunakan 1 unit forklift dan 2 baterai untuk digunakan secara bergantian. Dengan pembuatan alat bantu penggantian baterai forklift, maka dapat membantu melepaskan dan memasukkan baterai forklift yang berat sehingga memudahkan operator dalam proses penggantian baterai forklift. Penelitian ini memakai metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel adalah karyawan PT. Heintech Dwikarya Swapraja dengan jumlah yaitu sebanyak 171 responden. Penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan software olah data SmartPLS dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui formulir Google. Sidik bibir dibagi menjadi enam tipe berdasarkan klasidikasi Suzuki dan Tshucihasi, sidik bibir dapat digunakan untuk pengidentifikasian korban apabila terjadi bencana alam dengan syarat bentuk bibir masih utuh. Mengetahui gambaran pola sidik bibir pada laki-laki dan perempuan Suku Sasak, serta untuk mengetahui pola sidik bibir pada Suku Sasak terhadap hubungan genetik atau pewarisan genetik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian cross sectional study. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sade dan Desa Sasak Ende. Pola sidik bibir pada Suku Sasak di Desa Sade dan Desa Sasak Ende didominasi oleh tipe IV sebanyak 37 orang (34,58%) untuk Desa Sade dan sebanyak 25 orang (43,10%) untuk Desa Sasak Ende, Suku Sasak memiliki pola sidik bibir yang didominasi oleh Tipe IV dengan jumlah 62 orang (37,58%), Pada laki-laki dan perempuan Suku Sasak pola sidik bibir yang dominan adalah Tipe IV dengan jumlah 23 orang (53,49%), serta pada perempuan dengan jumlah 39 (31,97%). Pola sidik bibir berdasarkan genetik/ hubungan darah sebanyak 28 orang (16,7%) memiliki 1 pola yang sama atau tidak memiliki pola sidik bibir yang sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah perbandingan pati garut: tepung mocaf, tiga level (25:75, 50:50, 75:25%). Faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi puree rumput laut Gracilaria sp yang mempunyai empat level yaitu ; 1; 2; dan 3%. Sesuai hasil penelitian didapatkan kadar air dan abu tertinggi pada perlakuan proporsi pati garut: tepung mocaf 25:75 dengan persentase rumput laut 3%, yaitu sebesar 2,15%. Kadar abu tertinggi pada perlakuan proporsi pati garut: tepung mocaf 25:75 dengan persentase rumput laut 3%, yaitu sebesar 1,18%. Kadar lemak tertinggi pada perlakuan proporsi pati garut: tepung mocaf 50:50 dengan persentase rumput laut 3% yaitu sebesar 2,91%. Kadar protein tertinggi pada perlakuan proporsi pati garut: tepung mocaf 25:75 dengan persentase rumput laut 2% yaitu sebesar 0,67%. Kadar karbohidrat tertinggi pada perlakuan proporsi pati garut: tepung mocaf 25:75 dengan persentase rumput laut 2% yaitu sebesar 97,20%. This time Erectile Dysfunction (ED), one of DM type 2 complication become a serious issue because firstly the incidence of erectile dysfungtion is high. 50%-80% of people with DM type 2 have ED, Secondly this problem impact to patient life medicaly (psychology and infertility) as well as nonmedicaly (materials long divorve and family). Etiology of ED ed DM type 2 are diabetic neuropathy, diabetic angiopathy, psychis and hormonad factor. All of them earelated to duration of DM type 2. The research aims to learn about correlation between duration of DM type 2 with ED on Arifin Achmad Hospital pekanbaru. This study use cross sectional method the population were all of out patient care in Arifin Achmad Hospital. The study held on July – Agust 2013 with nonprobability sampling technique, consecutive sampling, and there are 42 responden. Based on the contingency coefficient test results, there were correlation between of duration of DM type 2 with ED (p= 0,012, r= 0,453). As a result, the food industry has been manufacturing artificial sweeteners in order to reduce the risk of disease development. This research aims to compare the roles of xylitol and sorbitol based on their chemical value, as well as the benefits and drawbacks of their use in food applications. Sugar alcohols are mostly employed as thickeners and sweeteners and are additionally referred to as bulk sweeteners. Xylitol is typically found in fruits, vegetables, and hardwood trees. Furthermore, when compared to sucrose, xylitol includes similar tastes and sweeteners, though insulin is not required during metabolism. Additionally, it is used in healthcare products such as toothpaste and mouthwash due to its ability to prevent tooth decay. Similarly, sorbitol can be found in fruits and vegetables and is frequently employed as a sweetener, texture enhancer, and moisture maintainer. Nevertheless, xylitol and sorbitol may have their own set of advantages and disadvantages. It has been found that xylitol has a wide range of potential health benefits, including lower blood glucose and insulin response, and less sweetness intensity than sucrose. However, a drawback of ingesting xylitol is that it provides low-GI energy, making it unsuitable for people with low glucose levels, and it has a lower laxation threshold. Freight Cargo Logistics). This study uses an associative research strategy with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Freight cargo logistics and there are totaling 42 employees. The method used for sampling is the non-probability sampling technique with the saturated sample technique and the number of samples used in this study is 42 respondents. The data used in this research is primary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation methods. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis through SmartPLS 3.3.9 software which includes testing the outer model, inner model, and testing the hypothesis.
