The method in this study uses associative research. The population of this study were people in Pontianak City. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analysis used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficients, coefficient of determination, and partial effect test (t-test). The multiple correlation coefficient shows that the results of the R test have been carried out with a value of 0.822. This states a very strong correlation of 0.822, namely the amount of financial literacy, financial self-efficacy, and fintech payment on the financial behavior of QRIS users. There is a coefficient of determination (R2) result of 0.676 or 67%. This means that the financial behavior of QRIS users is influenced by financial literacy, financial self-efficacy, and fintech payment. The remaining 33% of the financial behavior of QRIS users is influenced by other variables not tested in this study. The partial test proves that financial literacy, financial self-efficacy and fintech payment positively and significantly influence the financial behavior of QRIS users.","PeriodicalId":506437,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Science and Society","volume":"40 5","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139535078","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This encourages researchers to conduct research on perceptions of compliance and awareness of paying taxes after the tax fraud phenomenon. The aim of this research is to describe in detail the views of the general public regarding the influence of the issue of tax fraud on tax compliance by taxpayers. The research method used is qualitative using a phenomenological approach with data collection techniques through interviews and observations of research instruments composed of ASN, MSMEs and students. This research was conducted from April to June 2023. The data collected was then analyzed in depth to determine the research results. The research results show that the abuse of authority of tax officers in utilizing tax funds can influence the public's perception of being obedient and aware in paying taxes, because one of the factors that plays a role in increasing taxpayer compliance and awareness is tax officers. For this reason, the government needs to disseminate information about taxes to the public and take firm action against tax officials who commit irregularities so that public trust improves again.","PeriodicalId":506437,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Science and Society","volume":"56 12","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139535155","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The incidence of hypertension in Indonesia was 25,8% in 2013 and 34,1% in 2018, with a higher prevalence in urban areas. Although the prevalence of hypertension is higher in older age, the potential burden of disease is greater at a younger age in experiencing cardiovascular disease and kidney failure in the future. This study aims to determine the relationship between risk behavior and psychological stress on hypertension among productive age in urban Indonesia. This is analytical observational research with a cross-sectional design that uses secondary data from the fifth Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS-5). The sample size was 3193 respondents who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The analysis is univariate, bivariate, and multivariate. Bivariate analysis using Chi-square and Fisher test obtained factors related to hypertension incidence are age 55-64 years old (p<0,001), age 45-54 years old (p<0,001), age 35-44 years old (p<0,001), education level (p=0,004), physical activity (p=0,020), and obesity (p<0,001). There is no significant relationship in other variables, including psychological stress. While through the test of logistic regression in multivariate analysis, factors that affect hypertension are age (p<0,001), gender (p=0,011), and obesity (p<0,001). The study concludes that obesity is the strongest influential variable on the incidence of hypertension among productive age in urban Indonesia. After controlling for other variables, obese individuals had 3,538 times more potential to develop hypertension compared to non-obese individuals (OR=3,538; 95% CI=2,763-4,532).","PeriodicalId":506437,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Science and Society","volume":"12 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139449757","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
