Meteorolojik kurakligin yaygin bir sekilde gozlemlendigi Akarcay Kapali Havzasi onemli sulak alanlara ev sahipligi yapmaktadir. Son donemlerde havza sulak alanlari uzerindeki baski iklim degisikligi, hatali su kaynaklari yonetim politikalari vb. nedenlere bagli olarak artmistir. Bu durum havza su butcesinin bozulmasina ve sulak alanlarda alansal degisimlerin ortaya cikmasina neden olmustur. Bu calismada; Akarcay Kapali Havzasi’nda hidrolojik kurakliga ait izlerin akarsu kuraklik indisi (SDI) kullanilarak ortaya cikartilmasi hedeflenmistir. Bu kapsamda kirk bes yillik akim verilerinden olusan zaman serileri kullanilarak dort farkli referans donem icin SDI indis degerleri hesaplanmistir. SDI degerinin daha iyi yorumlanmasi icin akim serileri uzerindeki olasi egilim Mann-Kendall testi ve Mann-Kendall sira korelasyon test istatistigi ile arastirilmistir. The civil war that erupted on Syrian soil in 2011 forced millions of people to emigrate, leaving behind their homes and homelands. Turkey is the country most affected by this massive wave of migration. According to official statistics, more than three and a half million Syrians live on Turkish soil as of November 2019. Turkey is a partner to one of the world’s most significant migration movements, and the nation has been majorly influenced in terms of its demographic, economic, political, and sociocultural aspects. The present study analyzed the assets of Syrian asylum-seekers living in Mersin city in light of statistical data from the central districts of Mersin province, a coastal settlement located in the Mediterranean and Adana regions. The results revealed that Syrian refugees in four central districts (Akdeniz, Toroslar, Mezitli, and Yenisehir) in Mersin province required new socioeconomic and sociocultural arrangements between 2012 and 2018. The indicators of such processes in urban areas were further investigated. Urban cohesion incorporates multidimensional integration activities. Researchers have given more attention to evaluating these risks in the context of disasters. Studies focus on the risk assessment of only one of the natural disasters for the regions. However, a risk assessment should be conducted that includes all-natural disasters for these regions. This risk assessment is dealt with by 8 different provinces in the Aegean region of Turkey in the work. A case data (1990-2020) on natural disasters such as earthquake, fire, landslide, flood, storm/typhoon has been considered for the cities covered. By revising the Fine Kinney risk assessment method for natural disasters, a risk score is obtained for each province. Then, the AHP based ELECTRE I method is applied to these provinces. As a result of this method, the riskiest region is obtained. The location of a crisis center in the riskiest region obtained should ensure effective solutions to the regions which are affected by the results of the disasters. Bu arastirmanin amacini kirsal turizmin bir alt turu olan ekolojik ciftliklerin Mugla ili orneginde Entegre Kirsal Turizm (EKT) bilesenlerine gore analiz etmek olusturmaktadir. Calismada arastirma metodu olarak “yakinsayan paralel desen” yontemi kullanilmistir. Bu cercevede Mugla ilinde yer alan ekolojik ciftliklere gelen 85 ziyaretci ve gonullu katilimciya EKT’nin 7 bileseni cercevesinde hazirlanan anketler uygulanmis, citlik sahibi, ciftlik calisani ve gonullu katilimcilardan olusan toplam 15 kisiyle de yuz yuze derinlemesine gorusmeler yapilmistir. Anket sonucu elde edilen veriler SPSS 16,0 programinda 5’li Likert Olcegi kullanilarak, gorusme verileri ise MAXQDA 12 programi yoluyla analiz edilmistir. Gerceklestirilen analiz sonuclarina gore, ankete katilan ziyaretcilerin en yuksek oranda, EKT’nin aktorlerin ortak amaclar dogrultusunda hareket etmelerini iceren “aglar” bileseni konusunda olumsuz gorus belirttigi (X =2,01) gorulmustur. Ziyaretcilerin olumsuz gorus bildirdigi diger bilesen ise, geleneksel yerel faaliyetlerin turizm destekli olarak devam etmesini esas alan “tamamlayicilik” bileseni olmustur (X =2,31). Bu hizli nufus artisi beraberinde insanlari, sosyoekonomik faaliyetleri surdurmek icin yeni mekân arayislarina ve bu mekânlari sekillendirerek yeni yapilar insa etmeye yoneltmistir. Bu yerlesim birimleri, ozellikle az gelirli mahallelerde yasayanlar tarafindan gecekondu yapilarini meydana getirerek carpik kentlesmeye neden olmustur. Bu calisma, Eyyubiye ilce merkezi icin kentsel gelisime/degisime iliskin oneriler sunmak uzere hazirlanmistir. CBS yazilimlarindan birisi olan Arcgis’in kullanildigi bu calismada, yer tasariminda kullanilan Geodesign yontemi ile sehrin dogal ortamla iliskisi goz onune alinarak, sehrin gelisimi, nufus artis oranlari ile ihtiyac duyulabilecek yeni kentsel gelisim alanlari belirlemeye calisilmistir. Bu calismada, 39 sehirsel mahallenin olusturdugu Eyyubiye merkez ilcesindeki 39,307 hanenin bulundugu 24 mahallede kentsel gelisim/degisime ihtiyaci oldugu saptanmistir. Km²’ye 20,038 kisinin dustugu bu yerlesim alani icin, “oncelikli duzenlemesi gereken” 7.89 km² yerlesim alani ve “oncelikli yerlesime acilmasi gereken” 22.61 km² alan ile birlikte 30.35 km² ile karsilanabilir oldugu hesaplanmistir. This commentary describes the process, known as Collective Impact, that was implemented to investigate the persistent problems of practice that have limited the participation of women and minorities in geocomputational education and careers. This paper illuminates the geographic and environmental education themes present in second to eighth grade Common Core fiction, especially for leveraging this content for geographic and environmental education and in support of topically integrated learning approaches. Content analysis reveals a range of geographic information relating to space, place, society, and environmental processes. These works include copious descriptions, contextual background information, and social prescriptions related to human-environment interaction. Four emerging themes explained the meaning and characteristics of PGTRIs. The participating primary geography teacher-researchers (PGTRs) developed particular identities as practitioner agents of primary geography education research. Based on their aspirations for geography education research and their awareness of the problems in primary geography education, the PGTRs aimed to innovate in primary geography education and primary classroom-embedded geography education research and to connect primary classrooms with the academic world.
