Initiation Corporate social responsibility activities or more popularly known as corporate social responsibility (CSR) is basically a need for corporations to be able to interact with local communities as a form of society as a whole. Corporate social responsibility activities will strengthen national development. Efforts to support sustainable development in some companies implement programs by synergizing with non-profit institutions. Companies and non-profit organizations enter into partnerships to provide joint solutions to various social problems in areas such as Health, Education and poverty alleviation. This study aims to see the important implications for the process and impact of partnerships that affect the sustainability of partnerships between companies and non-profit organizations. The research was conducted using qualitative research methods with the object of research on partnership programs that have been established between PT X and Non-Profit Institutions SMK TB, and PT Y with SMK SD. The results of this study revealed that partnership programs carried out by companies and schools have a positive impact on companies and schools. Although this partnership program makes the school unable to cooperate with other similar automotive companies, the positive impact obtained by the school is much more. In addition, students as beneficiaries also feel the positive impact of this partnership.","PeriodicalId":507389,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Social Research","volume":"8 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139861456","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Conducted in Kuningan Regency, West Java, with a population of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the region, the number of research samples was 160. The type of research used is Quantitative Descriptive with Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) as the analysis model. The results showed a significant influence between Affiliate Marketing and Viral Marketing on Sales Volume. However, there is no significant influence between Affiliate Marketing and Sales Performance. In contrast, Viral Marketing is proven to have a significant influence on Sales Performance. In addition, Sales Volume is shown to have a significant influence on Sales Performance. The findings contribute to practical understanding for MSMEs and related parties in optimising marketing strategies, especially through SEM model analysis. The purpose of this study was to examine the profile of brain injury patients with COVID-19 at Dr. Soetomo Hospital. Method This study was conducted with a descriptive observational method with a retrospective approach. The data taken came from the medical records of Dr. Soetomo Hospital. The results of 56 brain injury patients with COVID-19, the majority of whom were male, most of whom were in the age range of 40 – 59 years, mild brain injury cases were the most dominant, the average length of patient stay was 16.4 days and patient mortality was 30.4%.","PeriodicalId":507389,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Social Research","volume":"162 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139858768","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, in practice, restorative justice with ADR methods has not been optimally applied to light criminal acts. One of the areas with the most disparities is the issue of light criminal acts in the field of the environment. Therefore, this research aims to determine what constitutes light criminal acts in the field of the environment and to understand the legal protection for perpetrators of light criminal acts in the field of the environment. The research method used is a normative juridical method using secondary legal sources. The results of the study indicate the scope of light criminal acts in the field of the environment. Criminal acts regulated in Law Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management are specified in Articles 41 to 44 of Law Number 32 of 2009. If there is minor theft for environmental results, the Criminal Code must also be considered as the legal framework specifically regulating theft (lex specialis derogat legi generali). Numerous studies have indicated that the etiology of obesity is predominantly influenced by genetic factors. This study employs molecular docking techniques to estimate the effectiveness and toxicity of chlorogenic acid as an anti-obesity agent, focusing on its interaction with PLANTS. Initially, the validation process involved confirming the target cell or receptor (PDB code) which included PPAR-? (3NOA, 2ATH), pancreatic lipase (5ZUN), ghrelin (6ZYF), leptin (3V6O), and melanocortin (6W25, 7F58) through the utilization of YASARA software. In addition, the process of docking chlorogenic acid compounds and a positive control (for comparative purposes) was conducted on target cells utilizing the PLANTS program. The toxicity test and prediction of lethal dose (LD 50) were conducted on active substances and positive controls using the ProTox-II program. Chlorogenic acid exhibits anti-obesity properties by acting as an inhibitor of the ghrelin hormone, as seen by its activity at PDB code 6ZYF with a docking score of -19.7099 higher than the positive controls bupropion -18.5269 and naltrexone -18.5871. Furthermore, it has been determined to possess a generally safe profile, with an LD50 value of 5000 mg/kg body weight. The docking studies indicate that chlorogenic acid exhibits anti-obesity activity specifically at PDB code 6ZYF, where it functions as an inhibitor of the ghrelin hormone. Chlorogenic acid typically exhibits modest efficacy as an anti-obesity agent, hence presenting potential avenues for enhancing its effectiveness by structural modifications","PeriodicalId":507389,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Social Research","volume":"42 8","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140487707","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
