Psychological risks cannot be avoided because the pain after SC surgery is longer and there are risks to the baby. The risk of adverse post-SC consequences needs to be studied further from a health ethics perspective, starting from the doctor's decision-making process in carrying out SC surgery. Utilizing essential and optional sources, the creator investigates different parts of the contention, including its set of experiences. the specific situation, the explanations for the episode of the conflict, and the expansive effects that keep on affecting local and worldwide issues right up to the present day. The verifiable setting of the Vietnam War can be traced back to the pioneering time when Vietnam was under French frontier rule. The craving for autonomy and solidarity turned into the focal subject that molded Vietnam’s public character and brought about the different enemies of pilgrim developments. Following the First Indochina War, which saw Vietnam split along the 17th parallel, there were more wars, which eventually turned into the Second Indochina War. The main drivers of the Vietnam War were multi-layered and complex. One of the principal factors is the philosophical hole between the socialist North and the non-socialist South. The Cold War competition between the US and the Soviet Union likewise assumed a significant role, with America supporting the South Vietnamese government to forestall the spread of socialism in Southeast Asia. Additionally, regional dynamics and nationalism play a role in the region’s growing hostility. Through empirical analysis, this research examines how the allocation of resources to the health sector and the expansion of the financial industry impact Indonesia's economic performance. The motivation for this investigation arises from observed differences in various research findings and real-world events, prompting a reassessment by researchers. The study adopts a quantitative descriptive approach, employing panel data multiple regression analysis with 20 cross-sectional samples spanning a 6-year time series. The research formula is crafted to optimize Stock Return by including Return on Assets as an intervening variable, focusing particularly on companies within the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Two distinct research models are formulated and integrated into a unified model, subjected to rigorous model selection tests such as Chow Test, Hausman Test, and Lagrange Multiplier Test. The study's results suggest that LDR can only indirectly influence SR through the mediating role of ROA. Furthermore, IR has a direct impact on SR without the mediation of ROA. The Sulu Sea and Sulawesi Sea, being hotspots for several serious maritime crimes such as terrorism, kidnapping, piracy, and other transnational crime problems require joint operations through INDOMALPHI as a common platform in dealing with security threats in the region. The purpose of this study is to analyze the security strategy of the Indonesian Border Sea area in the Sulu Sea through the Trilateral Maritime Patrol Indomalphi. The method used is qualitative research that is descriptive. Data collection was obtained by literature study through articles, journals and reports related to the Sulu sea area and threats arising in the Indonesian border area. After that, the author discussed the Strategy for Securing Indonesia's Border Sea Area in the Sulu Sea through the Trilateral Maritime Patrol Indomalphi. Furthermore, the author describes the steps that can be taken by the Indonesian government. The results show that in securing Indonesia's border sea area in the Sulu Sea, INDOMALPHI's trilateral maritime patrol strategy has played an important role. This collaboration between Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines through this trilateral has succeeded in increasing security and stability in the region. In its implementation, INDOMALPHI's trilateral maritime patrol has faced several challenges. One is coordination between three countries that have different policies and procedures. In addition, other challenges are the vast and complex Sulu Sea area, as well as the presence of armed groups that are still active in the region. To improve the effectiveness of Indonesia's border sea area security strategy in the Sulu Sea through INDOMALPHI's trilateral maritime patrol, here are some suggestions that can be considered: Strengthening cooperation, Capacity building, Regional cooperation development, Community empowerment","PeriodicalId":508275,"journal":{"name":"Jurnal Multidisiplin Madani","volume":"9 8","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140426330","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
