Its objectives encompass assessing how competitiveness, regulatory support, management support, manufacturing growth, and cost savings affect IoT adoption. Methodologically, the research journey includes defining the problem, conducting a thorough literature review, crafting a research proposal, executing pilot and main studies, validating findings, and ultimately composing the final thesis. Quantitative data obtained from a large pool of over 500 respondents shed light on the positive impacts of competitiveness, regulatory support, and cost savings on IoT adoption. Additionally, the study employs Importance-Performance Map Analysis (IPMA) to underscore the significance of management support in successful IoT implementation. Despite facing limitations such as common method bias and constraints on generalizability, the research underscores the transformative potential of IoT in enhancing operational efficiency and decision-making within Australian manufacturing. Overall, the study's findings confirm the significant influence of key factors on IoT adoption, affirming its potential to drive competitiveness, regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and growth within the Australian manufacturing landscape.","PeriodicalId":511341,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Comprehensive Business Administration Research","volume":"17 6","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140699003","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The findings highlight the complex relationship between fan art, copyright infringement, and e-commerce platforms in China. While fan art has become a significant cultural phenomenon and a means of artistic expression, it often infringes upon the copyrights of the original creators. The article examines the legal implications and challenges associated with fan art, focusing on its impact on intellectual property rights and the e-commerce environment. Furthermore, the study analyzes the measures taken by Chinese e-commerce marketplaces and the government to address the issue of copyright infringement in fan art. The research evaluates the effectiveness of existing copyright protection mechanisms, such as takedown notices, filtering technologies, and legal enforcement actions. This article investigates the Chinese experience in dealing with fan art within the copyright protection framework on e-commerce platforms. The article also explores the impact of Chinese internet culture and the attitudes of fan artists and consumers towards copyright protection. Additionally, it investigates the opinions and experiences of copyright holders in relation to fan art on e-commerce platforms. Overall, this research article provides valuable insights into the Chinese experience of addressing fan art within the copyright protection system on e-commerce marketplaces. By understanding the challenges and potential solutions, policymakers, copyright holders, and e-commerce platform operators can gain perspectives and develop strategies for adapting copyright protection mechanisms in the digital era.","PeriodicalId":511341,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Comprehensive Business Administration Research","volume":"166 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140719769","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research identified nine variables of employee-driven CSR, including communication, empowerment, and work satisfaction. Theoretical framework of the study based on theory of corporate social responsibility and expectancy theory of motivation. It evaluated their effects on the atmosphere for employee innovation using statistical analysis by using SPSS and after collecting data by using a survey questionnaire. The study population was employees working in the healthcare industry in Pakistan. The findings showed that employee-driven CSR and innovation were significantly correlated, with work satisfaction having the most impact. Overall, this quantitative study provides important insights for both theoretical understanding and practical application in fostering innovation through CSR initiatives. It emphasizes the critical role of job satisfaction as a key motivating factor for innovation within the framework of employee-driven CSR in the medical diagnostics sector.","PeriodicalId":511341,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Comprehensive Business Administration Research","volume":"287 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140723042","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
{"title":"Impact of Social Media Sentiments on Stock Market Behavior: A Machine Learning Approach to Analyzing Market Dynamics","authors":"Theeshanthani Kandasamy, Kamal Bechkoum","doi":"10.47852/bonviewjcbar42022006","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47852/bonviewjcbar42022006","url":null,"abstract":"Social media has become a valuable tool for informed decision-making. This research delves into the influence of Twitter sentiments on the stock market’s movements and price fluctuations, specifically focusing on Tesla Inc and the tweets of Elon Musk. A combination of deductive and inductive reasoning approaches is used to explore the intricate relationship between the social media platform and the stock market. Methodologically, the Twitter data undergoes rigorous processing to derive features for the machine learning predictive model, and the sentiments are extracted using the Valence Aware Dictionary and Sentiment Reasoner (VADER) tool. This study emphasizes the usefulness of social media in predictive modeling while underscoring the importance of evaluating data reliability considering challenges such as spam tweets and geographical relevance. Multiple machine learning models are tested against four distinct datasets addressing the high stock price volatility. XG Boost and Random Forest Regressor emerge as the most effective performers, particularly when moving averages are included, showing enhanced performance. This research establishes an evident correlation between social media sentiments and stock market movements, however with limited predicting power. It is also noted that integrating traditional financial metrics enriches the understanding of stock market dynamics while enhancing the model’s predictability.","PeriodicalId":511341,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Comprehensive Business Administration Research","volume":"122 S161","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140731573","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
