In microeconomic terms, it has a direct impact on the financial performance of companies in the country, to the extent that tax obligations affect corporate financial management. In this sense, the present work aims to analyze the impact that fiscal conditions may have on the debt decisions of companies, their impact on the economic value added and the cost of capital of Colombian companies that are listed on the stock market and make part of the Colcap index during the period 2015 to 2019. A descriptive study of a quantitative, comparative and longitudinal type was developed in the context of national financial and tax management. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian hukum normatif. Hasil dari studi menunjukkan bahwa (1) Diperlukannya persetujuan dari salah satu pihak apabila ingin menggunakan harta bersama, hal tersebut sesuai dengan ketentuan Pasal 36 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Perkawinan. (2) Pemberian kredit oleh Pihak Bank dilaksanakan dengan prinsip kehati-hatian, dan berdasarkan prinsip 5C agar tidak terjadinya produk perjanjian kredit yang cacat hukum dan dapat dibatalkan demi hukum. The writing method used in this research is empirical legal research method with qualitative analysis, with a sociological juridical approach. The data sources used consisted of primary data through interviews with several Notaries / PPAT and secondary data including laws and regulations, books and journals. The results showed, first, that the transfer of HT objects is allowed even though it was not previously agreed in the APHT. Second, the types of agreements used consist of the agreement to carry out the sale and purchase of some HT objects in the form of PPJB and subsequently AJB, agreements related to the purchase and sale of HT objects, agreements related to the process of breaking and separating HT objects, making SKMHT and APHT . \u0000Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah diperbolehkan atau tidaknya pengalihan objek HT dan mengenai jenis perjanjian yang dipakai untuk mengalihkan sebagian objek HT. Metode penulisan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian hukum empiris dengan analisis kualitatif, dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer melalui wawancara ke beberapa Notaris/PPAT dan data sekunder meliputi peraturan perundang-undangan, buku-buku dan jurnal-jurnal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, pertama, bahwa pengalihan obyek HT diperbolehkan meskipun sebelumnya tidak diperjanjikan dalam APHT. This type of research is empirical legal research which is based on primary data sources and secondary data sources. Then the conclusions are drawn through descriptive analysis techniques. The results show that a motorized vehicle that is still in the pivoting process can be charged with a fiduciary guarantee, but the debtor must attach proof of the order given by the dealer The part that will pay the vehicle in full to the dealer is the bank and after the proof of payment is given in full, the proof must be presented in front of a notary. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kendaraan bermotor yang masih didalam proses inden dapat dibebankan dengan jaminan fidusia namun pihak debitor harus melampirkan bukti pemesanan kendaraan bermotor tersebut yang diberikan oleh pihak dealer. Pihak yang akan membayarkan kendaraan tersebut secara lunas kepada dealer adalah pihak bank dan setelah diberikannya tanda bukti pembayaran secara lunas tersebut maka bukti tersebut harus dipaparkan dihadapan pihak Notaris. Pihak debitor juga harus membuat surat pernyataan sendiri jika BPKB sudah terbit maka harus segara diserahkan kepada pihak bank. If there is a will made by the deceased based on the statement obtained, the notary is responsible for reading the contents of the will, in addition to being the party authorized to read the will, the notary is also the middle party to calm and provide an explanation if questions arise by the heirs. \u0000Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dan tanggung jawab Notaris untuk memperoleh surat keterangan wasiat. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian empiris dengan pendekatan fakta dan data primer berikut data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran dan tanggung jawab Notaris dalam hal memperoleh surat keterangan wasiat adalah melakukan permohonan surat keterangan wasiat. This study uses empirical legal research methods using primary data in the form of interviews with PPAT, the Bank as creditors and the Land Office. The results showed that the registration of HT-el at the Pekanbaru City Land Office has not entirely gone according to procedure. Problems with account registration, technical registration and data validation are obstacles in registering Mortgage Rights with the HT-el system at the Pekanbaru City Land Office. Several things that must be considered are the need for system improvement to make it smoother, socialization and evaluation to HT-el users, and data validation at the Pekanbaru City Land Office that need to be increased to 100% to support HT-el services and other electronic services in the future. \u0000 \u0000Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pelaksanaan dan hambatan dalam pendaftaran HT-el di Kantor Pertanahan Kota Pekanbaru, karena Kantor Pertanahan Kota Pekanbaru sebagai salah satu pilot project untuk layanan HT-el. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum empiris dengan mengunakan data primer dalam bentuk wawancara kepada PPAT, Bank sebagai kreditur dan Kantor Pertanahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendaftaran HT-el di Kantor Pertanahan Kota Pekanbaru belum seluruhnya berjalan sesuai prosedur. This study uses normative legal research with approached by statue and conceptual approach. Based on the findings, it is known the deed of consent roya is a notarial deed which has a functions as a substituted for the lost mortgage certificate, functions as a condition for the write-off ot the mortgage rights. As for the juridicial power of the deed of consent roya can be seen from the perspective of legal certainty where the notary act a role in making the deed to fulfil roya process as the National Land Office and can be a concrete proof that the debt has been paid off and has been written off. \u0000Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis mengenai kapasitas serta kekuatan yuridis akta konsen roya yang dibuat oleh notaris sebagai syarat pencoretan hak tanggungan. Studi ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Berdasarkan hasil temuan, diketahui bahwa akta konsen roya merupakan akta notariil yang memiliki kapasitas sebagai pengganti sertifikat hak tanggungan yang hilang, yang berguna sebagai syarat pencoretan hak tanggungan.
