In recent years, a wide range of medical situations have been modelled using MSMs such as problems following lung transplantation, problems following heart transplantation, hepatic cancer, HIV infection and AIDS. Disease progression model is needed for understanding the progression of disease and important in retrospective cohort analyses. In this paper five states progression model is suggested. The suggested model is studied in the case of continuous time non-homogeneous multistate model based on non-homogeneous Markov processes. A parametric time-dependent multistate model are considered to fit a non-homogeneous Markov process where transitions are specified by the hazard of exponential and Weibull distribution. The parameters of the suggested models are estimated by ML method. An application using dataset containing histories of bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome (BOS) from lung transplant recipients is applied using the suggested models. Method: To achieve the research objectives, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, which relies on studying the phenomena that exist in reality and is concerned with describing them with accurate descriptions and expressing them qualitatively and quantitatively. The sample size reached (231) responses from the research community. Result: The main findings were that there was a medium level of satisfaction of the beneficiaries about the quality of services at Turbah General Hospital with (2.69) average. Assurance gained the highest level of satisfaction among other aspects. Beneficiaries gained medium level of satisfaction of the quality of services regarding four aspects, tangibles, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Reliability got low level of satisfaction. There were no statistically significant variances at significant level of (0.05) or lower among respondents’ satisfaction that could be referred to gender. There were statistically significant variances at significant level of (0.05) or lower among respondents’ satisfaction that could be referred to age. Employing approximation error is the foundation of the suggested Bayesian methodology. We take into consideration presence of an approximation error when substituting lagged errors of the original autoregressive moving average model with suitably lagged residuals from along autoregression . The direct Bayesian identification approach is utilized for solving the Bayesian identification issue of autoregressive moving average processes employing both informative and non-informative priors. The theoretical derivations of the direct Bayesian identification approach are carried out utilizing the aforementioned priors. We compare the effectiveness of the Broemeling and Shaarawy approach with proposed Bayesian approach for determining the orders of autoregressive moving average models by utilizing an actual data set and numerous simulated experiments. The outcomes of simulations and actual data demonstrate that the suggested approach is superior to the Broemeling and Shaarawy approach for determining the orders of autoregressive moving average processes.
