The condition of shipping flows in Segara Anakan is irregular due to the lack of river signs as a means of regulating traffic to create safe, secure and smooth river transportation. This research aims to determine the number of river signs needed and evaluate existing river signs. This research was carried out by reviewing field conditions and then conducting qualitative descriptive analysis in accordance with Perditjenhubdat Number: KP. 4755 / AP005 / DRJD / 2020 concerning Technical Guidelines for River and Lake Signs. Conditions in the field are that the number of signs installed is 5 compared to the supposed number of 9. The research conclusion is that the number of river signs needed in the Segara Anakan channel is 25 signs with details of 6 prohibitive signs, 3 mandatory signs, 2 warning signs. The study emphasizes the significance of cultivating professionalism, including ethics, integrity, teamwork, leadership, and cultural sensitivity. The sea toll program can provide benefits not only for price stability of basic commodities but also benefits to the regional economy. The study aims to analyze the impact of sea toll benefits on price disparities. Specifically, the research was conducted in the Tarempa area of the Sea Toll Route -Route T-3. The research used quantitative method with data analysis using the Wilcoxon method. The results of data analysis show that the sea toll program for the T3 route route shows that there is a price disparity in the need for basic goods and essential materials. Data analysis from the Asymp Sig. (2-tailed) value> 0.05, namely 0.06, so H0 is accepted, where H0 there is no difference between the price before the sea toll and after the sea toll. To support passenger services, PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) continues to strive to improve its passenger terminal, both in terms of facilities and services. The Karimun Regent Regional Government remains committed to improving the regional economy, especially related to the tourism sector and maritime industry. Tanjung Balai Karimun Passenger Terminal offers excellent opportunities and prospects as it is strategically important for the positive impact of IMS-GT (Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore-Growth Triangle). In the digital age like now, money is an important part of the human economy. Money can be used for transactions that are acceptable to humans. Service quality has a very good and significant influence on passenger terminal facilities. Ha is accepted and the results of the t test calculation which is the hypothesis that service quality has a very important influence on passenger terminal facilities produces a value of t = 2.445 at a significance level of 0.008. And T count (2.445) > T table (2.01), the significance value is 0.008, which is 0.05 smaller.
