The population of this study is companies listed as consumers of the non-cyclical sector on the IDX in 2018-2022, as many as 113 issuers. The method used is a quantitative method with statistical analysis of panel data regression. Capital structure is the dependent variable, and profitability, liquidity, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership are independent variables. The method used is a quantitative method with statistical analysis of panel data regression with the SPSS Analysis tool. Capital structure is a framework that describes how equity and debt are used to finance company operations to generate optimal returns for shareholders and maximize company returns by considering the level of risk. The results showed that partially the Probability (ROA) and Liquidity (CR) were significant to the Capital Structure (DER). Therefore, innovation is important to be applied to various sectors, including the public sector which is known for the many regulations that surround it. Innovation is seen as a source of change, growth, and organizational effectiveness, but leadership factors have a dominant impact and are fundamentally critical to success in achieving it. This study aims to see trends in scientific publications (journals) regarding transformational leadership in public sector innovation; the most influential journals and authors; as well as potential research topics in the future. This study uses bibliometric analysis taken from the database of highly reputable journals Scopus by looking at the analysis results from the Scopus web on data that has been filtered according to criteria; visualization and analysis of data using VOS viewer application as well as biblioshin application. Based on the results of the study, the research topic of Transformational Leadership in Public Sector Innovation is still little discussed in Scopus indexed journal publications. Academic supervision is considered a solution to improve teacher competence, but its implementation is still considered low. This research method is field research involving interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results showed that academic supervision planning is the primary responsibility of madrasah supervisors, with the Academic Supervision Plan (RPA) as a critical instrument. Despite facing limitations such as busyness, supervisors try to be efficient by using the Bimlat. The active participation of PAI teachers in supervision planning is recognized as a crucial factor in improving the quality of PAI learning. The initial year meeting involved PAI teachers in preparing an academic supervision work plan, creating a collaborative spirit. Evaluation and analysis of supervision results and follow-up are still a challenge. Time constraints are a bottleneck, and immediate feedback is given after supervision, but comprehensive follow-up has not yet been fully implemented. In Indonesia, several cyber attacks target various government infrastructure sectors. The National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN) predicts Indonesia will face approximately 370.02 million cyber attacks in 2022. The majority of cyber attacks target the government administration sector. The National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN) officially formed a Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) to tackle the rampant cybercrime cases. CSIRT is an organization or team that provides services and support to prevent, handle, and respond to computer security incidents. The current CSIRT does not have a data storage process and forensic preparation. CSIRT will repeat the procedure, and so on. This is a repeating procedure; the attack will occur once, and only a technical problem will arise. Researchers and policymakers are working to optimise learning and improve the quality of student understanding. This study aims to analyse the level of student understanding in simple and structured terms. Using the Machine learning method to analyse the level of student understanding has the potential to impact the quality of education significantly. In addition, machine learning categories are qualified to be applied to the concept of data mining. The data mining techniques used are association and classification. Association techniques are used to determine the pattern of distance student learning. This development uses the ADDIE model (analyse, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), which consists of stages: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation as procedures and guidelines for developing teaching materials data collection techniques by distributing surveys to test subjects and a series of formative assessments. Analysis techniques use qualitative and statistics. The results of the analysis of the development of teaching materials are in the form of software products or applications in the form of Android. The City of Yogyakarta, a tourist destination located in the heart of the island of Java, is designated as a Super Priority Tourism Destination area to accelerate the regional economy. Until July 2022, 3.9 million recorded tourists were visiting Yogyakarta City destinations. Understanding tourist loyalty can help destination marketers reduce marketing costs. In previous studies, it has been found that tourist loyalty is influenced by destination brand authenticity and is supported by the involvement of destination brand engagement. This research is quantitative and was carried out using a survey method. Data analysis was performed using simple and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Service Solutions) version 26. The results showed a direct influence of brand authenticity and engagement on tourist loyalty and an indirect effect. Between brand authenticity and tourist loyalty through destination brand engagement. The government's tendency to change or cancel some policies points to overlapping policies, a lack of innovation among public officers, and a low motivation to innovate. Consequently, a novel strategy that might offer significant support in resolving societal issues is needed. Describe and analyze policy innovation in public administration approach and policy innovation toward effective public policy governance was the aim of the research. The first qualitative approach was the methodology used. An academic literature review on public policy science was the method used to gather ideas pertinent to the study of public policy innovation. The collection of data was conducted by means of an examination of many sources and literature, including government records, printed and electronic media, journals, and publications pertaining to public administration and policy innovation. Policy innovation application is modeled by the use of NPS to apply innovative concepts.
